Mark Andrews reader asks : “WHY NOT REDSHIRT JUSTIN FIELDS since he could potentially be backup one year with three remaining as starter?”

Mark Andrews you are a dumbass at best.  Jake Fromm just finished his true freshman season.  Jake Fromm was # 105 passing offense with only 31 percent of his plays passes.  Jake Fromm was accurate and runs the ball well but the facts are that our offense with Jake Fromm was predicable and a poor passing attack.  Wasn’t it Mark Andrews ?  Justin Fields all Spring has SPLIT the snaps with Jake Fromm and has done everything equally or better as the nation’s # 1 overall prospect according to ESPN.  Then you say :

“REDSHIRT Justin Fields 2018 so that Justin Fields is our backup one year with three remaining as starter.”

Jesus Christ make up your God Damn mind.

If Jake Fromm is that much better than Justin Fields then presumably you expect Jake Fromm to be drafted by the NFL after 2 more seasons – this upcoming 2018 and then next year 2019 as the # 7 best QB in the nation 2017 as Jake Fromm is ranked by ESPN.

But Justin Fields is NOT drafted by the NFL after his first 3 seasons out of high school ?

Jake Fromm is Justin Fields is NOT Mark Andrews states.

Jake Fromm ESPN 2017 ranked # 132 overall prospect and # 7 QB

Justin Fields ESPN 2018 ranked # 1 overall prospect and # 1 QB

Your question is only 2 sentences.

Can’t you keep consistency among the 2 sentence question Mark Andrews ?

I hate dumb shits truly I do.

I can’t wait to hear your excuse for THIS ONE Mark Andrews.

Look dimwit Justin Fields PLAYS 2018.

I say he STARTS during this 2018 season.  It would be by the way the 3rd year in a row Kirby in his first 3 years as our head coach started a true freshman QB.

You have had all Spring to figure it out just how great Justin Fields is.

NOW you say ah redshirt Justin Fields.

No.

We could have redshirted Jake Fromm AND Jacob Eason 2018 though.

By the way Mark Andrews Seth Emerson TOLD YOU that you can NOT REDSHIRT Justin Fields 2018 as well.

Mark Andrews you are a dumbass to think we can REDSHIRT Justin Fields 2018 like Mark Richt did Knowshon Moreno so that we only saw Knowshon for 2 years.  Redshirt Justin Fields 2018 and you will see the nation’s # 1 overall prospect 2 years next year 2019 and then 2020.  How that translates into 1 year as back-up and 3 years as starter is beyond conjecture Mark Andrews.

Mark Richt would have done that Mark Andrews.  Any chance you are in fact not Mark Andrews but Mark Richt.

Perhaps Mark Andrews is a better judge of talent and Jake Fromm did not throw only 31 percent of his plays all season for # 105 passing offense as the # 7 QB and # 132 overall prospect and despite all proof as well that Justin Fields can NOT be denied 2018 and PLAYS – in fact becomes the STARTER at QB says I in this up-coming 2018 season.

Thanks for the laugh Mark Andrews.

Redshirt Justin Fields 2018 play as back-up 2019 then plays 2020 2021 and 2022 who will be making MILLIONS long before that.

Everyone has opinions – good luck living-up to your statements today Mark Andrews.

There is no way in hell Justin Fields doesn’t do what he has done all Spring and that is to compete heads-up with Jake Fromm since the moment he arrived on campus as 2 previous true freshman starters at QB for Kirby did BOTH Kirby’s first two seasons here as head coach.

Justin Fields will NOT be only 31 percent of his plays passes and will NOT be # 105 passing offense 2018.

Bank on it.

If Jake Fromm is not the # 132 overall prospect and # 7 QB who promptly threw only 31 percent of his plays for # 105 passing offense and Kirby were satisfied as you Mark Andrews where is Jake Fromm 2020 ?  When you FINALLY make the nation’s # 1 overall prospect and # 1 QB in the nation using ESPN’s rankings of both instead of your evaluation Mark Andrews Justin Fields the starter 2020.  Where is Jake Fromm then when you make Justin Fields the starter ?  What I saw last year was that Kirby had a pretty darn good Junkyard Dawg Erk Russell Defense 2017 and one sorry passing attack where Jake Fromm really did not run the ball either.

I know what I have seen all Spring.

I see Justin Fields as the STARTER 2018.

Then there is you out there on the limb in contradiction to me and ESPN.

“The pressure on Zamir White to return quickly from his late season play-offs ACL to help the team should be minimal with the return of D’Andre Swift clear top back while Juniors Elijah Holyfield and Brian Herrien are competing to be the next back and 4-star recruit James Cook arrives this summer.” Seth Emerson today MOUTHFUL but facts are Brian Herrien is NFL bound and Zamir White should NOT be rushed back like dumbass Mark Richt did to Nick Chubb before he was ready.

Zamir White redshirts.

Brian Herrien plays in the NFL.

So too does Zamir White play in the NFL as well but he’s injured and he needs to be given a fair chance to recover.  Jesus Christ.  Have you never had an injury ?

It is really a pleasure to read AJ-C DawgNation Seth Emerson our # 1 beat writer of all-time right now.

“The other difference which also is in Kirby Smart’s favor is Kirby’s recruiting is a LOT BETTER than Mark Richt’s. Smart and his staff are clearly recruiting on a much different level. The Bulldogs brought in the top-ranked class after the staff’s second year and the No. 3 class after their first. There’s just even more optimism this time around.” AJ-C Seth Emerson today not to be left-out of this bullshit comparison like Mark Richt is somehow looking pretty darn good as OUR COACH 2001-2015. Mark Richt was NOT fired for what he did 2001-2007 for it was that he JUST LOST IT after 2007 for which he summarily was FIRED. Try looking at THAT if you want WHY Kirby is better coach than Mark Richt.

Point number one is Mark Richt had 63 of Mark Richt’s last 146 signed scholarship recruits here either flunked-out were kicked-off failed to qualify never showed-up or quit 43% from 2010 to 2015 just were NOT HERE – gone.  THAT is on the coach.

Point number two is that Mark Richt LOST 18 of his last 24 games against the top 15 time game after 2007 good for # 45 best with his average # 7 recruiting rankings according to Scout.com.  THAT is on the coach.

Point number three is that Mark Richt LOST to 12 unranked teams time game or for season his last 8 years here after 2007.  THAT is on the coach.

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/georgia-kirby-smart-mark-richt-first-two-seasons-years-coach

After 2007 recruited # 7 average Scout.com recruiting rankings lost 18 of 24 after 2007 against top 15 time game and lost to 12 unranked teams time game or for season after 2007.

Whatever bullshit ANYONE wants to write about including discussion of 2001-2007 well Mark Richt was NOT FIRED for that.  It was IN FACT that Mark Richt LOST IT after 2007 by ALL MEASURES thereof.

Mark Richt was NOT fired for what he did 2001-2007 for it was that he JUST LOST IT after 2007 for which he summarily was FIRED.  Try looking at THAT if you want WHY Kirby is better coach than Mark Richt.

If you can not say that then are you refusing to discuss THE POINT.

In EVERY major announcement and EVERY POLL and EVERY RECRUITING RANKINGS Alabama Georgia and Clemson have led the way ALL off-season 2018 and Ohio State despite being left-OUT of the College Football Playoffs is RIGHT THERE in compensation to their coaching staffs – RIGHT THERE with Alabama Georgia Clemson and Ohio State 2018 salaries. Dell McGee $ 550 thousand dollars – MY hero.

Per Seth Emerson WSB TV.com and all-time UGA Georgia Bulldogs BEST BEAT WRITER AJ-C DawgNation

$6.42 million dollars Kirby’s staff not counting him 2018 and not counting ALL his other staff

$6.58 million dollars Clemson staff 2018

$7.06 million dollars Ohio State staff 2018 despite blown-out by UNRANKED 5-loss Iowa among losses

Dell McGee $ 550 thousand dollars – MY hero.

http://www.wsbtv.com/sports/show-me-the-money-uga-assistant-coaches-get-raises/701556822

Alabama Georgia and Clemson have led the way ALL off-season 2018.

4 of our coaching staff have been singled-out as the VERY BEST RECRUITERS 2018.

Dell McGee leads the way as BEST RECRUITER 2018.

I think BEST RECRUITING JOB all-time 2018 by Dell McGee.

No Georgia coach ever had the type recruiting year Dell McGee has 2018.

And NOW they have the MONEY to SHOW FOR IT.

Mark Richt paid his staff extra money OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET – an NCAA violation – rather than MAKE Butts-Mehr pay his coaches who were for the MOST PART crap coaches.  15 years of head-scratching hires.  Dell McGee BANNED Mark Richt from his campus.

Kirby did NOT lose to ANY cupcake UNRANKED team 2017 AND did not NO-SHOW in the Big Games did he ?

Kirby’s staff got PAID for that by Butts-Mehr rather than FIRED for their performance and then paid out-of-pocket ANYWAY by Mark Richt which is NCAA VIOLATION.

Early signing period so SEC would not poach their small local area. Look at UGA ? We went out and poached 9 players from exactly those places.

The SEC teams poached across this great nation quite well. In fact it appears to me that The SEC teams poached better under this scenario when so many coaches were unsettled this year. In fact coaches may be unsettled at this time EVERY YEAR.

The programs not doing well locally this year and their conferences left out of the College Football Playoffs this year appears to have WORKED AGAINST THEM.

Seth Emerson says as indicated in this article at this URL Link that they voted for EARLY SIGNING PERIOD so as to control better how they lose recruits to The Mighty SEC from their small little local area.

Look at Georgia’s class for 2018 ok ?

Oklahoma

Miami

North Carolina

Knoxville

Miami again

Charlotte again

Metairie Louisiana

Columbia South Carolina

Cartersville Illinois.

The very 9 locations who could ill-afford to lose out to The Mighty SEC LOST IN FACT THEIR TOP PLAYERS.

And some of them at the VERY LAST MOMENT pushed to make a decision while their local team just is left-out in the cold.

At THIS VERY MOMENT IN TIME – many with unsettled coaching staffs too as a result of their POOR PERFORMACES THIS SEASON compared to The Mighty SEC.

I thought The SEC was supposed to be DOWN ? 2 of the 4 top teams in the college playoffs are SEC.

We hauled in the top recruiting again here in The SEC.

We poached all over the nation against the very places who voted this early signing in to NOT HAVE THIS HAPPEN. Exactly that which they did NOT want to happen just DID. Look at Georgia.

This Early Signing Period did NOT work-out the way these small little local areas had hoped at ALL.  In fact it worked against them.

Look at Georgia’s 9 stars poached from these small little local areas where their brand of college football is NOT UP to the equal of two of the final 4 teams in all of college football January 1 Georgia in the Rose Bowl and Alabama in the Sugar Bowl – winners to face each other.

With BOTH Alabama and Georgia the TOP TALENT teams still standing.

Duh.

The rich get richer.

THIS has worked out exactly how the small markets hoped it would NOT.

Keep us from poaching your small little locales ?

Excuse me ?

It HELPED us.

Our class would NOT be anywhere near what it is as # 1 recruiting class without these 9 poached from EVERYWHERE but here.

Thank you.

I like the Early Signing Period.

CHIPPER TOWERS IS SO FULL OF SHIT. Jeremy Pruitt could not bail Mark Richt out but then again he wasn’t trying to – only to replace him. Now Phil Fulmer hires Jeremy Pruitt to vols as head coach this time. The meteoric rise had to happen for the married man. I can not say I wish him well or anything as vols’ head coach but I will point-out that I think he wanted the head coaching job HERE and settled for that one. Nick Saban hired him to REPLACE Kirby Smart. Jeremy Pruitt FIXED lots here at UGA while STEPPING on the throat of Mark Richt. Jeremy Pruitt is a GREAT COACH and a GREAT RECRUITER. His 0-0 record will look GOOD in short order. Why did he leave FSU to come to Mark Richt’s aid ? To take his job – obviously well on the way out the door and FAN BASE HERE not happy with Mark Richt. Did Jeremy Pruitt help Mark Richt ? 57-56 vols’ record after Phat Fil FIRED by vols. Now this : This world’s worst hiring process ever gets it right with Phat Fil doing vols better than they deserved. Say what you will I say Phil Fulmer got it right – but I hope it doesn’t fix vols who have been just freaking AWFUL at coming here and getting what used to be ALL THEIR PLAYERS from Georgia.

Mark Richt hated everything about Jeremy Pruitt and everything Jeremy Pruitt stood for.  They butted heads and Jeremy Pruitt told Mark Richt to shove it up Mark Richt’s asshole.

That’s how that went.

Jeremy Pruitt married the fiancé so whatever the sour grapes at FSU all I can say is wow has Florida State SCREWED-UP.

How quickly they fell at FSU.

Why was Jeremy Pruitt there ?

Because he knew like at Georgia that there was an opportunity for him.

Honestly Jeremy Pruitt is I would guess in the top 4 on the list to replace Nick Saban.

If you need the other 3 you are not very knowledgeable about collegiate football.  Dabo Swinney Kirby Smart Jimbo Fisher and Jeremy Pruitt.

Jeremy Pruitt 43 has 25 best years ahead of him.  Let’s hope someone hires him from the vols however the hell they lucked-up to hire this guy after THAT hiring process.

Jesus Christ.

When Roquan Smith spoke-up for Jeremy Pruitt this morning on the sound bite I decided I should cease my silence on this and point-out the bullshit from Florida State when he left.  Why leave their great school great location great fans great stadium great recruiting base great football great conference for UGA they whined at FSU ?  Must be a woman who works at FSU Florida State fans instantly put out there who Jeremy Pruitt was dating.

Excuse me.

How God Damn STUPID is any of that ?

January 14 of 2014 Mark Richt lucks-up and hires Jeremy Pruitt and then promptly WASTES him.

May two months later Casey East married Jeremy Pruitt.

One would think that would END all of that.

Right ?

My God.

Casey East is a loving wife.

Jeremy Pruitt did well.

Casey East did well.

vols have not won The SEC Kirby Smart just won for The Mighty Georgia Bulldogs since 1998 but honestly much of what MADE Kirby able to win The SEC 2017 as I guaranteed on THIS BLOG starting with the TCU win last year in the bowl game by Kirby is what Jeremy Pruitt did for us here at The University of Georgia.

I wanted Kirby to hire Jeremy Pruitt.

I said so on THIS BLOG.

THIS BLOG where you HEAR THE TRUTH.

So today this Friday here I am sharing about Jeremy Pruitt head coach of vols.

Yuk that is a bad taste in my mouth saying that.

I wish I did not have to speak it.

Now THIS.

Chipper Towers dumbass extraordinaire states vols should have hired Tee Martin this morning – he of the LIAR category who LIED repeatedly for years until finally admitting : “That was a DIFFERENT Tee Martin back then who took all those checks for $ 7 and $ 8 thousand dollars each at the 7-11 stores to be vols’ QB 1998.  I would NEVER do that now.”

TAINTED national championship.

The NCAA NEVER DID strip vols of that.

I damn sure did as soon as Tee Martin admitted it.

Hire HIM as vols’ coach Chipper Towers you God Damn piece of shit LIAR fool and lousy sports’ writer.

“I am a Christian now,” Tee Martin lamented later talking in the 3rd person then : “This Tee Martin would NEVER take those checks at all those 7-11 stores for all those $7 and $ 8 thousand dollars wire transfers now.”

Make HIM vols’ head coach Chipper Towers says this Friday morning December 8 of 2017.

It’s a HI-RISK HIRE to hire Jeremy Pruitt Chipper Towers alias dumbass says today :

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/former-uga-d-coordinator-jeremy-pruitt-high-risk-hire-tennessee

“For what it’s worth from the beginning or at least from the point that major candidates started turning them down I always thought Tennessee would do well to hire Tee Martin.”

“Former Georgia D-coordinator Jeremy Pruitt a high-risk hire for Tennessee”

“I have to admit I was pretty taken aback when I saw that Tennessee hired Jeremy Pruitt as head coach on Thursday.”

“It never occurred to me the Vols would actually hire him.”

“But where Pruitt is concerned, I’d also advise UT to proceed with caution. One can use a lot of words to describe his management style, but subtle wouldn’t be one of them. Pruitt is brash and abrasive at times, he can be brazen on the field and off, and he could definitely be described as arrogant. This is man who seems to know what he wants and know how to get it, whether it be a cornerback with “good hip turn and foot speed,” as he used to say, or an indoor practice facility.”

Hey Chipper Towers thank you for all this this morning so that you could spur me on to take-on the friqin’ likes of you.

You remember Chipper Towers ?

I know that YOU are THE GUY who STILL thinks Mark Richt should be our coach and that Jeremy Pruitt hastened the FIRING of Mark Richt.

Stick it up your God Damn ASSHOLE Chipper Towers AJ-C DawgNation but NOT The UGA Georgia Bulldogs’ beat-writer for THAT boy is Seth Emerson.

You have ALWAYS been a LIAR Chipper Towers.  Why should this morning be ANY different ?

Gary Danielson of CBS did everything he could do in the telecast to THROW KIRBY UNDER THE BUS saying that he did not think it was according to Gary Danielson CBS that : “I didn’t think it was off the record.” So let me get this straight then TROUBLE-MAKER Gary Danielson REPORTING THIS GAME and REPORTING THAT GAME now dumbass you think that coaches ARE ALLOWED TO CRITICIZE IN PUBLIC OFFICIATING IN THE GAMES HERE IN THE SEC YOU COVER Gary Danielson CBS ?

All you reported Gary Danielson is that Kirby Criticized The SEC Officials you reported in a public broadcast of the game by CBS by you.

Is that really your understanding of The SEC Rule that coaches are ALLOWED to criticize the Officials in an SEC football game Gary Danielson ?  That it is ON THE RECORD when they do so to you in private ?  THIS is how you have so infiltrated our program to get the DIRT on us Gary Danielson CBS ?

Hey Gary Danielson – stick THIS up your God Damn asshole.

“I didn’t think it was off the record.”

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/team-news/kirby-smart-report-complained-sec-officiating-first-auburn-game

Verne Lundquist and Gary Danielson CBS Announcers have made-out Georgia to be a bust of a football program.  Gary Danielson specifically has stated every time he talks about us that we are the Clemson.  That we manage to find a way to lose.

That that is our identity.

Gary Danielson in particular says that “The Bulldogs ‘Georgia’d’ the game, again.”

That we stole defeat from the Jaws of Victory.  I am tired of it.

It really is all he says frankly.

He went to Purdue. He wasn’t any damn good.  He went undrafted.  In the NFL he threw as many interceptions as touchdowns. Purdue isn’t relevant either.  He’s from Detroit for God’s Sake.

There are nothing but empty buildings in Detroit.  Slums.

I don’t know what Gary Danielson expected me to say about him.  Maybe he’s so God Damn Stupid that he did not anticipate I would reply.

Who the living hell did he think he was speaking to on the telecast to say all this about The Mighty Georgia Bulldogs paying for his hotel his food his home his life ?

Well it is we who pay your salary Gary Danielson sir.

And what is the state of our football program ?

This is the same Gary Danielson who said that our schedule was an EASY SCHEDULE 2017 and that the OTHER TEAMS play tougher schedules than we do when in stark contrast I stated that it was because Georgia’s schedule is TOUGHER than the others have to face that that prevents UGA from looking as good as other teams who do NOT have to face who UGA faces.

I want EVERYONE to know EXACTLY whom it is this guy Gary Danielson is.  THIS BLOG has covered this LYING SON OF A BITCH for YEARS on THIS BLOG RIGHT HERE.

Gary Danielson is FULL OF SHIT and takes EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO PUT SHIT ON UGA that he POSSIBLY CAN dream-up and LIE about.

11-27-2017

THIS BLOG has reported that Kirby only lets us PASS the football 28 percent of the time all 2017 season. 205 of 712 plays passing plays. NO GOOD TEAM IN FOOTBALL has EVER won with 28 percent of the plays passing plays. IT DOES NOT WORK. Now Seth Emerson REMINDS US that Jim Chaney sat beside CBS Announcers and RAN HIS MOUTH when KIRBY has gagged the dumb son of a bitch since the day he HIRED HIM as Kirby’s FLUNKY. Kirby will NOT LET Jim Chaney pass the ball. “What am I supposed to do with Sony Michel and Nick Chubb when we pass.” Kirby chides Seth Emerson. How about throw EITHER ONE OF THEM their first TD pass of the entire freaking season Kirby ? “We cannot keep doing this – not passing the ball.” Jim Chaney

Neither Sony Michel NOR Nick Chubb have had a TD pass thrown to EITHER ONE all 2017 season Kirby.  What do you do with THEM on passing plays Kirby ?

Throw them the God Damn FOOTBALL KIRBY.

Jesus Christ.

11-21-2017

Chipper Towers AJ-C DawgNation although Seth Emerson is our UGA Bulldogs’ beat writer WANTS US TO DISCUSS MVP difference maker between 5-loss 2016 and now 2017 with THIS GAME MEANING SO MUCH TO EVERY FOOTBALL PLAYER COACH FAN AND TEAM IN THE U.S. Chipper Towers says it is NOT Jake Fromm who is the DIFFERENCE 2017 between 2017 and 2016 losing 5 games. Bullshit Chipper Towers. Bullshit son.

Jake Fromm.  What is the difference between this year and last year ?  Andrew Thomas ?  D’Andre Swift ?  J.R. Reed ?  If I were to list the differences and listed someone other than Jake Fromm which I will NOT, I would list J.R. Reed and I listed Roquan Smith.  I love Roquan Smith realizing he is not only as fast a player as we have but that he is the most likely to succeed Sundays at the next level, but he really is the glue.  I love glue.  Don’t get me wrong.  The guy to make the play.  The glue.  Roquan Smith had 95 tackles last year and this season is on target for more depending on how many games we get to play in 2017 season so it is hard to say our top NFL Draft Pick Roquan Smith is the DIFFERENCE with his 95 tackles last year too when Kirby did not even start Roquan Smith every game last year.  No I would say Jake Fromm is the difference and Roquan Smith the MVP the best player on the team the leader of the defense and leader of the team academic star and best player but he was that last year too.  Not the difference.  J.R. Reed has had some spectacular plays and unreal games.  D’Andre Swift would be Freshman Heisman Trophy on any other team.  Andrew Thomas has certainly done what 3 other top 5 OL in the nation as freshmen this year have NOT been able to do and that is START while they instead were redshirted which I still say costs us the most this one most important season 2017 our SEC Championship I guaranteed 2017 for us.  But Jake Fromm has just really got to be recognized for what he has done.  I told you he was accurate.  I told you I saw him throw 16 strikes in a row in the Little League World Series where he also hit 3 home runs for Warner Robins.  I told you he goes to Alabama if Mark Richt stays here – not even an offer to Jake Fromm.  Now I have to tell you who our MVP is.  He comes to the line on a mission to get the ball out of there.  He is accurate.  He can run the ball.  I told you he could move when I saw him in baseball years ago.  I love his mom Lee and she’s cute too.  Do what you do Jake Fromm.  Do what you do.  Thank you Jake Fromm.  I am sorry but Auburn – Georgia would not mean what it does without Jake Fromm.  I would NOT want to be Auburn and face Jake Fromm were I them.  He hustles to the line and gets the ball out of there on-target even to this lackluster receiver corps and even with these 3 top 5 OL in the nation redshirted 2017 like some other year will be as great as this one thanks to Jake Fromm.  Not when we lose 20 whom Kirby had START for him here who leave after 2017.  Whole season is Saturday 3:30 CBS and we’re in here discussing MVP 2017.  And MISSING THAT BOAT too.  Thanks for asking Chipper Towers you dumbass lying piece of shit.  Jake Fromm is the difference.

Chipper Towers writes FLUFF PIECES.  Chipper Towers takes a hiatus.  Chipper Towers is AFRAID of the TRUTH.  Chipper Towers lies.  Chipper Towers does NOT get it.  Chipper Towers is NOT the beat writer for The Mighty Georgia Bulldogs but Seth Emerson instead.

Chipper Towers does not even know what MVP means.

Do you think we might talk about the Auburn game Chipper Towers AJ-C ?

Dumbass son of a bitch.

South Carolina # 107 Total Offense. # 104 at 1st Downs by their STINKING OFFENSE. # 104 at 3rd Down Conversions by their STINKING DEFENSE. # 104 Rushing Offense. At 6-2 on the season South Carolina USCe Gamecocks before they play # 1 Georgia send forth their players to TELL US BEFORE THEY PLAY US that WE Georgia Bulldogs can NOT pass the ball.

AJ-C DawgNation Seth Emerson

South Carolina safety Chris Lammons : “They can NOT pass.”

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/team-news/south-carolina-player-georgia-cant-pass

11-3-2017

I like Jake Fromm whose passes are on-target and who runs the ball well but moreover I love to watch him hurry-up to the line of scrimmage and get the ball out of there to a mostly inept dropping the ball receiver corps after a totally inept offensive line can not really block for the pass nor for the run including 3 of the best 5 offensive linemen in the nation who are being redshirted 2017 and 3 from 2016 who were redshirted last year as well and still are not playing really either. And their play-calling has been both years to just run the ball which has worked against the weak teams we have played 2017 but did not 2016 with 5 losses stacking the box against Jacob Eason. So to my way of thinking Jake Fromm has done a better job. It’s not Jacob Eason’s job. That belongs to Jake Fromm. Why is that ? Because he has done a better job. This is the Jake and Jake Show and I do love having both. Now if I were a QB # 1 in the nation and # 2 QB in the nation chose Clemson and # 1 considering GA Auburn LSU and Florida State and had obviously considered Alabama too I believe I would go to Alabama because of their proven head coach and then whom ? Well UGA of course would be my choice compared to these other lesser schools Auburn LSU FSU who are all 3 utter messes right now compared to what I see going on at UGA 2017 if for some reason I did not want to go to Alabama. And frankly I would think like Jake Fromm last year that I am a better QB and run the ball better than Jake Fromm and Jacob Eason. So I would come here and bring some receivers for a change with me and expect Kirby to put some OL out there who are big enough to establish the pass and the run. I would be worried about both those weaknesses and especially the play-calling Kirby allows Jim Chaney to call – which have not been good either year. Still I would chose UGA Justin Fields. Auburn FSU and LSU are NOWHERE near the school UGA is and neither is Alabama – which has been Fran Tarkenton’s take too. Excuse me Fran is quite smart and one of our 3 best players all-time who ponies-up his money for us and who has NOT BEEN WRONG about anything he has said yet including most especially him saying that if we wanted a damn Christian to be our head coach we should go to Seminary School and get one. That pissed-off the Mark Richt was great crowd ? Too bad. Life is tough. Football is tougher.

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/jacob-eason-jake-fromm-georgia-go-from-here

Me personally I would not chose Alabama.  I did not.  I chose UGA.  I live here.  I am glad I did chose UGA and not Alabama.  We beat Alabama when I was here at UGA and I have # 17 jersey Matt Robinson to prove it after the game in the locker room.  I was accepted to Cornell took classes in Princeton and could have gone really anywhere I wanted.  But I was not on scholarship.  I was a walk-on.  But if I were Justin Fields I would cut-off the recruitment and choose UGA as well and figure I could be the True Freshman Starting 2018 like the True Freshman who started 2016 and like the True Freshman who Started 2017 here at UGA.  But I do think Alabama has the better coach.

So what if Seth Emerson can not say that Jake Fromm is a better QB than Jacob Eason.  I can.

I did.  I have.  It is what I have seen.

What have you seen ?

“Listen we can quit with the coaching dramatics. Right now I believe Fromm is the guy. I believe Eason is an extremely talented quarterback. But that’s up to Kirby who he decides to go with. I mean he’s not fooling me – if that’s what we think we’re doing here. That young man Fromm’s won ballgames. He just came off a 41 to nothing win.” Vanderbilt coach Derek Mason who looks very smart on the sidelines to me and beat Kirby last year. Derek Mason beat Kirby last year here at Sanford just after vols beat Kirby here too and just before Georgia tek also beat Kirby here all 3 at Sanford. Kirby also lost at Florida. Kirby also lost at Ole Miss. Derek Mason parlayed his win over Kirby last year into playing in the Independence Bowl. Derek Mason looks good on the sidelines. Derek Mason looks smart on the sidelines. He coached in the NFL and at Stanford and is a great player in his own right. I’d say he NAILED this quote – wouldn’t you ? Tom Petty

I like this man Derek Mason.  I believe everyone does.  Derek Mason is one of the good guys.

And smart.

And looks great on the sidelines.

Derek Mason NAILED this quote.

“I mean he’s not fooling me – if that’s what we think we’re doing here. That young man Fromm’s won ballgames. He just came off a 41 to nothing win.  I believe Fromm is the guy.” Vanderbilt coach Derek Mason a fine-looking young head football coach with a bright future.

Is it just me or isn’t Seth Emerson the most impressive Bulldogs’ beat writer of all-time ?

“I want the one that gives us the best opportunity to win to play quarterback. And you say who is that. Tell me who it is. I can’t answer that. It’s based on their performance during the week.” Kirby to Seth Emerson AJ-C DawgNation Monday 9-25-2017 after Jake Fromm beat the shit out of # 17 Mississippi State 31-3 every pass on target. Every pass. Perfection. Jake Fromm # 2 in The SEC in Passing Efficiency Rating now having WON ALL GAMES – no excuses. YOU CAN NOT QB ANY BETTER THAN JAKE FROMM JUST DID AGAINST undefeated # 17 in the nation whom Aaron Murray said WOULD BEAT UGA Saturday night. I believe Jake Fromm is The SEC Player of the Year 2017.

Kirby remains full of shit with his comments to the God Damn press.

What do you mean Kirby that Jacob Eason is NOT CLEARED TO PLAY ?

Why have you been having him go through everything at practice if he is supposedly NOT CLEARED BY THE DOCTORS ?

That’s bullshit and yet ANOTHER lie Kirby.

Why can’t YOU SAY Kirby that Jake Fromm has done EVERYTHING we have asked him to do and has improved to # 2 in The SEC in Passing Efficiency Rating – with the only incompletions DROPS Saturday.

Why can’t YOU SAY Kirby that Jake Fromm is YOUR QB ?

What does it take to be YOUR QB Kirby ?

Jake Fromm has Georgia ranked # 2 by Colley Poll former BCS Authorized Poll # 6 by Billingsley Poll another former authorized BCS Poll # 7 by the AP Poll # 8 by the Coaches’ Poll and # 9 by Jeff Sagarin who finds Jake Fromm has beat TWO (2) Top 30 teams a very good Notre Dame and a very good Mississippi State whom BOTH have all great wins except against Jake Fromm who beat them.

Frankly Kirby where would YOU BE WITHOUT Jake Fromm ?

Looking to UPDATE your resume Kirby ?  Is that where YOU’D BE WITHOUT JAKE FROMM Kirby ?

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/team-news/jacob-eason-closer-playing-georgia-kirby-smart

You come across like an IDIOT Kirby to the press dumbass.

If you asked me about Jake Fromm I would tell you that despite the doctors obviously clearing Jacob Eason to play Jake Fromm will NOT let him into the games and is doing EVERYTHING I asked him to do and MORE.

I believe Jake Fromm is The SEC Player of the Year 2017.

I love having Jacob Eason.

Jake Fromm has PLAYED BETTER than Jacob Eason.

If you can not see that then you need a DIFFERENT SPORT to watch.

The last time I saw a Georgia Bulldog named SEC Freshman of the Week in The Mighty SEC our God Damn COACH said the player did well.  In fact it is unheard of that he isn’t saying that.  I have news for Rodney Garner fans that tough love shit does NOT work.  Kirby when they do what you want them to do, you say, good job !

9-26-2017

“This is usually a great atmosphere here. The Georgia fans have taken it to another level. This is almost a 50-50 crowd. And it had an SEC atmosphere at the tailgate area.” Doug Flutie on the scene at the Touchdown Jesus stadium – OBVIOUSLY a SHAMEFUL deplorable show for Notre Dame that ONCE AGAIN they are embarrassed at HOME not having the HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE in a game they were SUPPOSED TO WIN picked to win – instead played a road game NOT US.

bewildered Kirby says Netori Johnson – Isaiah Wilson – D’Marcus Hayes – Justin Shaffer – Ben Cleveland ARE NONE OF THEM AS GOOD AS FOOTBALL PLAYERS AS Pat Allen starting left guard, Dyshon Sims as his back-up left guard, Lamont Gaillard starting center with Sean Fogarty his back-up Center, and Kendall Baker Kirby’s back-up at right guard. Here Kirby this is what I have to say about that REVOLTING ability to determine the better football players on OFFENSE Kirby.

Stick it up your God Damn Asshole Kirby Smart you freaking dumbass.

No one will ever say ANY of these guys are better than ANY of these other guys – except for YOU KIRBY.

Dumb Shit.

You are COSTING US GAMES Kirby with you total abject inability to determine who is the better player on OFFENSE again 2017 as you did to us to ruin our 2016 season Kirby.

Kirby : “Y’all are incredible. I’m getting reports during practice and everybody is telling me that Kendall Baker is the starting right guard.  It amazes me where some of this come from. Kendall Baker is in competition with Dyshon Sims, he’s in competition with Solomon Kindley, he’s in competition with Pat Allen, and to be honest with you, those four at guard are really about dead even.  That’s just where it is. I know you all want to know who the starters are but there’s not a starter right now.” Kirby bewildered again 2017 as he was 2016 for whom the better players are on offense.

You are so FOS Kirby if we here we are 3 practices from opening the season and this many of your OL are all the same and none the starter.

If that’s the case then Kirby then start these other guys whom EVERYONE ELSE BESIDES YOU KIRBY says are ALL BETTER than YOUR CHOICES Kirby : Netori Johnson – Isaiah Wilson – D’Marcus Hayes – Justin Shaffer – Ben Cleveland.

Netori Johnson – Isaiah Wilson – D’Marcus Hayes – Justin Shaffer – Ben Cleveland

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/team-news/still-uncertainty-georgia-offensive-line

Netori Johnson – Isaiah Wilson – D’Marcus Hayes – Justin Shaffer – Ben Cleveland – none of these 5 best in the nation are as good as Pat Allen starting left guard, Dyshon Sims as his back-up left guard, Lamont Gaillard starting center with Sean Fogarty his back-up Center, and Kendall Baker.  Bullshit Kirby. Bullshit.

Pat Allen – Dyshon Sims – Lamont Gaillard – Sean Fogarty – Kendall Baker are ALL BETTER FOOTBALL PLAYERS than Netori Johnson – Isaiah Wilson – D’Marcus Hayes – Justin Shaffer – Ben Cleveland.

Ask Sam Pittman.

This is just Kirby making THIS STATEMENT 3 days before the season kicks off.

Pat Allen – Dyshon Sims – Lamont Gaillard – Sean Fogarty – Kendall Baker are ALL BETTER FOOTBALL PLAYERS than Netori Johnson – Isaiah Wilson – D’Marcus Hayes – Justin Shaffer – Ben Cleveland.

Kirby says Netori Johnson consensus # 4 OG in the nation DOES NOT FIGURE in Kirby’s plans for 2017 says Kirby. Isaiah Wilson consensus # 2 OT in the nation does NOT figure in Kirby’s plans for 2017. D’Marcus Hayes # 5 consensus OT in the nation does NOT figure in Kirby’s plans for 2017. Justin Shaffer does not figure into Kirby’s plans 2017 on the OL either. # 7 consensus OG in the nation Ben Cleveland does NOT figure into Kirby’s plans on the 2017 OL either. INSTEAD LISTEN TO THIS SHIT NOW THESE GUYS ARE ALL BETTER PLAYERS ACCORDING TO KIRBY. READY FOR THEM ? Pat Allen is Kirby’s starting left guard with Dyshon Sims as his back-up and Lamont Gaillard is Kirby’s starting center with Sean Fogarty his back-up. And Kendall Baker is Kirby’s back-up at right guard SERIOUSLY KIRBY NOW. Come on Kirby. You are full of shit Kirby on your depth chart on offense and on special teams – 2 areas you have proven Kirby that you know jack shit about.

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/team-news/georgia-practice-report-offensive-line-updates

This is the same shit Kirby pulled on his OL last year 2016 which proved a total abomination.  Then all Spring he told us he was going to do this.  And he did.  And Kirby told us how great these guys would be on the OL this year despite the fact that they could not earn a job last year on that horrible OL.  Then at Spring G-Day Game we all saw for ourselves that Kirby just does NOT HAVE A GOD DAMN CLUE who his best players are on OFFENSE nor on SPECIAL TEAMS as Kirby’s OL got the shit kicked out of them in the G-Day Game for all to see.

And for all to prepare to play this 2017 season.  Kirby’s one-shot.  His best shot.  2017.

Then Kirby loses 20 guys who started for him after this 2017 season and 2018 can not therefore be close to as good a team as this 2017 team is.

Netori Johnson consensus # 4 OG in the nation rides the bench no plans to play him

Isaiah Wilson consensus # 2 OT in the nation rides the bench no plans to play him

D’Marcus Hayes # 5 consensus OT in the nation rides the bench no plans to play him

Justin Shaffer does not figure into Kirby’s plans 2017 on the OL either rides bench no plans to play

Ben Cleveland #  7 consensus OG in the nation might get to play back-up to these other lesser players

The AJ-C has been particularly BRUTAL to Kirby nowadays.

Every day every article is just harsh on Kirby in the AJ-C now that the new season is only a few weeks away.
It’s like they don’t expect Kirby to do well 2017.
I certainly do think 2017 will be Kirby’s best year here in some time forward after 2017 with all this talent.
Taking his lead from Seth Emerson Chip Towers now says too that Kirby is a bad coach. Well it is pretty hard to argue the oppoiste position when we lost to 3 unranked teams Georgia Tech Ole Miss and Vanderbilt and 2 more losses to our 2 major Rivals vols and Florida.
While Kirby recruited well 2016 and 2017 and is again for 2019 he has not for 2018 with only 1 commitment of the top 310 players in the nation for next year.
Kirby showed up late here last year with other schools more important to Kirby and then when he did get here Kirby had problems meeting with the press and meeting his own expectations deploying his recruits.
Kirby so far last year and this year has seemed to hold back some who clearly could have helped him more meet his own expectations for last year and appears headed down the same road AGAIN 2017 on the OL and with the WR.
Now after this season when 20 guys move-on – 20 guys who will have all 20 started here for Kirby – Kirby has only one commitment of the top 310 for 2018.
And the 20 open scholarship slots after this year coupled with this sorry 2018 recruiting class  leaves next year 2018 after this 2017 season very much in question.
However I have guaranteed an SEC Championship for Kirby 2017 with this roster ranked by EVERYONE with only 4 other teams in the entire nation as talented as Kirby’s squad this 2017 season. To get there Kirby is going to have to play the guys he held back last year this 2017 season. If Kirby holds back this recruiting class with 15 players in the top 100 nationally Kirby signed this 2017 year like he held back his # 6 ranked recruiting class 2016 Kirby’s days will be as numbered as the guy he replaced here.
Mark Richt lost to 12 uranked teams AP or Coaches’ time of game or for season after 2007 and he also lost to 18 of the 24 teams ranked in the top 15 time of game after 2007.
So I would not say Kirby is any improvement and he must be to keep his job.
2017 is Kirby’s best shot.
Let’s hope Kirby plays the OL he just recruited not the ones who could not earn a starting job last year when that OL was very poor against pass rush and blocking for the running game. Kirby also has shored-up some of the problems at WR with those he added in recruiting but again he is going to have to play those guys too.
This is a small window 2017 for Kirby.
Kirby has to make hay while he can.
8-6-2017

“The first-team offensive line unchanged at this point : left to right it’s still Isaiah Wynn Pat Allen Lamont Gaillard Solomon Kindley and Dyshon Sims.” Bullshit Kirby

I am sorry I am not buying that crap Kirby that every practice so far your OL remains unchanged.  These are NOT your top 5 offensive linemen for 2017 and you should KNOW THAT Kirby.   Kirby’s starters practicing every snap so far this Fall Camp on his OL are better than Netori Johnson consensus # 4 OG in the nation, Isaiah Wilson consensus # 2 OT in the nation, D’Marcus Hayes # 5 consensus OT in the nation, Andrew Thomas consensus # 11 OT, Ben Cleveland # 7 consensus OG in the nation. Come on Kirby you can do a better job of evaluating talent than that – can’t you ? I surely hope you can Kirby.

Justin Shaffer # 16 OG in the nation

8-5-2017

I have a problem and take SERIOUS exception to Kirby’s depth chart and how far down ultra talented FRESHMEN are on his silly-assed depth chart. It’s crazy shit naming walk-ons better than overall nationally top 100 players. If you want to know how I really feel about it : It’s bullshit. You have to be able to watch 2 players and know whom it is you see who is the better football player. No Kirby does not indeed even have any clue watching two players on offense or special teams and have any concept which one is the better football player.

When even Chipper Towers can see that Kirby is doing a shit-ass job as head coach then trust me Kirby is not a good coach.  Sure Kirby recruited # 6 class 2016 and # 3 class 2017 which was # 2 Scout.com and while 2019 is up there too there is still 2018 which is not good with only one player in the top 310 in the nation committed for next year.

When even Chipper Towers can see how BAD decisions by Kirby have cost the team and made us look bad as a program trust me we have an issue at head coach.

AJ-C DawgNation Seth Emerson has said it so many times now that he is emblazed to repeat it daily nowadays that Kirby is a bad football coach but a good recruiter.

But our problems are not recruiting and frankly NEVER HAVE BEEN here at my alma mater they instead are that at the heart of the matter we play the wrong guys at the wrong position and for the wrong reasons.

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/opinion/biggest-improvement-georgia-needs-make-sideline

Notably Kirby has the Offensive Line all wrong 2017 whom Kirby thinks is a better football player than the ones listed after them.

By no means is this limited to just only Kirby’s God Damn Bullshit Depth Chart 2017 on the OL.

Running backs.

Receivers.

Secondary.

Special teams.

Someone will point-out just whom it is Kirby said is the better football player when Kirby is fired for this freaking bullshit 2017 depth chart of his.

If you are one of the most talented players 2017 will play here only 3 years will be drafted by the NFL and find yourself behind the 8-ball 2017 on even getting on the God Damn Field raise your hand.

We know that Kirby can not really believe that these guys are lesser players than the ones Kirby is playing and does have ranked ahead of them.

Hey Kirby ?

Do you know why it is said that you RECRUIT WELL

but that you do not DEVELOP TALENT

Kirby ?

It is because you would not have a freaking clue who is the better player one than another.

No idea.

  • Slot: Terry Godwin, Mecole Hardman, Willie Erdman (walk-on, redshirt freshman), Ahkil Crumpton, Mark Webb.
  • WR: Michael Chigbu, Riley Ridley, Tyler Simmons, Trey Blount.
  • WR: Javon Wims, Jayson Stanley, J.J. Holloman, Landers.

Just like on the OL you have to be kidding me Kirby that you think Willie Erdman is better than Ahkil Crumpton.

Just like on the OL you have to be kidding me Kirby that you think Jayson Stanley is better than JJ Holloman.

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/georgia-practice-report-passing-game-observations

Kirby expects camp to begin like spring practice ended — with Isaiah Wynn at left tackle, Pat Allen at left guard, Lamont Gaillard at center, Solomon Kindley at right guard and Dyshon Sims at right tackle.

Here are MY 2017 UGA Georgia Bulldog OFFENSIVE LINEMEN :

  1. Netori Johnson consensus # 4 OG in the nation DOES NOT FIGURE in Kirby’s plans for 2017 says Kirby.
  2. Isaiah Wilson consensus # 2 OT in the nation does NOT figure in Kirby’s plans for 2017.
  3. D’Marcus Hayes  # 5 consensus OT in the nation does NOT figure in Kirby’s plans for 2017.
  4. Justin Shaffer does not figure into Kirby’s plans 2017 on the OL either.
  5. Andrew Thomas consensus # 11 OT does NOT figure into Kirby’s plans on the OL 2017 either.
  6. # 7 consensus OG in the nation Ben Cleveland does NOT figure into Kirby’s plans on the 2017 OL either.  Kirby says he is COMFORTABLE with THESE DECISIONS.

http://georgia.247sports.com/Bolt/Smart-explains-how-UGA-will-handle-the-OL-in-camp-104012661

Tyrique McGhee is a better football player than DeAngelo Gibbs and Mecole Hardman Jr. so much so that Tyrique McGhee is handed the position and other stars who should be ahead of Tyrique McGhee are shuffled out and given no shot.  It’s crazy shit to say the least.

It’s not our recruiting that is the problem.  It’s playing the recruits that is our problem.  This is bad coaching.  You put your best 11 out there.  You have to know who the better player is.  You have to be able to watch 2 players and discern whom it is who is the better player.  Did you get any of that ?

Kirby sure as shit does not.

Kirby said Greyson Lambert was our future at QB so all Spring and Fall last year Kirby ONLY practiced Greyson Lambert with the # 1 unit.  Then even hard-headed Kirby had to admit that Greyson Lambert has a better future in baseball than being better at QB than Jacob Eason.  Kirby admitted he made a mistake with Greyson Lambert and threw Jacob Eason to the wolves anyway unprepared.

Kirby said after a couple of practices he could tell if Mecole Hardman Jr. was elite or not as a football player.  Then Kirby TRIED to redshirt Mecole last season.  Throw-away year.  Honeymoon.  Mulligan.  Some say Kirby is more than a year away 2017 too.  Another throw-away season when I call for SEC Championship 2017 with the top 5 nationally talent 2017 for Kirby here.  Now Kirby admits he made a mistake giving Mecole only 1 touch all season and is finally letting him play on offense which was obvious last year in that failed offense of Kirby’s.

Kirby saw his 2 running backs were both injured and that Brian Herrien was # 1 on the team in rushing yards per carry behind that bullshit OL 2016 Kirby sent out there but Kirby played his injured RB instead when I called for Brian Herrien to be Starting Tailback this time last year until the other RB were healed enough to go for us.  Kirby never admitted his mistakes at TB last year.

Kirby swapped-out this kicker for that one and whined to the press about them too then admitted he made a mistake and put a different kicker out there.

No Kirby does not indeed even have any clue watching two players on offense or special teams and have any concept which one is the better football player.

D’Andre Swift is going to be redshirted and play here 2 years like Knowshon Moreno then be drafted in the first round pick # 12 and a star in the NFL when we could not even let him get a snap here in the big games costing that coach his job here.

JJ Holloman has proved he can catch the football for a football team who did not have one of those last year except for Isaac Nauta whom Kirby let start 5 of 13 games – criminal.

No we’re continuing to make the wrong choices with personnel.

Aren’t we ?

We don’t throw the ball to Charlie Woerner or get him touches on special teams.

Kirby better figure out how to get the nation’s top 5 most talented rosters on the God Damn Football Field Game 1 of 2017 or Kirby can hit the friqin’ road.

After all if Chipper Towers even can see Kirby is screwing the pooch as coach but recruiting well then by God above so can you.

WIDE RECEIVER (Z)

  • Returning starter: Michael Chigbu, Jr.
  • Notable reserves: Jayson Stanley, Jr.; Tyler Simmons, Soph.
  • On the way: Matt Landers, Fr.; Trey Blount, Fr.

SERIOUSLY ?

All this talent 2017 at receiver and we line them all up against each other and say one is better than the other so this guy is redshirted and can not play 2017 and leave the WR Z position with this mishmash instead ?

That’s bullshit too.

We don’t have a clue who is the better football player 2017 any more than we did 2016.

Pat Allen is a better football player than all these freshmen and redshirt freshmen ?  Ah bullshit is all I can say Kirby.  Bullshit son.  Your days are numbered because you are a better recruiter than coach Kirby.

You obviously do not know whom it is to play and whom it is who is not as good a player as another watching them both Kirby.  When are you going to learn that lesson Kirby ?

You’re not ready to be head coach Kirby.  Listen in on any press conference and be convinced.

Only 4 teams have comparable talent to UGA 2017 today by ALL ACCOUNTS BY EVERYONE studying talent on the teams 2017 and Kirby had better well win The SEC Championship 2017 as I have guaranteed by PLAYING his BETTER players.

8-3-2017

Seth Emerson AJ-C DawgNation just now : “And I see PLENTY of CONCERNS with Georgia : COACHING.”

Amen to that Seth.

Me too.

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/dawgnation/mailbag-faulty-narrative-georgia-one-year-away

Seth ALSO dispels the concept that Kirby is a year away.

I am with Seth and his multiple readers making THAT POINT too.

Kirby LOSES too much after this 2017 season.  20 starters for Kirby will GONE after this 2017 season and THAT MEANS there is NO WAY 2018 is better than 2017.

7-27-2017

Seth Emerson AJ-C DawgNation says Kirby is at 84 Scholarships right now today including taking-on Akhil Crumpton in his 84 On-Scholarship Number today 24 July 2017. That 84 number of On-Scholarship today also includes Robert Beal and Devonte Wyatt NOT HAVING QUALIFYING SCORES which they do NOT. So where does that leave us ? Well it leaves us with a ton of players who DESERVE a scholarship with only one to give the lot of them. And it leaves us with I figure 20 players who join the NFL Draft after this 2017 season all 20 of whom started for Kirby here. So by MY COUNT Kirby has a full scholarship class he can sign next year 2018 of 25 Kirby can sign only needing attrition of 4 between now and next February. 84 on scholarship 20 leaving = 64 minus 85 is 21 scholarships available for new recruits 2018 plus at least 4 more attrition between now and then. You get any of that Seth Emerson ?

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/georgias-scholarship-situation-one-week-preseason-practice

None of this explains why Kirby is sucking the hind tit in recruiting 2018.

7-24-2017

I am NOT satisfied with Kirby nor ONE WORD which has come out of his mouth since the very day he said it would be his DREAM JOB to come here SATURDAY 28 November when Greg McGarity called Kirby and asked him. David Pollack spoke his mind and so have I : “I felt bad for Nick Chubb and Sony Michel at times watching them have to make their own holes.”

Kirby is not ready to be a head coach yet.  One day maybe he will be.  Until then he’s JUST NOT.

I would have FIRED Kirby on November 29 the day AFTER Greg McGarity offered him the job.  I listed a host of PROVEN HEAD COACHES we should have hired and did not.  I did list Kirby as the ONLY NON-PROVEN HEAD coach who would be an improvement over Mark Richt.

That is not saying much.

It’s really just more of the same.

Once Kirby demanded he stay at Alabama while Nick Saban was TELLING KIRBY IN PUBLIC THAT HE SHOULD COME HERE, I wanted Kirby FIRED.

I would have fired Kirby for it.

Absolutely and said it here on this blog then.

I don’t understand what Kirby is up to.  It doesn’t follow that which he does.  It makes no sense especially for someone as smart as Kirby.  He is just stuck in his ways is all.

I am VERY disappointed in Kirby and REMAIN so.

Daily.

Every word out of his mouth.

There is NO WAY that Greg McGarity did OTHER THAN call Kirby Saturday November 28 and ask Kirby if he wanted this gig.  There is no way that Kirby did other than assure Greg McGarity that this would be his dream job.

Otherwise nothing that happened after that makes any sense either.

I still say Greg McGarity will not suffer Kirby screwing-up this SEC Championship he has 2017 by NOT PLAYING HIS STARS on offense and special teams AGAIN as he did NOT 2016 either.

And he is NOT going to.

Trust me on this.

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/david-pollack-sees-georgia-season

Kirby has made it clear to me and to David Pollack that Kirby is NOT going to play his stars on the Offensive Line 2017 but instead small guys who could NOT even beat-out the ones on the OL now gone who were our worst OL of all-time.

7-24-2017

Seth Emerson AJ-C DawgNation takes POT SHOT at Kirby stating that Kirby is a BETTER RECRUITER than a coach developing players. Seth Emerson goes on that the BOOK is long since OUT on Kirby recruiting well but NOT DEVELOPING PLAYERS.

Of course Seth Emerson it is pretty darn hard to DEVELOP players when you categorically REFUSE to play them.

If all you do is RECRUIT them and then not play them, you are NOT developing players.

Are you Seth Emerson ?

As one of the other questions this morning asked of Seth Emerson about Kirby : Just what is it that you can point your finger to that was the undoing of Mark Richt and that Kirby really has not properly shown ANY improvement in either Seth Emerson?  Seth Emerson said it was the OFFENSE.  That the offense cost Mark Richt his job and that Kirby thus far has nothing but questions and no good answers on offense EITHER.

Kirby does not know whom it is to play on offense either any more than Mark Richt did.

Both suck at determining whom it is whom we should be playing on offense and whom it is we have on offense who should not be given the job based upon seniority alone.

Some judgment based upon merit would be better.

Kirby needs to do more of promoting players on the merits of their play rather than seniority alone which has dominated his thoughts thus far 2016 and 2017 already now too.

“When the SEC media gathers Tuesday to meet the Georgia football team Jacob Eason won’t be among the delegation representing the Bulldogs. In a sea of important players for Georgia one player stands out. Eason is more likely to be great than to be just average. Georgia’s most important player of 2017: Jacob Eason.” So says Seth Emerson clearly The preeminent Bulldogs’ beat writer for some time now. If Seth Emerson says Jacob Eason is Georgia’s Most Important Player and that he is More Likely to be Great than to be average you can take it to the bank that IS who the man Jacob Eason is.

“Last year is over and that can’t be changed now.” Really ? Last year is over ? I am sorry but what I saw last year is what I expect to see this year. I hardly think anything indicates that last year was any fluke.

To the contrary what happened last year was that Jacob Eason did not get any reps with the # 1 unit until 2 weeks before kick0ff game to the season and then was thrown into the fire anyway without the experience he should have gotten given that he started all season after winning game 1 coming-in down losing and leaving the game with a lead coming from behind against a quality opponent.

To the contrary what happened last year was that Isaac Nauta did not start until game 5 then next 2 games not starting again and again then finishing All-America anyway.

To the contrary what happened last year was that Ben Cleveland was redshirted whilst smaller OL who did not get the job done was all Kirby sent out there to do the dirty work of establishing the run given that Kirby said that was what he was going to do then did every first down run the ball.

To the contrary what happened last year was that Kirby was going to redshirt Mecole Hardman Jr. then relented when Mecole himself went to Kirby and had a come to Jesus meeting only to get all of one touch all season long.

To the contrary the special teams were atrocious as if Kirby never had ever been given responsibility anywhere for special teams to prepare him to be head coach.

To the contrary the offense was abysmal running nearly every first down all year long in the face of 8 and 9 in the box against Kirby’s stated facts that “fewer bad results happen when you run the football.”

To the contrary Jim Chaney is right back in the saddle as if Kirby is satisfied with what he saw.

To the contrary Kirby struggled against all the really poor football teams and even lost to losing record Vandie who lost to 3 cupcakes but not to Kirby.

To the contrary we averaged the # 7 recruiting class for our 2016 roster and the # 6 recruiting class on this year’s 2017 roster and ended-up not ranked in the Final AP Poll Top 25 for the 5th time in the last 9 years more than half the time after 2007.

To the contrary Kirby stubbornly dogmatically played only injured Nick Chubb and injured Sony Michel at TB behind his lousy stinking choices of small OL with 3 top big OL he recruited all redshirted except one snap between his 3 top OL recruits of 2016 and Kirby never even considered starting Brian Herrien as this blog called for July 4.

To the contrary Kirby gave Nick Chubb 32 carries his first game back after 3 ligament surgery and he was never the same thereafter.

To the contrary Kirby said and knew he needed to recruit receivers and did not 2016 or 2017 really either and now has none for 2018 either.

To the contrary Kirby has not yet figured-out how to run his first press conference without contention yet and this is year two now.

To the contrary Kirby has sent-out willy-nilly 5 receiver sets with no sense of urgency even yet to find his one pitch-and-catch combo.  We saw JJ Holloway steal the show in the G-Day Game and he too is buried on the roster and may or may not get to play some by say game 5 right ?

To the contrary not just Ben Cleveland but Chris Barnes and Solomon Kindley were not used to rest the tired little OL Kirby stubbornly insisted on playing every down of every game looking like shit.  Now 2017 he bragged all off-season how the same back-ups to those guys more small guys dominated his defense he bragged to us.  What we all witnessed with our own eyes was the offensive line looks as lost 2017 as it did 2016.

To the contrary Seth Emerson sir I see nothing to indicate Kirby will start his freshmen OL he is stockpiling but instead use small itty-bitty guys on the OL again like he did last year and seemed satisfied with that too.  I mean it was a throw-away year 2016 so why can’t 2017 be a throw-away year too despite the facts that Kirby probably loses 20 guys who have started here at Georgia after this season and ends-up with the most players drafted by the NFL of all teams in the nation after this 2017 season which had better damn well be SEC Championship with all this talent wasted as Kirby did last year and is so far again 2017.

AJ-C DawgNation Seth Emerson  :  “Last year is over and that can’t be changed now.”

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/georgias-important-players-2017-source-fascination

To the contrary No Seth Emerson sir last year is hardly over and it isn’t going to be changed in 2017 either.  Kirby will continue to do what he does.  What he did.  What he has done.  What he will continue to do.  I see nothing to indicate there is any sense of urgency on Kirby’s part for 2017 any more than there was for 2016.

To the contrary Seth Emerson after the NFL Draft after this 2017 season this season will be over for Kirby and you will be scratching your head why in his 14-game season 2017 with the # 36 strength of schedule with only 4 teams more talented than Kirby that he lost 4 games again.  I won’t.  What I see is what I saw and is what I expect.

To the contrary I have a sense of urgency to 2017 for SEC Championship now 2017 with all this talent and insist we send that message to Kirby.  Produce or move on.  Learn offenses and special teams on your own time.  Play the recruits you recruit not just recruit them and redshirt them.

I hear that all the time Seth Emerson that the past is the past.  The past is who you are.  Fix it if it needs fixing and quit cease and desist with the bullshit that that is history now.  No it’s not.  You never fixed any of this.

So the past is who you are and who you will continue to be.

You had better get with the program GATA and win now Kirby 2017.

KIRBY SMART to Seth Emerson just now : “Year 1 was disappointing. Any time you finish 8-5 it’s a disappointment at the University of Georgia. This is certainly not the standard that I expect to keep.”

I seriously do not see blogs supporting our Bulldogs such as this blog does making THIS STATEMENT that Kirby makes today to Seth Emerson. This blog most assuredly takes this EXACT take on 2016.

Disappointing.  And not the standard I find ACCEPTABLE.  And NOT what we brought Kirby here for.  Note if you will that Kirby DOES NOT MAKE EXCUSES !

Our blogs have been chalk-full of EXCUSES.

There are none.  We LOST to losing record Vandie for God’s sake whom 3 CUPCAKES beat.

And THIS BLOG has detailed the ERRORS blunders year one which can NOT be repeated 2017.  You are not going to improve any program by burying your head in the sand and ignoring the obvious.  And to a LARGE EXTENT this is the MESSAGE Kirby has heard from ME from Buck Belue from right-minded fans of which there are MANY and from the national press.  It is ALSO what Kirby is hearing from 2018 recruits isn’t it ?

Kirby HAD to make this STATEMENT.  There is no 24-hour rule to where we are as a program.  We’ve averaged as a program now for 9 years more than 4 losses a season.

2017 is full of promise.

2017 finds us with only 4 other teams with more talent than Kirby.  We have a # 36 strength of schedule.  We should be AT LEAST 10-4 meaning Kirby MADE IT to Atlanta thus has a 14-game season 2017.  2017 will be followed by Kirby having the MOST NFL Draft Picks in the nation of ANY TEAM any league.  The time to hit the iron is NOW while it is HOT.

“Let us not be distracted by those who attempt to divide us.” UGA AD Greg McGarity 26 May 2017. . . . . . DISTRACTED ? . . . . . I thought I was TRYING to FOCUS us on how you are NOT HELPING our coaches KNOW or LEARN how to WIN.

We are singularly united on FIRING Greg McGarity and undoing the atrocious mess on-going at The University of Georgia.

We think we can MAINTAIN the puppet Mike Adam$ hired as our A.D. who does not even know what questions to ask a defensive-minded assistant coach to see if he can handle and is ready to be a HEAD COACH including being in charge of also the offense and our special teams.  Or how to conduct a press conference.

Our top 5 women’s basketball program all-time and our # 11 football program all-time both found start-up unprepared not groomed to be head coach coaches hired by Greg McGarity.

The very same clown who refuses to build us a new gym and instead wants to white wash the same tired old Stegasaurus so that he can sit on not only $ 100 million in cash but the on-going revenue stream every year too.

Our baseball team has not been able to recruit top players and Greg McGarity has no clue whom to hire who is a baseball man who can fix that either.

Gymnastics is a joke all of a sudden with him in charge too.

The football stadium once top 5 nationally has fallen in disrepair and seen smaller programs expand in size past us when that too brings in more revenue.

If you knew anything about business you would know that you SPEND money to MAKE money.

Instead we stay with the game in Florida every year and talk of our overall record against our # 1 Rival Florida instead of fixing that either.

An AD must be able at a FOOTBALL SCHOOL to sit down with the head football coach and give him direction help him in his weak areas.

Instead we send him right back to the next press meeting ill-prepared and ill-informed continuing his mismanagement too of ALL THESE RESOURCES at UGA.

And Jere Morehead is standing there doing nothing trying to hide.

Lifeblood and best indicator of future success and now Seth Emerson writes today : “Notre Dame averages # 12 and Georgia averages # 6 over the latest 4-year period making up these teams except for Redshirt Seniors 2017 using the 247Sports.com Composite Rankings” but if Kirby does not play them with his obsession against Freshmen practicing with the # 1 unit again all Spring 2017 what difference does it make ?

You simply put can not waste an entire year of freshmen in big-time college football any longer in 2017 but this average ranking of # 12 for Notre Dame the latest 4 years making up their team except for redshirt seniors 2017 really pinpoints why Notre Dame is NOT and HAS NOT BEEN any damn good at all for a long time now.

But what about Georgia ?

Georgia Seth Emerson points-out today averages # 6 for the latest 4-year period making up this 2017 Kirby team except for his redshirt seniors.

It’s a farce that Notre Dame deserves to be completely separate from the ACC in football ONLY.  One of the 65 teams making up the POWER FIVE but not part of the ACC.

But again what about Georgia ?

Well first we had Mark Richt who well over 40 % of his recruits just simply were not on the team any longer most due to being kicked-off quit flunked-out or never qualified and now we have Kirby who recruits all this talent then brags to the press about how bad ALL FRESHMEN are and that he will not play them and then is forced to because well Mark Richt ran-off all the talent he “recruited” here.

59 of Mark Richt’s 118 signed scholarship recruits 2010 through 2015 just simply were NOT on this team making up over 40 % of his team and now Kirby hates on Freshmen making up over 30 % of his team.

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/georgia-notre-dame-recruiting-comparing-past-five-years

Which is worse a coach who believes that there is something besides winning that’s important here at Georgia as Mark Richt REPEATEDLY stated or Kirby who categorically held-back his freshmen 2016 and then threw them into the fire anyway having WASTED all Spring 2016 and all Fall Camp 2016 not getting them any snaps with the # 1 unit.

Kirby NEVER had any choice  but to play and use 30% of his players – nearly one-third.

The FRESHMEN.

Why 30 % ?

Because 30 % of your players ARE FRESHMEN.

Both approaches are a failed model Mark Richt with well over 40% of his players he signed here as scholarship recruits GONE from the team and Kirby holding-back the very ones he ultimately had to rely on anyway as this blog told him this time last year.

Why else would a team who historically averages # 7 recruiting class Georgia UGA Bulldogs be in fact averaging MORE than 4 losses a season for 9 damn years now after 2007 ?

Why in the name of God ?

Because we are NOT USING OUR TALENT.

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/georgia-notre-dame-recruiting-comparing-past-five-years

Forty Percent 59 of the 146 Signed Scholarship Recruits beginning 2010 through 2015 were either kicked-off the team failed to qualify flunked-out never showed-up or quit which got us in such a mess that we did NOT have what we needed for 2016.

If you’re a college football program who ranks very high in recruiting every year then you will be able to compete annually because Scout.com Rivals.com ESPN RecruitingNation.com and 247Sports.com Composite all 4 do a far better job of evaluating talent than any other method of projecting future success.

You’re far more likely to make the NFL and to be drafted if you’re a 5-Star Recruit who are the top one percent of the 4 recruiting services’ rankings. If you’re a team without any 5-Star signee then you’re not going to play in the National Championship Game.

The recruiting services began keeping their rankings 2002. Prior to that they published them but did not retain them. Starting 2002 no team has played in the National Championship Game without any 5-Star signee contributing. So for 15 years now not one NCG participant has failed to have one of these top one percent prospects.

Recruiting Rankings mean so much to the future success in the college football game that it goes much further than 5-Star or top one percent prospects.

Take Top 10 recruiting service rankings for example. Also starting 2002 all participants in the National Championship Game have had their program’s recruiting ranking ranked in the Top 10 in at least one of the previous 4 rankings before making the big game except for Oregon in 2010 and again Oregon in 2014. And Oregon ranked # 12 or # 13 for 2010 2011 and 2012.

So the next time you find yourself stating to the public on the Internet that you don’t follow recruiting or that recruiting does not matter that it is all a crap shoot anyway think about how totally uniformed you are to make such silly statements about yourself and your knowledge of the game of college football.

And it is not just 5-Star recruits and being ranked in the Top 10 classes playing in the National Championship Game either. It’s pervasive across the board for all college football programs and for all rankings of the prospects and subgroups of prospects that the recruiting rankings are the single-most significant factor in determining future success.

If you’re just outside that group of the number 32 each year of 5-star prospects as the top one percent prospects rankings but in the top ten percent of the 3200 recruits who sign annually with the 129 Division 1-A FBS schools 2017 then you’re a 4-Star. And you’re far more likely to have success personally and far more likely for your school to be successful if you’re one of the 5-Star or 4-Star Recruits. There are 3200 FBS signings each year and of those 32 are 5-Star and 300 are 4-Star. And while that leaves over 3000 annually who are not 5-Star or 4-Star all the rest of these prospects have a far lesser chance of contributing greatly to the program’s success. They don’t get their team to the National Championship Game they don’t indicate that their team is a Top 10 recruiting rankings program capable of propelling their program to success and you’re so far less likely to be drafted by the NFL or make it into the NFL.

It’s a matter of odds. The facts prove beyond all reasonable discussion that if 5-Star and 4-Star recruits are far more likely to go on to the NFL and to be drafted than if they are just even 3-Star recruits or 2-star recruits or even unranked recruits yet it is these very 3-Star 2-Star and Unranked prospect who make-up 90% of all prospects.

This blog who has followed this recruiting ranking industry from the beginning has cautioned you that it is not just 5-Star or 4-Star that is important but their overall ranking number at their position which should be followed. If a player is ranked # 2 nationally overall as a QB then that player is not only a 5-Star but more importantly from my point of view he is # 2 of 129 possible quarterbacks you might have recruited and signed. Now if you think the recruiting services don’t know what they are talking about then you’re talking about something in public that proves just how poorly educated you are on the topic to even talk about the game you purport to try to discuss in public with others. You would be far better served to read than to write.

You see ?

The recruiting ranking at their position indicates to you or should approximately what they rank of the 129 teams competing to try to find a player for that position. Since 5-Stars are one percent of 3200 prospects annually 4-Stars are the top ten percent of the 3200 prospects then 90 percent are 3-Star or below. Therefore where they are ranked at their position as # 2 best nationally quarterback is far more important and telling than to lump them all in a subgroup of 3-Star which is by definition a very large group.

Since this is then the BEST INDICATOR OF FUTURE SUCCESS for the prospect’s team AND for the prospect personally then THIS is the Lifeblood of any college football program and is what separates the great coaches from the run-of-the-mill coaches because it is possible therefore to be considered a good coach simply because the coach signed top ranked recruits and recruiting classes.

2017 Kirby signed 15 players ranked in the top 100 overall nationally regardless of position.  True 2018 is not the same at all but then again Kirby did lose 5 games 2016 and recruits do want to go play with teams who are doing well.  If Kirby can beat teams such as Notre Dame vols Florida Auburn and not lose to 6-7 teams like Kirby did to Vandie 2016 in his 8-5 season then recruits will once again flock here because for a football school UGA is one of the very best educations any football school can offer the prospect.

Kirby is going to have to do a better job of highlighting his top ranked recruits than he has like he himself doesn’t give a shit about their rankings either.

Until he sees otherwise the recruiting rankings have proved so far that they know a LOT more about the players than Kirby does.

Jere Morehead : “I think our prospects for the future are bright and I don’t have any reason to think that we’ve got any systemic problems that have to be addressed at this point.” Hello. Wake-up. Football program TOTALLY out of control and has been ENTIRE Greg McGarity era averaging MORE than 4 losses per season 8 full years and NOT getting better with recruiting 2018 down now that everyone sees what a JERK Kirby is to his players.

Then there are ALL the other sports and NONE of them are doing well either.  A girls’ tennis coach for a year is NOT the A.D. of my choice.  Prop him up if you wish Jere Morehead sir but you are just bringing this ALL DOWN on you too.  And what next gaffe will Kirby pull with the press ?

I’m sorry Greg McGarity should be FIRED before he does ANY FURTHER DAMAGE to the coaches which he has been WRONG ON right down the line from the get-go.

We’ve NEVER been this bad in all our sports.  We can’t HIRE PROVEN HEAD COACHES Jere Morehead sir ?

Someone who knows how to develop and implement an Offensive Game Strategy ?

In ANY Sport Jere Morehead sir ?

And where the hell is our new Gym Jere Morehead sir ?

You can support publically Mike Adam$’ hires as Athletic Directors but I will NOT.

Georgia Bulldogs fans destined for life at the roadhouse Suds Bucket ?

Not quite a smooth-talking son of a gun Kirby has folks torn between believing the undersized Mark Richt recruits on the offensive line are better than the ones Kirby recruited here instead – that or that Kirby will re-accommodate Seth Emerson calls re-accomodate the press to believe that what they DO SEE they should have KNOWN not to report when Deangelo Gibbs had his shoulder injured by fellow defensive back freshman Richard LeCounte III.

Or maybe we should just all hit the Suds Bucket and drown our sorrows for 9 years of 37 losses – MORE than 4 losses a season for nine (9) stinking years.

No we’re not talking about the Kentucky Laundromat but about the roadhouse called the Suds Bucket.

Seriously Kirby leftover undersized line is really what you wanted all along here ?

United Airlines indeed should rip a passenger from his seat kicking and screaming and drag him off the plane for a stewardess to make a connection and Seth Emerson should worry that Deangelo Gibbs’ mom might find-out first from Seth and call Kirby to find-out about him getting her son injured : How bad is my baby boy’s injury I read about in the newspaper coach ?

By all means let’s keep this on the QT.

It should be a secret that which we see and know and feel compelled to share.

It’s confidential and completely off the record that which we see.   Silly me.

My God what Nick Saban must think at every NEXT new Kirby press “conference”  – that he might have given him some interviews in all a decade’s work with him to prepare him with how to speak with the press ?

Only to find Kirby now indeed like the United Airlines spokesperson announcing the ripping of a paid customer kicking and screaming from his seat by United Airlines Security Personnel to deadhead a stewardess to a needed plane ride referred to by said spokesperson as instead re-accommodating him.

Now Kirby Seth Emerson says needs to re-accommodate the entire press that nothing he says and even less than what the press sees may they report without the written prior approval of Kirby.

You take us all as dumb shits Kirby ?

My Dad I.Q. 165 Valedictorian has that problem Kirby.  He has no idea how smart or dumb others might be.  He only knows they nowhere in his ballpark.  There no relativity only black and white only for him to discern on the topic.

Good on you Seth for speaking-up about the ongoing injustice of Kirby ranting once again to the press at some ill-conceived notion that NO NEWS is good news and lies to the contrary of the truth all that the press should ever hear

or see.

If that all we aspire to as a program to believe that if one less person knows the truth on any subject then heavens above that’s got to be sagaciously obvious then for all of us to indeed shut-down our blogs and just bend the elbow to put us all out of our misery.

Kirby this is whom it is you are.

You are defined.

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/team-news/georgia-practice-report-texas-tech-transfer-breiden-fehoko-attendance

You are so transparent Kirby.

4-15-2017

“Yeah obviously coming from experience is the big difference this year. They’re giving me a lot more control with calling audibles. I feel a lot more comfortable with that than I would have last year. Because last year I was still trying to figure out which way to turn when I got a handoff and all that stuff. So this year there’s a lot more comfort in doing a lot of different things.” Jacob Eason to Seth Emerson after two-thirds of spring practices with the # 1 unit for Jacob Eason this year UNLIKE LAST YEAR. This time last year – and in fact for Jacob Eason’s first 33 weeks on campus KIRBY would NOT LET Jacob Eason practice with the # 1 unit. THEN Kirby threw him to WOLVES anyway UNPREPARED.

Unprepared his first 33 weeks by Kirby last year Jacob Eason was then made starter anyway – like Kirby had ANY choice at ALL whatsoever.

I told you this all along.

Unprepared and unable to audible-out of the horrible play calls by Jim Chaney – forced on Jim Chaney TOO by Kirby who came here with NO EXPERIENCE on the offense.  Kirby was unprepared by Nick Saban on offense on special teams AND in speaking to the press whom Kirby sees as an adversary.  Frankly Nick Saban NEVER LET Kirby DECIDE who was the better player for special teams or offense either so Kirby ALSO was unprepared by Nick Saban to DETERMINE whom it is he should be WORKING with the # 1 unit as his STARTER.

Yet EVERY SINGLE independent analysis of Jacob Eason is that he is one of the TOP dozen quarterbacks in the nation on this day after last year.

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/maturation-georgia-jacob-eason

A fine article as far as it goes.  It DOES tell you what is.  It just doesn’t tell you why what is is what was.

It was because KIRBY would NOT LET JACOB EASON practice and prepare with the # 1 unit then Kirby threw him into the fire ANYWAY – like there EVER was ANY choice in the matter.

There never was.  And THIS BLOG said so January 12 only to wait until September 21 a full 33 weeks later before FINALLY KIRBY did what Kirby should have done January 12.  I mean when Kirby got here Jacob Eason has already been here for two full weeks.

That’s when THIS BLOG made Jacob Eason the STARTER and wanted to him to GET EVERY POSSIBLE SNAP with the # 1 unit.

Obviously.

There were SO MANY PEOPLE who argued with me about it LAST YEAR this time that I said KIRBY HAD NO CHOICE but to START JACOB EASON and that he would desperately NEED the time with the # 1 unit.

You’ll were WRONG in agreeing with Kirby that Jacob Eason should NOT be getting the reps with the # 1 unit until finally Kirby relented September 21 exactly 33 weeks later than January 12 as THIS BLOG said would be the sagacious choice for the team for the year 2016 and for the program long-term.

THIS QUOTE PROVES – now that Jacob Eason is NOT a true freshman and can now TALK to the press – that Jacob Eason sorely missed the snaps with the # 1 unit all last throw-away season as a result.

Kirby’s statements last year and this year ALSO PROVE that Jacob Eason should have received EVERY snap with the # 1 unit starting the first Spring Practice 2016.

EXACTLY as THIS BLOG SAID at the time BEFORE it was TOO LATE.

4-10-2017

“Pat Allen was again working at left guard with the first team while Dyshon Sims was at right tackle. Redshirt freshman Chris Barnes was snapping the ball during a drill. Barnes is getting a look as a potential option at center.” WE HAVE NO CLUE WHAT WE ARE DOING ON THE OL.

NONE.

These are NOT our best offensive linemen.

NOT.

I suspect Kirby is calling the shots on offensive linemen based upon his PROVEN TRACK RECORD of having NO CLUE who is good on offense and who isn’t.

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/team-news/georgia-practice-report-couple-young-receivers-moving

I see Seth Emerson is being delicate about Mecole Hardman Junior not to heap too much praise or ask ANY questions about him to piss-off Kirby and sit him down which is what Kirby does when the press asks him anything about a player.

“Offensive analyst Jay Johnson was patrolling the sidelines in shorts. Johnson spent last year as offensive coordinator at Minnesota.

Maybe Jay Johnson can talk some God Damn SENSE into the offensive coaching staff – er uh I mean KIRBY.

4-7-2017

Kirby today : “I think we’ve still got a ways to go at wideout. But Jacob Eason helps those guys – putting the ball in the right spots.”

“I think we are advancing in our passing game and the guys competed hard.   I think Jacob is getting more and more comfortable with our system.  He understands the protection now.   To manage that offense.  It’s challenging coming straight in from high school. I think he’s in a better place.  He’s more confident.  He’s throwing the ball good.  Things that Jacob Eason can handle now.  And being able to do a little more things. And being able to open things up to run the ball as well as throw the ball.  Give him some options to check into and out of things.  He’s come a long way”

Kirby today but Kirby did not mention the offensive line.

“I heard you might need some fire power at WR? Just call my name and I’ll give you more than you need.” TWEET from Mecole Hardman Junior TO Kirby Smart May 2016.

To-date all Kirby has done is give him ONE (1) Touch all season and that was a kick-off return.  In fact Kirby TRIED to REDSHIRT Mecole Hardman Junior last season like Ben Cleveland for example.  Then he relented and let the man ranked the # 1 athlete in the United States of America 2015 make a couple of tackles on special teams.  That’s it.

It’s EXACTLY like Kirby has said and done about Charlie Woerner – another I PEGGED on THIS BLOG to be used at WR 2016 as I did Mecole Hardman Junior on THIS BLOG pre-season 2016.

All we get is Kirby PUTTING SHIT on Mecole Hardman Junior AND Charlie Woerner.

And Ben Cleveland.

And Brian Herrien.

Throw Mecole Hardman Junior the God Damn Football Kirby and we will see how NATURAL he is a receiver.

It certainly looks and sounds like YOU HAVE NO IDEA Kirby that Mecole WOULD NOT be a freaking NATURAL at receiver reading your quotes Kirby.

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/curious-case-mecole-hardmans-future-position-georgia

You said YOU HAD NO DEPTH AT WR KIRBY.

You also said that Mecole DOES NOT MAKE THE DEPTH ON YOUR DEFENSE and now MORE younger players are moving ahead of him THERE TOO Kirby.

Wake the F up Kirby.

3-20-2017

“There has been a lot of talk of using Sony Michel more in a receiving role like out of the slot. So the hints of a bigger receiving role could be about getting him in position for more explosive plays.” Seth Emerson quote today on AJ-C DawgNation.

Well Seth does not attribute this to any quote from Sony Michel or from Kirby Smart or from Nick Chubb or from Javon Wims.

But the facts are that Sony Michel’s role on ANY football team would be to use him out-in-space and yes he has a FUTURE at that after this season in the NFL. Sony Michel is THAT guy. We have NOT done that with Sony Michel.

Yes Nick Chubb has GREAT HANDS and will get MANY passes thrown to him out of the backfield after this season too.

ALL THIS while of course Kirby FINALLY moved Mecole Hardman Junior to his NATURAL ROLE of wide receiver to great REVIEWS so far this Spring.

And not just Mecole Hardman Jr. but also Jeremiah Holloman has shined this Spring early as well.

AND last but not least Isaac Nauta has been MAKING GREAT CATCHES THIS SPRING spread-out WIDE.

I have no idea where ALL THIS COMES FROM except to say THIS IS PRECISELY EXACTLY what THIS BLOG has maintained from the BEGINNING about ALL these guys along with me also pointing-out that Brian Herrien should have been the STARTING TAILBACK Game 2 last year if not before. I called for THAT prior to the Game 1 too – to make Brian Herrien the STARTING TAILBACK before the North Carolina game last season.

“Jacob Eason was not allowed to check-out of a call any last season. They’re giving Jacob Eason the ability to make checks this season.” Javon Wims said today to Seth Emerson beat-writer extraordinaire currently at the AJ-C DawgNation seizing that role there from Chipper Towers – who I presume is still on his Summer sabbatical since he NEVER writes about The Georgia Bulldogs’ Football Team for weeks-on-end quite frequently since Seth Emerson got here from macon.com.

All of this is GREAT NEWS if in fact these are what are happening on these fronts outside the typical 13 minutes of press viewings of our daily Spring Practices on-going week two now.

Here here.

Compare us to someone else ? Anyone else but Alabama ? What is the strength of our program ? And NOW Greg McGarity says : “The Georgia Bulldogs’ Football Program is almost as good as a Xerox just don’t compare us to a Xerox directly but just to their lowly brethren. Don’t directly compare Georgia to an in fact Xerox which would just be an unfair comparison for us. Leave THAT to ANYONE else but lowly us. We’re just as good as most anyone else except for a real McCoy Xerox” Greg McGarity whines today to the press. He’s always whining to the press about something : Today it’s that Georgia can’t compare to Alabama.

“Compare us to someone else.  Everyone compares itself to Alabama. Compare us to Tennessee.  Compare us to LSU. So I think what happens is so many people refer to one place : Alabama.  There are 12 other schools other than Georgia and Alabama in the league. Let’s compare ourselves to any of the 12 others. Some of the others besides Georgia and Alabama don’t have what we have.  Some of the others besides Georgia and Alabama are better than us too.  But don’t let’s compare ourselves to Alabama.”  Greg McGarity

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/facilities-race-georgia-still-playing-catch

And why is that Greg McGarity ?

Why is it that The Mighty University of Georgia can not compare ourselves to Alabama ?

Is there something inherently better about the University of Alabama and Tuscaloosa ?

Yes they have an AD who thinks that Alabama is better than we are.

And we have an AD who thinks that The University of Georgia and Athens should NOT EVEN TRY to compare ourselves to Alabama.

The biggest concern this football program at Georgia has is Athletics’ Director Greg McGarity.  His record is BAD.  It’s bad for his tenure in football.  It’s bad for his tenure in all sports.  It’s particularly bad in the record by the coaches he’s hired.  Now it seems NOTHING he does is RIGHT with ANYONE.  Everything he says is criticized.  He only an erstwhile tennis player and former girls’ tennis coach one year who was hand-picked by Mike Adam$ to replace Damon Evans whom Mike Adam$ ALSO hired.  Both have been TOTAL abominations.  The state of our facilities is inexcusable and him sitting on so much cash to work on these issues.  And BRAGGING how he only just has begun to scratch the surface on getting MORE DONATIONS from us.  Don’t dare compare us to Alabama.  Has Greg McGarity done ANYTHING that remotely is considered RIGHT ?  Well has he ?

Now this.

  1. No New Gym with cash to buy one while rest buy on time with SEC revenue stream ASSURED
  2. Stinky piss-smelling bathrooms no money to fix with $ 72 million in cash
  3. Tail-gating restrictions everyone hates
  4. Parking problem all our venues
  5. Getting to and from the venues a total nightmare
  6. No Traffic control
  7. Bullshit cupcakes we play as home games because FLORIDA our # 1 Rival is played in JAX EVERY year
  8. Watching our SEC brethren go past us in seats not filling-in West end with seats and view of Baxter Street
  9. RIP-OFF for foods at all venues
  10. BAD SERVICE at all the venues
  11. The LOUSY STATE OF EVERY ONE OF OUR SPORTS’ TEAMS
  12. Donating monies millions upon millions EVERY YEAR specifically targeted by ME for Athletics’ Department instead donated by the Athletic Department to The University of Georgia instead whose annual budget finds these millions but a DROP in the damn bucket of their annual one and half billion dollar budget when these funds so DESIGNATED by ME were INTENDED by ME to FIX this SHIT of our venues and the lousy state of our venues and of our sports’ teams also ALL in a LOUSY state of DISREPAIR as well.
  13. Do not compare Georgia to Alabama – that’s not the right comparison to do.

This clown puppet has got to go.

One of the biggest problems our program has is that we have a puppet AD installed by Mike Adam$ who was a girls’ tennis coach for a year and a poor tennis player himself whose only concern is cash on hand not investing it to make us better like EVERYONE else does as their AD thus they with less cash build new gym they with less cash add to their seating so they go past us in attendance they with less cash have better fan experiences they with less cash have better sports’ programs than we.

And we have a fan base who dares not be Alabama.  Our fans SETTLE for less than acceptable.  We do NOT have Alabama’s EXPECTATIONS.  And it starts at the TOP.  Greg McGarity.

Don’t compare us to Alabama ?

Alabama does NOT have our resources.

Forget they don’t have our talent that their state pales in comparison to our own.  Forget that an AD is supposed to be a salesman.  We can settle for 2nd best.

Don’t compare us to Alabama.  That’s unfair.

Really ?

I tend to believe that the Strength of our Program is that we DARE to compare ourselves to EVERYONE.  That we have EXPECTATIONS that we CAN COMPETE with ANYONE.

Alabama included.

We don’t have to strive to be the best.  We can strive to compare ourselves to anyone other than those who are the very best.  Let’s compare ourselves to less than the best.  Then we look pretty good.

It’s almost as good as a Xerox.  Compare us to not them but everyone else.  The competitors of Xerox would never have sold anyone on their product had they taken this defeatist attitude of Greg McGarity.  Why not just give Florida their due too ?  Compare us to anyone in The SEC except for Alabama and Florida.  And LSU.  And vols.  And Clemson.  And FSU.  And Southern California.  And Michigan.  And Ohio State.  We’re not in their league.  Compare us to just the rest.

That is not a good comparison of Georgia compared to Alabama.

“Expect LESS than Alabama fans expect of their program and IN FACT refuse to allow a comparison of us to Alabama.”

3-9-2017

That’s good Seth Emerson AJ-C DawgNation and our BEST beat writer for some time now. But it’s not my line-up at receiver sir.

I call for the same as you mentioned :

Mecole Harman Jr. is OUR BEST RECEIVER after Isaac Nauta.  He isn’t playing on defense anyway at cornerback and only had 1 touch of the football the entire 2016 season.  Kirby has to FIX THIS.  You don’t sign the # 1 athlete in the nation and give him one touch all year – NOT AGAIN.

Not and keep your job as head coach UGA with this dearth of wide receivers.  Kirby FAILED to figure-out who his pitch and catch combo was last Spring and didn’t figure it out all FALL CAMP either but then again EVERYONE gave Kirby a THROW-AWAY year so he took it.

A honeymoon.

If you can’t find someone to throw to in 2016 or 2017 for that matter either that is ON THE HEAD COACH of a FBS School – especially Georgia with all this talent to choose from.

So Receiver Depth Chart in order :

  1. Isaac Nauta  TE Buford Georgia Consensus Freshman All-America – unclog TE move him outside he’s our most accomplished receiver by FAR.  I would throw to Isaac Nauta every down this year 2017 and next year when he is a 1st Round Draft Pick after next season.
  2. Mecole Hardman Jr. – Soph- wasted his freshman year when Kirby wanted to redshirt the # 1 athlete in the nation.  That’s BULLSHIT Kirby.
  3. Jeremiah Holloman- F
  4. Javon Wims – Senior
  5. DeAngelo Gibbs – F- you left him out all together Seth
  6. Terry Godwin – Junior – Seth you didn’t say he has been Tentative here since he got here but he is.  He fixes that and he would be WAY up on this Depth Chart – that’s up to Terry Godwin.
  7. Riley Ridley
  8. Mark Webb Jr. – we’ve GOT to plug HOLES with our TOP players youth or NOT Seth.
  9. Trey Blount III
  10. Dominick Sanders Senior – he should have been targeted on OFFENSE last year and wasn’t
  11. Michael Chigbu Junior 2017 WR
  12. Matthew Landers
  13. Jayson Stanley Junior 2017  Creekside WR 6′ 2″ 207 lbs.
  14. Elijah Holyfield 5′ 11″ 215 lbs. RB – if not going to play him more at RB then fill holes with top stars and throw to him in space
  15. Tyler Simmons 6′ 206 lbs. McEachern WR
  16. Charlie Woerner  6′ 5″ 251 lbs. Rabun County Starter 2016 TE – for heaven’s sake all these TE and no WR and no one can THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX except for me ?  Wake-up
  17. Shakenneth Williams Senior 2017 6′ 1″ 208 lbs. WR 2 games 2016 including 1 start Macon

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/georgia-depth-chart-analysis-void-wide-receiver

My theory on Depth Charts is one think outside the box and move your STARS to fill holes and two if the guy already here isn’t getting the job done let someone else try.

This is our biggest hole.  We better get with it and find our pitch and catch combo NOW.

We don’t have one.

“Those are all things that we’ll be looking at in the future.” Greg McGarity about MY complaints HERE about the HORDES OF CASH from SEC Revenue Sharing Greg McGarity is JUST SITTING ON instead of a new gym stinky piss-smelling bathrooms tail-gating restrictions parking and getting to and from the venues traffic control bullshit cupcakes we play as home games because FLORIDA our # 1 Rival is played in JAX EVERY year watching our SEC brethren go past us in seats not filling-in West end with seats and view of Baxter Street RIP-OFF for foods and BAD SERVICE IN OTHER WORDS Greg McGarity is NOT DOING ANYTHING about the LOUSY STATE OF EVERY ONE OF OUR SPORTS’ TEAMS since the day Greg McGarity took over nor anything about all our complaints about the venues either : “Those are all things that we’ll be looking at in the future. Our donors have been fantastic. I think one thing is we have just scratched the surface. We just know there’s tremendous upside there. And I think the message that we’d like to convey is that it’s a huge deal for us. Those are all things that we’ll be looking at in the future.”

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/mcgarity-says-georgia-fan-concerns-stadium-experience-huge-deal-us

Get rid of this Greg McGarity clown puppet NOW who has let the general state of all of our sports’ teams and their facilities fall into a state of TOTAL unacceptable DISREPAIR.

This Howdy Doody clown has got to go.

Howdy Doody Greg McGarity has GOT TO GO.

He is just a marionette clown puppet whose puppeteer marionettist is STILL Mike Adam$ doing Mike Adam$’ BIDDING directives – sit on cash and DONATE our monies we entrusted to him to manage our sports’ teams and their venues –  to The University of Georgia millions upon millions every year which we GAVE Greg McGarity to FIX this SHIT with instead when The University of Georgia has an annual budget of a billion and a half dollars.  The millions DONATED every year by Greg McGarity were specifically FUNDS I donated to the ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT to fix this SHIT not the separate MONIES I donated to The University of Georgia for OTHER PURPOSES of The University of Georgia.  Most of us DONATE MONIES to BOTH.  My MONIES donated to The University of Georgia are MATCHED by my MAJOR EMPLOYER thus doubling-up those FUNDS but my DONATIONS TO FIX THIS SHIT are NOT :

  1. New Gym
  2. Stinky piss-smelling bathrooms
  3. Tail-gating restrictions
  4. Parking
  5. Getting to and from the venues
  6. Traffic control
  7. Bullshit cupcakes we play as home games because FLORIDA our # 1 Rival is played in JAX EVERY year
  8. Watching our SEC brethren go past us in seats not filling-in West end with seats and view of Baxter Street
  9. RIP-OFF for foods

Mike Adam$ is still controlling the STRINGS of this clown puppet marionette Greg McGarity still doing Mike Adam$’ bidding DIRECTIVES.

It is HIGH TIME we rid ourselves of ALL vestiges of Mike Adam$.

Fire Greg McGarity.

He was ever only just a puppet installed by Mike Adam$ to replace ANOTHER Mike Adam$ CLOWN puppet as AD Damon Evans.

“And I think the message that we’d like to convey is that it’s a huge deal for us. Those are all things that we’ll be looking at in the future.”

This lip service from this clown puppet is just too much to bear any more.

Greg McGarity alone bears all the responsibility for all of this and this sorry state of our sports’ teams and their venues under Greg McGarity do not bear scrutiny do they ?

He isn’t doing anything telling us that he isn’t doing anything about any of it but might at some point in the damn future.

AJ-C DawgNation Seth Emerson is doing a GREAT JOB bringing us all this NEWS isn’t he ?  I have always liked Seth Emerson for his thorough reporting.  He stops and thinks.  Then he interviews and does HIS RESEARCH.

Well research this.  The University of Georgia MAKES MORE PROFITS than EVERY other Athletics’ Department and SITS on it rather than investing it as it was INTENDED by US the ones donating our monies to IT.

Then they BRAG to US that they have just scratched the damn surface ripping us all off and NOT doing as we wanted with those funds but as Mike Adam$ told Greg McGarity to do with those funds INSTEAD.

3-3-2017

“Our donors have been fantastic. I think one thing is we have just scratched the surface. We just know there’s tremendous upside there.” Greg McGarity to Seth Emerson AJ-C DawgNation just now.

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/ok-thats-great-sanford-stadiums-bathrooms

I predict this is the END for Greg McGarity who shall NOT recover from this duly reported by Seth Emerson AJ-C DawgNation.

This is the end of the end that Greg McGarity would MOUTH-OFF like this to the press about how much MORE he can BILK from we Georgia donators who have given so much for the lip-service Greg McGarity gives us and BRAGS he can get MORE from – that he has only scratched the surface with us donating to him.

“Our donors have been fantastic.  I think one thing is we have just scratched the surface.  We just know there’s tremendous upside there.”

Greg McGarity quote to Seth Emerson AJ-C DawgNation just now.

USA Today now reports that Scout.com indeed ranks Georgia # 1 Recruiting Class 2017 :

UPDATED: Latest 2017 College Football Recruiting Composite Team Rankings

2-1-2017 at 9:16 a.m. updated 3:15 p.m.

A program’s recruiting class is ranked and is measured by the number of three star recruits they have. The more they have the worse the class is. Miami of Florida has 13 of their 21 or 62 %. We know there are BETTER PLAYERS than 62 % he went after. Of the top 100 he has only 2. That is what he did here. Good players can MAKE a good coach. Bad players can make a bad coach. A bad coach can recruit poorly. A good coach can’t because that is a definition of what can make a good coach. An analysis of how Mark Richt got fired at Georgia. Kirby Smart is a more likable football coach than Mark Richt to the kids themselves. Our 125th Anniversary and THIS our # 1 class ever 15 top 100 OVERALL in at least 1 of the 3 major recruiting services. I know what THIS means. Seth Emerson says Mark Richt’s DREAM TEAM was pretty good. No it was NOT – not by ANY stretch of the imagination. Please do not compare THIS historic class to that joke of a class.

You can MEASURE how good a class a team got Wednesday by the number of 3-Star recruits they got.  The MORE they got then the worse the class is for that coach.  DESPERATE coaches fill-up their scholarships with 3-Star recruits.  Now sometimes a 3-Star is right there at the very top of the 3-Stars and that is where I caution you to look at their rank at their position.

If 13 of your 21 recruits are ranked 25 or 34 or 46 or 53 or 68 or 75 or 132 at their position then your average ranking of 62 % of what you signed Wednesday average the # 60 player at their position.  60 other teams signed better players than you did at 62 % of your positions.

You ONLY get 85 Scholarships.

If you are DESPERATE and fill your Scholarships with 62 % of them the # 60 player at their position then 60 other teams have increased their percentage of better players on Scholarship there than you have 62 % of the time.

This remains a problem for Mark Richt.

The higher ranked a recruit is then the higher the probability the player will do better than one worse ranked than he is.

If you don’t get this precept you will NEVER get recruiting.

I see folks who get all pessimistic and cynical about recruiting and typically those folks make 3 statements :

  1. I don’t follow recruiting.
  2. Recruits change their minds.
  3. I know of this 3-Star recruit who was an NFL Draft Pick and good player (ranked # 7 at his position in the nation but a 3-Star nonetheless.)

They just don’t understand recruiting.  Those 3 statements do not mean a thing.  Not one of those 3 statements has any meaning whatsoever.  You either can recruit or you can not.  You can be taught how to recruit.  Or you can be a natural at it.

Recruiting is the lifeblood of any program and it can make or break a coach.  That’s right.  A poor coach can be judged a good one ONLY because he recruits better than the coach who knows more about coaching but goes after and signs the marginal players who just don’t make it as often as the ones who are judged to be the better players by folks who are paid millions upon millions of dollars to rank them.

That’s why rankings matter.

Mark Richt bragged himself that what HE termed his DREAM TEAM was his best class he recruited here but the truth of the matter is that the last remnants of his DREAM TEAM left his last year here a year in which he was fired for their performance on the field and it included 22 who left 2015 with Mark Richt.  The 22 who left Mark Richt’s last season were ALL 22 STARTERS here for Mark Richt and included Kolton Houston who – since he was here 6 years during which time Mark Richt lost 24 games – Mark Richt averaged 4 losses a season with those 22 who left with Mark Richt his last season here 2015 the last remnants of the Dream Team.

Did you hear me Seth Emerson ?

Mark Richt’s dream team since it included Kolton Houston as the 22 starters Mark Richt lost after his 2015 fired season averaged 4 losses a year for their 6 years here.  24 losses 6 years.

That is good Seth Emerson ?

No it is NOT.

Seth Emerson says this morning that was a pretty good class.

That’s not pretty good Seth.  That sucks.

It was anything but.

Of course Mark Richt averaged 4 losses a season his last 8 seasons here as well 73-32.  So his DREAM TEAM was NO BETTER than the rest.  Was it ?  If Kirby’s class 2017 does that here Kirby will be FIRED too, not lauded by Seth Emerson on our 125th Anniversary as “pretty good” Seth.

Forty Percent 59 of the 146 Signed Scholarship Recruits by Mark Richt his last 6 seasons here were either kicked-off the team failed to qualify flunked-out never showed-up or quit which got us in such a mess that we did NOT have what we needed.

Seth Emerson says that class was 24 signed scholarship recruits by Mark Richt in his DREAM TEAM but does not list them.  There were in fact 26 Seth.  10 of the 26 did not finish their career here at Georgia because they either were kicked-off the team by Mark Richt failed to qualify flunked-out never showed-up or quit which got us in such a mess that we did NOT have what we needed Mark Richt’s average of 40% just gone his last 6 seasons here of the Mark Richt era.

Here is that URL to what Mark Richt recruited in his cough cough DREAM TEAM :

http://recruiting.scout.com/a.z?s=73&p=9&c=8&toinid=740&yr=2011

It was NOT 24 Seth.  26.

Please do not compare THAT crappy class to this HISTORIC CLASS by stark contrast.

I take exception therefore that that was a pretty good class.  They did not do jack here at Georgia except to get Mark Richt fired.  Several of the more prominent players Seth brags on this morning were kicked-off this team and played for someone else not Georgia.

Pretty good Seth Mark Richt’s DREAM TEAM ?

Excuse me ?

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/georgia-verge-signing-new-dream-team-original-one-pretty-good

No it was NOT PRETTY GOOD Seth Emerson sir.

12 of the 26 over forty-six percent were 3-star recruits or worse which is nearly half of Mark Richt’s DREAM TEAM.  Only 1 of those players did jack here and he went undrafted in the NFL.

Mark Richt is counterproductive in his recruiting and always has been.  He overinflated his rankings his last 6 years here at UGA by over-signing EVERY YEAR and then finding 59 of his last 146 forty percent were either kicked-off the team failed to qualify flunked-out never showed-up or quit.  He signed marginal players and had to resign every year MORE to replace them and they were 40 % kicked-off the team failed to qualify flunked-out never showed-up or quit too from 2010 through 2015 inclusive all 6 years at the end of the Mark Richt era at Georgia.  And was fired for it.

Mark Richt lost his job because his choice was Greyson Lambert who categorically refused to TRY to throw the ball down the field in fear he might throw an interception and lose his job over it he thought.  Then when this halting quarterback after his halting QB choice Hutson Mason the previous year became apparent to Mark Richt he turned instead to a running back at QB whom Mark Richt had not given a single solitary snap at QB all season long against his # 1 Rival in his FATAL and 8th game of his FINAL SEASON here.  DESPERATE.  Desperate because he did NOT recruit as well here as Kirby Kirby’s first 2 classes already compared to Mark Richt there at Miami of Florida or here at Georgia. He didn’t call running plays for him either nor pull him after 4 interceptions as well but his FATAL FLAW was that at the most dynamic position at ANY college or NFL he had THESE CHOICES.

Got it ?

Of course you can have a great dynamic QB and NO ONE around him out there to block or catch and 2 injured running backs and a poorly prepared head coach and pitiful offensive coordinator and the QB will not be judged to be great any more than the coach will be.  I am NOT making excuses for Kirby.  I am stating FACTS.

When you look at the recruiting rankings Wednesday do NOT look at where the class is ranked but instead look at how many 3-Star recruits they got AND THEN LOOK at where each player is ranked at HIS POSITION in the nation.

If 62 % of them are the # 60 player in the nation at their position this is a POOR RECRUITING CLASS no matter where the class is ranked.

Where a team is RANKED as a TEAM is based on points.  You get MORE POINTS for EVERY recruit signed.  So if you over-sign and 62 % of them are # 60 at their position nationally then the team is made-up of marginal players.  60 other teams have BETTER PLAYERS than he does 62 % of the time.  That’s not good and are seeds for issues on the down the line with 62 % of them.  THAT is a failed model.

Here is that URL link to Mark Richt’s recruiting class 2017 :

http://miami.247sports.com/Season/2017-Football/Commits

That sucks like the 2011 class Mark Richt signed here because it is TOO heavy on 3-Star recruits and not enough STARS.

I’d rather have a coach who knows how to coach but if I have to choose between two neither who know how to coach I will take the one who recruits better because HE can be a BETTER COACH just simply by signing better players.

And if I have to take an OLD COACH who doesn’t know what he is doing coaching or a young one I will take the young one because he MIGHT learn how to coach while the old one has already proven that he can’t.

This is where I stand on Wednesday’s news that Kirby Smart has recruited the nation’s # 3 recruiting class made-up of 15 players judged to be top 100 players OVERALL in the nation in at least 1 of the 3 top recruiting services Scout.com 247Sports.com or ESPN RecruitingNation.com of the 3300 who will sign scholarships to 1-A FBS teams Wednesday and The University of Georgia’s # 1 recruiting class of ALL-TIME with 15 top players whom I hope to see Fall Practice practicing at least some with the # 1 unit ALL FALL.

This is NOT 15 in the top 100 at THEIR POSITION nationally but that of the 3300 signing Wednesday with FBS 1-A teams of which there are 130 teams Kirby just got us 15 of the top 100 of the 3300.

Got it ?

Kirby Smart is a more likable football coach than Mark Richt to the kids themselves.

Kirby absorbed how to recruit.  Is it the most important judge of being a good coach in college football ?  It certainly is one way a coach can be judged to be a good coach.  He can have better players and be judged a good coach as a result thereof by itself.

If you can keep this in mind Wednesday National Signing Day 2017 then you will be able sit back and have perspective about all this news Wednesday.

It does NOT mean that I will not be continuing to urge Kirby to LEARN how to coach such as GETTING HIS 15 top 100 players in one of the 3 major recruiting services – our stars therefore – out there ALL FALL this Fall practicing at least some with the # 1 unit.

It’s quite a feat Kirby has accomplished Wednesday.  We’ve played football at the rate of # 11 best in the nation for our 125th Anniversary this season at Georgia and THIS our # 1 recruiting class ever of all 125 seasons.  You look at it how ever you want : I know what this means.   125th Anniversary I RECOGNIZED THIS FIRST.

1 Medical Redshirt True Freshman 2016 who does NOT count 5 January 2017 :

1 True Freshman who played one play and was DOCUMENTED as injured during that 1 snap and could not return to the field 2016 so this is a prototypical MEDICAL REDSHIRT meaning he gets to play here 6 years like Kolton Houston of the 2010 signing class who completed his eligibility the game after Mark Richt was fired against Penn State.    2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 Six years On-Scholarship.  The NCAA screwed Kolton Houston over an archaic rule not written for his circumstance of PED then relented after the fact.

Solomon Kindley Freshman 56  in this one case this is a documented rubber-stamp MEDICAL REDSHIRT TRUE FRESHMAN 2016 who therefore does NOT count as On-Scholarship on THIS DAY 5 January 2017 meaning Kirby can NOW bring-in ONE MORE Early Enrollee since it is a foregone conclusion that the NCAA owes Kirby one MORE Early Enrollee right now today.  Counts as 1 of the 60 documented as On-Scholarship for 2017 for Kirby no matter what.  56.

If Kirby redshirts Solomon Kindley for 2017 as I expect then that will be his REDSHIRT year.  Neither 2016 nor 2017 then in this scenario I am suggesting here therefore counts toward his 4 years of eligibility.  And therefore 2016 does NOT count as On-Scholarship on THIS DAY either.

It is easy to be precise in this 85 list.  There are RULES.

If you have seen enough of the RULES you know what they are.  I have.  I do.  It’s not confusing.  It is cut-and-dry.  It is detailed.  The NCAA has a whole and completely SEPARATE group for this called COMPLIANCE.  They have a responsibility to do their job.  And they are NOT ALLOWED to drag their feet.  They can apply rules and take them back as in this case not applying but THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE CASES.  Kirby gets another EARLY ENROLLEE SLOT over this.

That will still leave him with 4 years of eligibility the same as Kolton Houston.   If you are redshirted you still get 4 years of eligibility to play.  If you get a medical redshirt that is on top of the 5 if you get a redshirt by the coach.    If you don’t get a redshirt from your coach you would then have 5 years without a redshirt but I see no reason not to redshirt Solomon Kindley 2017.   This means he will still have 2018 as then RF 2019 RSo 2020 RJr and the 2021-2022 season he CAN be On-Scholarship as a Redshirt Senior as you get that year if you are redshirted when the NCAA awards a medical redshirt year.  Since he GOT A SNAP 2016 that would seem a real possibility in Solomon Kindley’s case.  This is the definition of a Medical Redshirt 6th year of eligibility.  Frankly the NCAA owed Kolton Houston a 7th year of eligibility but felt giving him 6 was compensation enough.  The NCAA has awarded 2 Medical Redshirt years before.   Texas Tech center Tony Morales was awarded a seventh year of eligibility by the NCAA in November of 2016 two months ago.  He gets 7 years of On-Scholarship PAYMENTS for FBS football.  The Medical Redshirt year is a year in which the University pays for the student-athlete but is exempted NOT-COUNTED toward the On-Scholarship 85 DURING  THAT ONE YEAR.  He does count for 2017 whether he is redshirted or not but January early enrollee is NOT PART OF THAT.  And that is the purpose of this on-going list on this blog spurring Seth Emerson to write the list as I requested verifying THIS LIST by me by MY RESEARCH to list those On-Scholarship for 2017 now that 2016 is over.

Technically as I lay-out here Solomon Kindley is NOT 5 January 2017 On-Scholarship as he is MEDICAL REDSHIRT 2016 season which INCLUDES TODAY for early enrollee status.

A lot of words but this is most important that Kirby has ANOTHER EARLY ENROLLEE 5 January 2017 SLOT.

Technically as I lay it out here :

  1. 2016 MEDICAL REDSHIRT
  2. 2017 REDSHIRT year not counting as 1 of the 4 years eligibility either
  3. 2018 RF year
  4. 2019 RSo year
  5. 2020 RJr year
  6. 2021 RSr year

Got it ?

He can become a Dr. on the dole.  All 6 years for Kolton Houston he was On-Scholarship receiving payments in-compliance with NCAA Compliance and all 7 years for Texas Tech center Tony Morales the same is true.  There is nothing confusing or in-question about Solomon Kindley.  UGA does have to document this to the NCAA and get APPROVAL before it is a slot.  With the staff we have this should be APPROVED BY NOW but is NOT as of 5 January 2017 and that is the FAULT of Kirby’s staff and A.D. Greg McGarity.  This is their job.

We knew all this 17 September 2016 so we have known this for 3 months and 3 weeks.  Had the NCAA been sent their obligatory REQUEST for MEDICAL REDSHIRT September 17 we would have this open slot now.  The NCAA IS ALLOWED to drag its feet when being in a hurry is OUR FAULT.  An ERROR as big as this one costing Kirby getting a GREAT RB who just kicked-ass in the all-star game against all our recruits holding hands to stop him not turning in the REQUIRED REQUEST to the NCAA for Medical Redshirt status on September 17 of 2016 does NOT constitute a HURRY-UP for the NCAA.  It’s our fault.  It’s Greg McGarity’s responsibility TOTALLY.  Greg McGarity should have recognized this on 17 September 2016.

There is that just one number : 85.

There is NO OTHER NUMBER.  You are or aren’t.  Solomon Kindley was NOT On-Scholarship 2016 season and therefore IS NOT TODAY.  The University paid for Solomon 2016 but is EXEMPTED from counting him in the 85 On-Scholarship number.  Got it ?

We just got ANOTHER Early Enrollee slot because Solomon Kindley is NOT today 5 January 2017 counted as one of the 85 On-Scholarship when determining how many OPEN SLOTS there are for Early Enrollees.  It is NOT another Scholarship because 2017 he WILL COUNT toward the 85.  But today he isn’t.

3 Redshirted 2016 as an in-coming Freshman on Scholarship :

Chris Barnes Redshirted 2016 as Freshman 57

Ben Cleveland Redshirted as a Freshman 58

Chauncey Manac Redshirted 2016 as a Freshman 59

Rico Johnson medical disqualified doesn’t count as scholarship

1 Redshirt Sophomore Transfer 2016 Mark Richt gave scholarship to for 2017 who sat-out 2016 :

I believe I recall Mark Richt provided a scholarship NEXT YEAR 2017 to J.R. Reed who had to sit-out the 2016 year as a Redshirt Sophomore here at UGA since he was in the 2014 recruiting class and did not play with anyone redshirted 2014. Then JR Reed played as a Redshirt Freshman when he signed 2015 with Tulsa. This is a Scholarship committed for 2017 by Mark Richt. Redshirt Sophomore who will have 2 years remaining here. 6′ 195 db played as redshirt freshman at Tulsa in 2015. Dad Jake Reed NFL not J.R. Reed NFL db. This is our top recruit’s cousin DeAngelo Gibbs.   60

60 On-Scholarship today 5 January 2017 for 2017 season I can document and have.

Walk-Ons :

Rodrigo Blankenship RF K still walk-on parents said staying that way for now

Cameron Nizialek Senior Graduate Transfer Walk-On 44.8 yd punt 53.6 yd K-O

Trent Frix Junior was On-Scholarship 2016 by Kirby himself August awarding it to him as a Walk-On at the time.  Trent then played 12 games including bowl 2016 and has 2 Varsity letters UGA and Academic Honor Roll.  This blog here UGA Thomas Brown . wordpress.com reported that Trent Frix WAS given a Scholarship for 2016 by Kirby in August 2016.  Whether he keeps that for 2017 would seem to me to be up to the terms of providing it by Kirby.  Is Trent Frix on Scholarship TODAY ?  Yes.  But Kenneth Towns and Tommy Long were both awarded Scholarships August 2016 by Kirby too and they are on Scholarship today too but as Seniors will NOT BE 2017.  I can not document that Trent Frix is or is not on Scholarship for 2017 but it would seem he like some others here should be.  I have not read Kirby say Trent Frix has a Scholarship for 2017 or that he does not.

Christian Payne Junior is still walk-on

Glenn Welch FB listed as Junior 2016 season however he was redshirted 2014 played in 12 games 2015 and played in all 13 games 2016 season. Either way he has a year left 2017 whether he is in fact a Redshirt Junior 2017 season as I see it or if indeed he is a senior 2017 season as listed at UGA. He has always been a Walk-on like his older brother Parker. Wayne County Jesup GA Highest GPA on the team every year both here and at Wayne County. Recognized as such by league office and by UGA. SEC Academic Honor Roll 2014 and UGA student-athlete Honor Roll 2015.

Prather Hudson Preferred Walk-on Redshirted as Freshman 2016

Tim Hill Senior transfer Walk-on db who played 4 games this season including bowl game after sitting-out last year for Mark Richt here so by my count his eligibility is over with his last game in college TCU which he did play in. Although he has a redshirt year he could take he has none since by transfer rules he had to sit-out last year so he is done by my count.

Billy Seward Redshirt Junior Walk-on redshirted 2013 played 2014 2015 2016 Center 6’ 3” 269 lbs. Oconee

Mitchell Wasson Freshman K still walk-on Redshirted 2016

William Ham Redshirt Sophomore K still walk-on played 5 games 2016 including last 2.  Lost his job as kicker to Rodrigo Blankenship and then after getting PT the last 2 games abdicated his role here and left.  Best of luck to William Ham and thank you.

Nick Moore Sophomore had tackle last year played 4 games 2016 walk-on still.

Steven Van Tiflin redshirt sophomore WR played one game 2016 walk-on.

Thomas Swilley Junior OG played one game 2015 one game 2016 walk-on.

I believe I recall we provided Keyon Brown Redshirt Sophomore 2016 a Scholarship and he has played in one game 2016.  So I did NOT say that Keyon Brown is not on Scholarship but that I said that he WAS provided a Scholarship for 2016 and played in a game 2016 for Kirby.  I have quite a few walk-ons here I document are OWED a Scholarship Keyon Brown is one of these – not one of the 60 I can document ARE On-Scholarship for 2017 such as J.R. Reed who was provided one for 2017 by Mark Richt to put UGA in position to sign his cousin DeAngelo Gibbs.

I believe I recall we provided Mirko Jurkovic Redshirt Freshman 2016 a Scholarship but he has not played in 2016 and would appear to have loads in front of him at TE.

I believe I recall Mark Richt provided a scholarship 2016 to Joseph Ledbetter to get his younger brother to sign with us too but he is no longer playing with us this year so that is over.

Allen Williams Preferred Walk-on Redshirt Freshman 6’7″ 352 lbs.

Jordon McKinney Preferred Walk-on Redshirt Freshman

Joshua Moran 6′ 2″ 193 lbs. 3-star Preferred Walk-on

Daniel Gothard Freshman on roster preferred walk-on still – has not played 2016.

Frank Sinkwich IV Preferred Walk-On 2017 OG FB Scout team until Junior year high school great grandson Athens Academy 5′ 11″ 235 lbs. 305 bench 500 squat 24.5″ vertical leap 5.23 Nike 40-yard dash added 40 lbs. to get to 235. Not considered one of the 3300 FBS Division 1-A recruits by any service.  This is the first 2017 Preferred Walk-On made public.  None of the Preferred Walk-Ons for 2016 to Kirby have been awarded a Scholarship which is Frank’s fate as well unless he can make it as FB or long-snapper.  He did play some Center Senior year.  None of the men Kirby had join him in 2016 as a Walk-On were awarded a Scholarship either yet.  Kirby did give 3 Mark Richt Walk-Ons Scholarships August of 2016 Kenneth Towns who personally won 2 games for Mark Richt Tommy Long and Trent Frix for Special Teams.  It is unknown if Trent Frix Scholarship was just for 2016 or extends into 2017 unabated but his family does not really need it. Neither did mine.  Tommy Long and Kenneth Towns used up their eligibility against TCU.  Best of luck to you Frank.   And thanks for coming to UGA.

Do you get the feeling since you have not even seen the Preferred Walk-ons or Walk-Ons for 2017 except for this one that this is not the same roster The Georgia Bulldogs have EVER had ?

This is not what we are used to and thus so much research by me to get it right.  If I were a writer I would specifically ask certain players their status.  I used to go into the locker room.

It is a lot easier to keep up with this than it is to create it.

So 60 documented On-Scholarship for 2017 who have not said they are leaving or had it said for them plus 23 Commits are 83 meaning Kirby has Two (2) Scholarships available today 5 January 2017 both of which are long-since committed several times over.  But there will be more attrition.

Seth Emerson’s list 2 January 2017 also agrees with this list.

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/georgias-updated-scholarship-situation

That blog by Seth Emerson he wrote the day after mine on 1-1-2017.  I did URL Link my post 1-1-2017 to him specifically.  He also suggests there will be more attrition too.  And thanks to our readers here on this blog tludlam

Thank you Mike BIG DAWG Woods.  It won’t be the same anymore.  This is a great loss.  Mike had heart complications.

“I’m to blame for that too. I’m the head coach. I’m responsible for our performance. We all can look at numbers and we all can look at statistics and they spell out that we weren’t as successful as we want to be or expect to be at the University of Georgia. There’s no hiding around that.” Kirby Smart quote regarding Jim Chaney’s “disappointment in our production as play caller and coordinator feeling obligated to those kids to put them in better positions to score more points.”

https://www.dawgnation.com/football/kirby-smart-georgias-offensive-production-im-blame

A big part of your problem Kirby on offense is that you TOLD EVERYONE that your philosophy as head coach is to concentrate on the PROCESS of forced running of the ball that fewer bad things happen when you run – even when it DOESN’T FIT the personnel you DO HAVE Kirby.

Have you learned anything on THAT Kirby ?

Jeff Schultz says today you told him :

“If you just focus on results you won’t get what you want out of life.  You won’t get what you want out of a season.  You won’t get what you want out of a game.”  Kirby told Jeff Schultz today.

This is more of the damn process of running the ball offensively even when it doesn’t fit and isn’t working.

Kirby that is JUST WRONG.

If you do not have a GOAL to win the damn game and commit yourself to THAT you will NEVER ACHIEVE in wins and losses what you want.

It doesn’t work like that Kirby.

I don’t know who filled your head with this junk Kirby.

Get a GOAL.

Write it down.

Commit yourself to it.

Try to win the game today please Kirby and quit with EVERYTHING ELSE.

When you have a passing QB like this back him up from the line and have him pass.  At least do it more than you are.  This will open-up your running game.  TCU has a good coach.  He will load the box too Kirby.  Figure it out.

If you don’t have a goal Kirby focus on that goal and want it then any old road will get you there – even the road to Memphis.

YOU JUST SIMPLY CAN NOT SAY THAT KIRBY – VIOLATION OF NCAA RULES. Jesus Christ Kirby what did they teach you over there at Alabama ? NOTHING ? Defense only ? “Shaun McGee is going to finish up with us but then he’s going to transfer out. He may have some academic issues depending on how his grades finish up. We’re still checking on a couple of classes. He may not be eligible for us next semester.” KIRBY SMART QUOTE per Seth Emerson today. Seth knows that is an NCAA PRIMARY VIOLATION for Kirby to say that and reported it anyway. NOT ALLOWED KIRBY. Quit taking shots at your prospects and PLAYERS. Shaun McGee has been ON-SCHOLARSHIP at UGA for 4 years 2013 2014 2015 and now 2016 as a Mark Richt recruit from Brookwood. A very fine-looking young man who was too big to play linebacker and was in fact a defensive end which he is a little small for. This is not uncommon for a player to be a tweener. But his coach can’t say he is having grades’ problems. THAT’S PRIVATE. That would be BLUNDER # 26 for 2016 Kirby. WTF Kirby ?

I was reading the Mark Bradley column in the AJ-C DawgNation thrown in my yard and here is Mark Bradley has to say about Kirby :

“The biggest issue facing this program is Kirby Smart himself.  It’s not clear he will BECOME a real head coach.  Kirby appears tetchy including on the sidelines.”  Page C5 continued from front page of the sports section.

Tetchy means bad-tempered irritable bad habits cantankerous morose cross crabby cranky.  That is the way Mark Bradley is using such words.  Mark Bradley parts his hair down the middle so what did you expect of him ?

Excuse me Kirby EVERYONE on your staff and everyone you report to at UGA knows you can NOT say that Kirby.  Jesus Christ Kirby WTF are you thinking ?  Nick Saban has FAILED to prepare you Kirby.  You should know better than this too.

Kirby : “Shaun McGee is going to finish up with us but then he’s going to transfer out.  He may have some academic issues depending on how his grades finish up.  We’re still checking on a couple of classes.  He may not be eligible for us next semester.”

Scholarship Count for Kirby for 2017 since Kirby had his RB coach call Toniel Carter Junior and tell him he’s OUT of scholarships for early enrollment. I’ve been telling you THIS for a LONG TIME NOW on this blog. We are FULL. Tell me more about signing 29 ? Go ahead. Tell me MORE about the OTHER TARGETS Kirby has ? Go ahead. Seth Emerson cannot provide you a LIST of scholarship players but I can and HAVE ALL YEAR LONG on this blog keeping it constantly up-to-date. Kirby ALSO OWES several walk-ons a Scholarship. What his brother and legal guardian told you Kirby was YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED HIS BROTHER AND HIM YOURSELF KIRBY. Kirby you also gave 3 walk-ons a scholarship and NOW can’t have the kid here in 2 weeks like he wanted to.

Full roster of 85 on-scholarship today.  16 seniors on-scholarship leave and 4 abdicated their scholarship which is then minus 20 but Mark Richt gave J.R. Reed a scholarship to transfer from Tulsa and he is sitting-out this year and gets a Scholarship too for 2017.

Reed is 66 plus 19 commitments is 85 exactly at FULL 85 SCHOLARSHIPS.  If Aaron Davis does as he says and does not come back 2017 then Kirby has one scholarship available and Dominick Sanders said he is leaving so that is 2 scholarships available.

I believe I recall Mark Richt provided a scholarship NEXT YEAR 2017 to J.R. Reed who had to sit-out this year.  This is a Scholarship committed for 2017 by Mark Richt. Sophomore.  6′ 195 db played Tulsa 2015. Dad Jake Reed NFL not J.R. Reed NFL db. 63

63 plus 19 commitments is 82 of the 85 scholarships and there are some walk-ons whom Kirby will HAVE TO provide a scholarship to too.  This assumes Aaron Davis leaves and Dominick Sanders said he too is thinking of leaving so that would be 62 on-scholarship plus 19 commitments for 81.

Walk-Ons :

Rodrigo Blankenship RF K still walk-on N. B.

Trent Frix Junior is still walk-on

Christian Payne Junior is still walk-on

Prather Hudson Freshman Redshirted 2016 Preferred Walk-on

Tim Hill Senior db Played this season

Mitchell Wasson F K still walk-on

William Ham Redshirt Sophomore K still walk-on played 3 games

Nick Moore Sophomore had tackle last year played 3 games 2016 walk-on still.

Daniel Gothard Freshman on roster preferred walk-on still – has not played 2016.

85 – 4 on Scholarship abdicating is 81 – 16 seniors is 65 plus J.R. Reed is 66 for 2017 plus 19 commitments = 85 EXACTLY.  And if Dominick Sanders leaves 84.

I have no idea why anyone would want to TRY to confuse you about scholarships available when discussing recruiting.  There only is one number.  That is 85.  You either have no scholarship available for recruiting or you do.

I can understand why Kirby would want to confuse the issue.  And make no mistake about it this IS THE ISSUE.

Seth Emerson SAYS HE HAS A LIST but he is the ONLY sportswriter to TRY to write about where we are on Scholarships today whom it is we lose and whom it is we don’t lose and then ALL THE BLOGS brag on Kirby’s recruiting with 19 commitments THE OTHER BLOGS stating THEY THINK Kirby will sign 29.

There would have to be A LOT OF attrition between now and signing 29.  I can tell you that just as plainly as I can

LIST THE 85 SCHOLARSHIPS for you by name and class.

And I can and have told you who the top 50 of of this running list I keep here are on my blog of scholarships because it is MY PREMISE that you can’t talk about recruiting WITHOUT KNOWING what your scholarships are of the one single limit of 85 at any one time of which today WE ARE FULL all 85.

Seth Emerson why can’t you LIST the 85 scholarships for Georgia as our beat writer ?

I certainly did the research which sparked your article yesterday on the topic and the article you wrote before that too on this.

But you cannot list the on-scholarship players for Georgia ?

Why not Seth Emerson ?

I certainly CAN.

For MANY YEARS all we had to do was to go to a site at Rivals and look-up who was on-scholarship and who wasn’t.  True the list every year was wrong but it listed the players BY NAME SETH EMERSON so you could easily ferret-out the current true list.

In other words Seth Rivals all these years prior kept a running list of on-scholarship at Georgia by class.  I looked at it 100 times a season every season.  They kept their list up-to-date.  Who cares if it has an error on it when it LISTS THE ON-SCHOLARSHIP at Georgia by NAME ?  For all these years Seth we all have been able to look at the Rivals’ List and easily know that this guy changed status.

Now there is NO ONE with a running list EXCEPT FOR ME.

By my count Kirby can sign 22 and has 19 commitments including one signed.  So Kirby can sign 3 more new commitments and I think Kirby had therefore an early enrollee spot for Toniel Carter.  So my read on this is that Kirby did NOT WANT Toniel Carter.  Therefore you can add this to the list of the top 2 dozen biggest blunders by Kirby his first season coaching anywhere.  It stands at 25 blunders Kirby 2016 with more time remaining for another.

Kirby dropped from # 2 recruiting class to # 5 by his treatment of Toniel Carter who clearly wanted to be here January 6 early enrollee.  And Kirby gave Tom Herman a huge big boost in his new job and made Texas a better team.

This will be used against Kirby in RECRUITING his entire tenure at Georgia.  This is TYPICAL of the manner Kirby treats folks.  You have seen it ALL YEAR on ALL HIS PLAYERS.  Texas is a huge fertile recruiting ground.  If we can’t recruit in Texas over this this will be even bigger than Kirby not wanting the guy after HE TOLD THE KID HE DID.  This is what is being said and although Kirby said he didn’t have an early enrollee spot Kirby certainly does and could have if he wanted to.  So he didn’t want him AFTER he told the kid he did.  I did Kirby.  I would have had Toniel Carter as one of your elusive you can never figure-out and are trying to find your top 50 players for 2017 season Kirby.

Kirby I don’t give a shit what you do just don’t lie to ME.  Don’t hide behind the I can’t talk about it and then talk about it and LIE.  You didn’t want him once Nick Chubb and Sony Michel said they both are coming-back because you MISTREATED BOTH OF THEM ALL YEAR Kirby so they have unfinished business.  You would not have played Toniel Carter Kirby this season.  You will RUE this decision Kirby.  You just don’t care what people think.  Well this ONE is going to REALLY HURT you the rest of your LIFE in recruiting and Toniel Carter has already shown more class than you Kirby and so too did his brother and legal guardian.

Cut off your nose to spite your face.

Again Kirby.

I would love to hear what Dell McGee has to say on this.  And knowing Dell McGee I will.

Kirby just shot himself in the foot.

12-21-2016

Well we’re 3-4 in The SEC with our last SEC game to break-even on the season tomorrow welcoming # 8 Auburn to town at 3:30 p.m. We’re picked to lose by double-digits to # 8 Auburn at Home ‘Tween The Hedges where I don’t have to listen to Gary Danielson who figures to rip us a new one. Seth Emerson expects Kirby to start Mecole Hardman Jr. returning Kick-Offs. Let’s win this game for Bill Stanfill.

Our Pride has been challenged.

I am glad I don’t have to listen to him tomorrow. I am tired of it.

It really is all he says frankly.

He went to Purdue. He wasn’t any damn good.  He went undrafted.  In the NFL he threw as many interceptions as touchdowns. Purdue isn’t relevant either.  He’s from Detroit for God’s Sake.

We can ask that question of ourselves Gary Danielson.

We actually have perspective on that question which you frankly lack.

We have issues all over.

The OL has been a bust.  The WR have done nothing but drop the ball.  The running backs have been limited to just 2 who play regularly despite the fact that both have dealt with injuries – significant injuries.  The special teams have been bad at everything except kicking field goals.

Kick-Offs we sometimes kick it barely into the end zone and even then flat so they return it.  Mostly we don’t and are # 122 at Kick-Off Return Defense as a result.  Our punting is # 122 Net Punting so that is no better either.  In punt returns when we actually field the ball which mostly we just let it hit and roll to our 3-yard line from the 28-yard line we don’t do well at that either # 69 punt returns.

And that is when we don’t fumble the punt off our jersey using it to catch the ball not our hands.

Or when we don’t wave our arms to wave everyone away no clue where the punt will land.

The defense has not been aggressive at only # 113 nationally at tackling our opponents behind their line of scrimmage.  We sit back and let offenses do whatever they want to do to us with no pressure no aggressiveness.   Opponents score at will on us in the red zone.  We do not assert ourselves on defense yet have all kinds of freshmen talent who by themselves seem intent to do so if they could just get into the game.  We fumble the ball loads # 94 at fumbles and send the same guys back out to do it again like we have no one else even on the team.  Thus we give-up short fields against our defense.  And to compound all these issues we get called for penalties at # 74 nationally.

We have no reason to be overconfident yet Loran Smith says we should be today on his blog.

Our Quarterback is # 19 in the nation at not throwing interceptions.  Yet we lead with our OL and broken-down running game because well we don’t know who our WR are.  His name is Mecole Hardman Jr.

Our running back is Brian Herrien.

We’ve lost to some teams we probably should not have lost to.

We had a player’s only meeting before Florida and then confronted the Offensive Coordinator in his office afterwards.  We’ve recruited very well.  We’d lost 4 of 5 games before a miraculous win against Kentucky last week on the road.  Our coaches have been criticized.  Our fan base is marked by those who still support the coach who was fired.  Our blogs spike when we have a game.  Our players make the NFL and do well.

We have a state unequaled in top talent and recruits in-state clamor to play for us.  We probably have as many followers to our program as any program in America.

We’re # 3 in the nation in recruiting 2017 and frankly average the highest average recruit in the nation except for one team.  Purdue has no reason to look down their damned noses at us.

It’s our Pride that Gary Danielson CBS challenges.

As a program we continue to lose to top teams and we throw-in losses to those we shouldn’t every year too.  We have a beautiful stadium and largely are considered the best college football town with also the # 1 mascot.  Our school picks up great rankings nationally and improves on those rankings every year to where now we’re barely behind our Atlanta Rival as a prestigious college.  # 56 U.S. News and World Report Rankings 2017 for UGA and # 35 for the Georgia Institute of Technology.  We’re neither one Princeton or Harvard but they make-out they are – barely better than us.

Every team we play, badly wants to beat us.

Every team we play has players playing for them from here.

Auburn would not even have a football team were it not for players from this great state of Georgia.  It’s always been that way for them.

We have more competition for our in-state players from out-of-state schools than every other state endures in-state from out-of-state schools.  Auburn is an out-of-state school.   We have less competition for our in-state players from our other schools in-state than every other school has for their players in their state.

We have an aging gym which frankly should have been replaced like Ole Miss’ was long ago and consider ourselves a football school yet watch all these other SEC schools go by us in attendance because we whiff on revenue games for Athens and the Athens’ economy while we just stand idly by and let them expand their stadiums larger than our own.  And build new better gyms than we have.  Why ?

We have an athletics department across the board which has not done as well as we once did.

We send our student-athletes to the Olympics and they rack-up.

We make more profits than just about every program in the nation and just sit on them.

In all our sports we would seem to have a huge advantage in the school we offer our recruits to attend.

Auburn is the # 99 best college and Georgia the # 56.

Some of us complain at the prospect of having a losing SEC season.  Most blog writers seem quite content as I read them not even point-out what happens if we lose.

We play one less home game than every other major program and 2 fewer than some.

I see teams like the vols have what amounts to 8 and 9 even Home Games some years.

We rarely get a good opponent at our House.  Mostly we play cupcakes at Home.  This game we get Here.  Why not take advantage of that ?

We seem unable unwilling and oblivious to do anything about playing Florida at the site of the annual Gator Bowl every year 6 and half hours for us and 1 hour for them.  Pardon me we suck there.

Just as with Auburn whom we NEVER played here, we need that game every 2 years to be in Athens.  No one wants a vacation to Jacksonville to lose.  Good Lord.  And in November no less.

We used to play our games against Georgie tek yellowjackets always in Atlanta.  Auburn we played in Columbus.  Alabama we never played at our house.  Even Michigan got in the act with all our games there.  We used to play almost all our games anywhere but Athens the # 1 college football town.  Our stadium has fallen behind others and has needed expansion for quite some time.  Instead we want to play in Jacksonville in a stadium which is poorly run and out-of-date and always had temporary seats. Anything but have that game here once every 2 years and expand our stadium with that additional revenue.

We’re a big boom to Athens tomorrow.  In droves we significantly impact the economy tomorrow.

Auburn was never played at home for us.  We played Georgie tek yellowjackets every year in Atlanta.  Auburn was Columbus.

We played 23 of 24 games in Atlanta against Georgie tek yellowjackets from after the eighteen hundreds until several years after we had joined The SEC.  We won 8 of 24 games.  Some neutral game.

We played Auburn in places like Macon Atlanta Columbus Montgomery Savannah for 59 years until last in 1958.  We lost not only the last 6 in Columbus but lost all the games in Montgomery never won in Savannah won only twice in 4 games in Macon and won only 4 of the 12 games in Atlanta.  Some neutral game.  And why we finally asked ourselves ?  Because THEY wanted it to be anywhere but Athens ?

Why do we have a winning record against Auburn all-time ?

Because we quit playing them only anywhere other than here.

We did the same with Alabama never playing them here either –  trying best as we could not to give Athens any revenue.

We also did the same with North Carolina again let’s play them anywhere but Athens.

Tradition ?

The tradition for UGA is to play our games NOT at HOME and we fixed that with every team save one.

Well we have Auburn here.

Well let’s beat them.

Do we show the same overconfident self that led us to fall behind 45 to nothing to Ole Miss who has a losing record on the season and 1-4 SEC record for Ole Miss beginning our losses 4 of the last 5 games before we pull-out a victory on the road at Kentucky last week ?

Or do we GATA and beat what once was our # 1 Rival and still is our # 2 Rival as we are Auburn’s # 2 Rival as well.

Other teams get all up ready to go against us and we really haven’t done that at all all season long.

It’s been another underwhelming underachieving season of disappointments.  It’s best we recall that as we go into this game expected to lose by the largest margin of any opponent over us this season.

For Gary Danielson will rip you a new one if you sleep-walk another football game to begin with.

We’ve been behind in EVERY game all year.

We seem to be doing everything we can do to let other programs do better than we.

To make it as hard on us as we possibly can.

Yet we’re # 11 All-Time in Wins and # 3 in Bowl Wins.  Auburn is # 19 All-Time in Wins.

We have 18 in the College Football Hall of Fame.

We’ve won 6 national championships in football.

We used to be higher in attendance than we are now.  We’ve not expanded and they saw they could pass us by simply adding a few seats.

And in this day of SEC Revenue Sharing sure to be two-thirds of a billion dollars.

What are we thinking ?

When do WE get-off to a fast start in any game ?  When ?  Next year ?

This year is over ?

We’re second best at buying Bulldog’ Official Memorabilia.

We’re the # 1 Party School.

We’re UGA University of Ground Attack and have a real quarterback.

We were supposed to have a seasoned OL this year.

Our OL coach is going to coach well next season ?  Why has he treated his freshmen this long 2016 season the manner in which he has in fact ?  Are those all Kirby calls ?  We’ll never know.  We can’t ask him and Kirby is so full of shit he can’t even tell us if he voted.

I voted by God.  I gave him and us a mandate.

We’re the # 6 hottest student bodies.

Yet with all these advantages, we average 4 losses per season for 9 seasons now dating back to after the 2007 season.

The long and the short of it is that we lose to the top teams and let cupcakes beat us and have for 9 years running now.

9.

I’d like very much not to be an enigma this week.  We do have Auburn at Home.

GATA.

The rest of the nation expects Georgia to Georgia the game.  To blow-it in other words.

We’re a verb.  That defines us.

I’d sure like to not drive home a loser tomorrow night.

Is it too much to ask that we get fired-up and realize the insurmountable hill that # 8 Auburn presents to our team struggling for identity in all 3 aspects of a football team offense special teams and defense ?

We’ll be on in Prime Time.  I’d like for us to show that we’re ready for Prime Time.  CBS figures we will not be.  That will be their set-up for the game.

We have a LOT to play for tomorrow such as our pride is challenged by the guy announcing the game and to not have a losing SEC season at 3:30 p.m. and I for one look forward to playing our best game to give the prospects something to be proud about us.  And I am mostly glad that I don’t have to listen to Gary Danielson – The Hack.

I’d love to drive home tomorrow night in the dark knowing we proved a guy who has never done anything – Gary Danielson – wrong.

Auburn has recruited against us for their entire team.  They’re innovative with Gus Malzahn supposedly NOT on the hot seat and we’re staid dyed-in-the-wool old school traditional conservative stubborn predictable ?

Why ?

Because we don’t know who our WR are ?  That we can’t set-up our running game by passing 1st down once all game long ?

Because only now against Kentucky last week has Kirby started 10 now this season who never played for Mark Richt ?

Build on the momentum of last week’s win – GATA – not think we’ve arrived.

Let’s be unpredictable.  Let’s be bold.  Let’s act like this game matters.  It can’t just matter to me.

As for Ben Cleveland is not going to start for Kirby next year either, that’s bullshit.  I am heartened that at least Seth Emerson noticed that Solomon Kindley had his redshirt burned for one play and that he thinks Mecole Hardman Jr. should return Kick-Offs tomorrow.  I called for that and punt returns and wide receiver all season for Mecole Hardman Jr.  Will Kirby do even what Seth Emerson calls for ?

No.

Wake-up.

Let’s GATA.

AJ-C Chipper Towers says today that there are more important issues than college football.  Why write about us then Chipper you idiot ?  Open mouth switch feet.  We all know that about you Chipper Towers.  All you have to do is read one of your articles.  That was Mark Richt’s mantra – something more important than winning college football games.

The Hell there is.

Not Auburn week you fool.

Atlanta city of more than 7 million is the Mecca of College Football and tomorrow is a game big enough to be on CBS.

We haven’t really showed-up any game ready to play football – not all season long.

Let’s take it to them like we care.  Let’s keep playing the guys who have done better than the ones given their jobs on a platter as Favorite.  Let’s play some more of those players and give them a chance to shine.  Let’s have some real momentum going into next year.

This game is of supreme importance to us.

Let’s get mad that Bill Stanfill was not better taken care of by the NFL where we sent our fallen hero only to have him shunned yet one of the truly great NFL players of all-time with the most success here and Miami Dolphins of any player to ever suit-up for the game.

His death is only because of his NFL injuries.  No other reason at age 69.

Win this one for Bill Stanfill College Football Hall of Fame who Won the National Championship for us in 1966 and in 1968 who died from a fall today after many years of dealing with his football injuries documented by Sports Illustrated at just age 69.

Bill Stanfill  College Football Hall of Fame Outland Trophy 2 National Championships 1966 and 1968 Academic All-America 1st Round NFL Draft Pick but because of his football injuries not Pro Football Hall of Fame  Miami Dolphins All-Time Sack Leader should have been Super Bowl VII MVP.

One of 18 College Football Hall of Fame Georgia Bulldogs.

Let’s win this game for Bill Stanfill – to Honor Bill Stanfill one of our very Elite Best Ever.  He ate Steve Spurrier up and spat him out.   2 Super Bowl Championships Miami Dolphins.  2 National Championships Georgia Bulldogs.  25-6-2 with The Bulldogs.  None of this lose 4 games per season average for 9 years now.

11-11-2016

15 First Down Runs by Jim Chaney and Kirby Homecoming. 36 net yards per Seth Emerson AJ-C DawgNation today. Why did we lose ? That does NOT work Kirby. What is this B.S. Kirby you said that you run in such situations 91 % of the time because “fewer bad things happen.” Excuse me Kirby ? You owe your freshmen class an Apology Kirby for NOT playing them.

What do YOU consider not being something bad happening on 1st Down running the ball 91 % of the time Kirby ?

When you are in 2nd and long EVERY time you run the ball, that is bad Kirby.  Really really bad.  Jesus Christ.

I am NOT going to put-up with it Kirby.  For the last 8 years we averaged 4 losses per year because we lost to 12 teams unranked either time game or season AND lost to 18 of 24 top 15 teams # 45 in the nation with # 7 average Scout.com recruiting rankings.  I fired him for that.

I would be INCONSISTENT which I am NOT to fail to point-out that this is totally unacceptable on many levels Kirby.  I’mYourHuckleberry yesterday said he too is disappointed and that he too finds ALL THIS UNACCEPTABLE Kirby.

He asked us all what are we going to do about it ?

I guess I am going to point-out what we need to do.

Same as I tried to do with Mark Richt.

I am certainly NOT going to sit here and be 2-faced and say out of one side of my mouth that you are doing an UNACCEPTABLE JOB KIRBY and then say I am 100 % committed to you.  I find these dubious beginnings built-upon a bad base mindset on your part Kirby.

Yes sir I am judging you Kirby.

I am NOT judging you based on Mark Richt.  He was unacceptable as well.

Obviously.

I am judging you not on what he NEVER DID which was EVER put us on the national stage at the end of the season both teams ranked at the very top of the Final AP Poll – the nation watching.  THAT is our goal accomplished 16 times prior and you have shot this season to hell Kirby.  I gave you no Honeymoon.  No season you could just WRITE-OFF like Mark Richt has been doing and is again this season down there at Miami of Florida.  Hell he lost to North Carolina as I GUARANTEED on my blog he would’ve here too in game 1.

No.

I do not see you learning what is needed Kirby and frankly I don’t have the time to.

Move along.  Again, I am NOT putting up with it Kirby.  If you took some solace from ImYourHuckleberry yesterday Kirby – here is MY REPLY then thereto.  You either fix this Kirby or move-on.  Those are the 2 choices.

If the ones you do allow to play Offensive Line such as NOT Ben Cleveland can not block for the run and you have TELEGRAPHED to EVERY opponent that you think Offensive Strategy 2016 is to ONLY RUN THE FOOTBALL, then guess what Kirby ?

MORE BAD THINGS HAPPEN when you run the football 16 First Downs against really a not all that great Vanderbilt team Kirby.

Yes I did warn you every post all week long Kirby that Vandie is a good team.  I also told you every other word in this post this morning too every post all week long.  You don’t listen Kirby because you are stubborn and because you are too conservative.

Ben Cleveland has been redshirted because he dared to be a true freshman.

Brian Herrien leads the team in yards per rush but since he is a freshman you gave him only a cameo appearance Homecoming Kirby.  He is generally considered the # 19 best running back in America Kirby.

Elijah Holyfield is considered the consensus # 6 best running back in America.

Mecole Hardman Jr. is the # 1 athlete in America.  Obviously he can run the ball.

Charlie Woerner is the # 6 best athlete in America.  Obviously he can run the ball.

Ben Cleveland you have not played at all.

Mecole Hardman Jr. you did not play at all the first several games after entire Fall Practice – not 4 or 5 practices Kirby.  You have not handed him the ball nor thrown to him either.

Elijah Holyfield dared to be a freshman.

Charlie Woerner you have thrown 3 balls to all year and no rushes.

Brian Herrien you gave a cameo appearance to Saturday when you COULD NOT RUN the ball on 1st down Kirby.

Again.

Mecole Hardman Jr. can run the football a LOT better than Isaiah McKenzie.  But a freshmen he also does not get to play.

36 Net Yards Kirby on 16 First Down Runs vs unranked 0-3 SEC never won on the road in The SEC in 3 years for their coach Derek Mason.

What we have here is a failure to communicate with you Kirby.  All season long we have TOLD YOU your opponents know this about you ALREADY Kirby.  That you TOLD Jim Chaney to RUN THE BALL.

Now this Saturday at Homecoming you come right out and say it aloud : “When you run fewer bad things happen.”  That is a FAILED OFFENSE Kirby – not that you know anything about offenses or special teams Kirby.

Or what constitutes looking at a player after 4 or 5 practices and knowing if he is elite or not – either Kirby.

There is no reason to keep you around to watch your antics with the press when they ask you questions about your knowledge of offenses, special teams, and why certain what we ALL THOUGHT are top players are NOT PLAYING Kirby.

All these proven head coaches we could have at least asked : How much ?

Yeah, we can pay you $ 6 million.  Let me see now we will have a former middling tennis player who later became women’s tennis coach for a year to ask you what you know about football offense special teams and recognizing elite talent after 4 or 5 practices Kirby.

Let him decide whom the “search firm” offers-up for choices to choose from.  This Greg McGarity lousy tennis player and girl’s tennis coach for a year.

Kirby who do you think knows more about talent offense and special teams you or ALL OF US sir ?

I have news for you Kirby : Collectively, we know a LOT more about offense, special teams and quick talent recognition than you sir.  You better start listening to us and quit being so conservative and stubborn about all this Kirby.

Seriously “Fewer bad things happen when you run the football.” Kirby ?

This is 2016 Kirby wake up.

Do you have ANY idea what an ENERGY VAMPIRE you have been to your FRESHMAN CLASS Kirby ?  Obviously you do NOT care.  When Mark Richt only handed you on his returning 2-Deep 2 seniors and 6 juniors any seasoned coach would have instantly recognized that he HAD TO PLAY his freshmen.  Game 8 next game and you STILL HAVE NOT.  However, I dug up your QUOTE yesterday Kirby that you said after 4 or 5 practices you would recognize whether a player was an ELITE PLAYER OR NOT.  Excuse me you said that about Mecole Hardman Jr. when we ASKED YOU KIRBY if you were planning on redshirting him since you HAVE NOT even given him a snap the first SEVERAL games this season and THEN only put him in on special teams but NOT AN IMPACT POSITION.

A detailed study of ANY of your freshmen class Kirby reveals CLEARLY that you have SAID in public that they ALL are NOT Elite players.  Because you PROMISED US Kirby if they ARE ELITE PLAYERS that you would GET THEM ON THE FIELD and you said if on Offense would GET THEM THE BALL.

The problem with me Kirby is that I remember what everyone says.

I assimilate that.  I took you at your word.

You owe your freshmen class an Apology Kirby for NOT playing them.

You have completely and fully disappointed all Bulldogs Kirby.  That includes Mary Beth Lycett Smart.  Kirby you are not ready to be a head coach sir.

How long do we WAIT until you do learn to be one Kirby ?  Who is going to teach you now ?  Greg McGarity ?  A former tennis coach for a year – girl’s tennis and former less than average tennis player ?  I certainly would have thought with your grades here all A Kirby all 4 years all A that by now you would have learned that your freshmen had to play.  Honestly Kirby that is your # 1 mistake – which is saying something.

These 3 glaring weaknesses you have Kirby : Offense, Special Teams, Recognizing Elite talent and putting them on the field freshman or not – have ruined this season.
