Recruiting remains Kirby’s strength picking-up a huge OL commitment for 2017 after his visit here this past Saturday D’Marcus Hayes a 4-star 6′ 5″ and 320 lbs. beating-out Florida Auburn Louisville Arkansas and Mississippi State who thought they had D’Marcus Hayes who is from Mississippi and who figures to START for Kirby 2017 and 2018 as a JUCO Junior hoping for a rare January signee 2017 with not many of those slots open as Sam Pittman continues his momentum.

19 commitments who are consensus # 3 nationally which as you can readily see is heavily-weighted with top recruits.  D’Marcus Hayes would be too if he were not a JUCO transfer two-year player who can block for the run and block for the pass.  He’ll start on the OL all Spring for Kirby.

 

This is Kirby’s fifth out-of-state commitment.

 

Alabama and Ohio State are the only 2 teams recruiting better.
