Coach Kirby Smart ranked # 20 pre-season Athlon Sports’ Poll Alabama # 1 (Game 13 ? )  vols # 8 (Game 5.)   LSU # 9.  Ole Miss # 13 (Game 4.)  North Carolina # 18 (Game 1.)  Florida # 25 (Game 8)  And, Auburn (Game 10) if they can find QB ?  Bowl Game (Game 14) better be a ranked team for a change. 7 ranked teams ?  12-2 ?

Mark Schlabach, ESPN Senior Writer and former UGA beat-writer for the AJ-C, announces 36 hours after the former coach was FIRED for his last 8 years of REALLY lousy football that his sources tell him Sunday December 6 we will formally introduce Kirby Smart head coach at age 39 just after The SEC Championship Game. – – – Turn him loose Nick Saban !

36 hours after his predecessor was FIRED, Kirby has been hired at his alma mater according to ESPN.  Kirby was offered this gig after the last regular season game as a feeler if Jere Morehead would approve, accepted instantaneously, and is going through the vetting process starting Sunday morning November 29, 2015 when he formally was offered the job by Jere Morehead through AD Greg McGarity. Kirby has coached here at Georgia TWICE before, FSU, LSU, Miami Dolphins, and Alabama.

1st team All-SEC defensive back hometown Bainbridge, Georgia, Kirby played with Champ Bailey and is 4-year letterman here, as well as 4-time All-SEC Academic Honor Roll – something I can appreciate and 1 of the major ingredients for him as our coach – that and his dogged determination and audibles he called at the line of scrimmage.  Academic All-America and 1st Team All-SEC after high school AAAA 1st Team All-State, Junior Beta Club, Beta Club, Dean’s List and Honor Rolls !

This Coach is not like the FIRED guy !  He is truly Smart.

I am NOT falling for this shit that a player at Alabama who has had him for 5 years’ time, is shaming him into staying 6 weeks’ and 2 days.  Excuse me, Alabama, he is OUR COACH now.  If you wanted him, pony up the $5,380,200 we are paying him instead of your $1.3 million.

Broyles Award and AFCA FBS Assistant Coach of the Year winner, the Bulldog defensive back, is Nick Saban’s top paid assistant coach, and 1 whom Nick Saban has specifically groomed to be a head coach.

Kirby Smart, long a desired coach here since his 2 previous stints on our staff, is the highest paid assistant coach in the nation at $ 1.35 million a year last year and this year, and has now been hired as our coach according to multiple sources.  We could have hired a seasoned proven head coach but I did list Kirby on a list of candidates. All the others were proven head coaches.

He will not have to pay the $ 72,000 buy-out to take this job, per his contract.  Whether this means he only could keep Jeremy Pruitt here to help him, is unknown.

His salary will be more than $ 4 million a year.

BBA degree 1999 UGA, same as mine – with Honors.

9 seasons, 7 as Defensive Coordinator / Linebackers at Alabama, it was time to move-on for Kirby.  He turned down the DC job here when his predecessor here elected to hire Todd Grantham; that was 2010; but Kirby thought long and hard about it.  He has turned down a multitude of head coaching jobs.  He is turning one down at South Carolina right now.

Kirby brings his tireless recruiting prowess in this state, while his staff is unknown on the offensive side of the ball or special teams.  He is expected to name a special teams’ coach.  He also kicked his predecessor here’s butt in the games. That’s always good !  Well, it wasn’t at the time.

Kirby finished his career here with 13 interceptions – only 4 in history here have more – including 6 in 1997 and 5 in 1998.

If we did not hire Kirby, South Carolina would’ve to replace Spurrier. They are left holding the bag.  Expect the announcement this time next week, by which time Nick Saban will be confirmed as playing for his 4th National Championship with Kirby Smart at Alabama – all 4 with Kirby Smart as the Defensive Coordinator !

I’d rather Kirby coach us in the bowl game in Memphis.

That was 1 of the mistakes his predecessor made here, not wanting to come here 20 December 2000 when Vince Dooley hired him.  In fact, it was going to be AFTER Signing Day 2001 in mid-February if Vince Dooley had not finally put his foot down about it !  He wanted to coach FSU against Oklahoma where his offense looked like warmed-over death – his offense SHUT-OUT !

This was not good for UGA then in 2 ways.   Kirby’s predecessor looked bad; and he was not here.  Then he wanted to say goodbye to his Church in Tallahassee – for 2 months – then, he wanted after all that, to go to an NCAA sponsored Assistant Coach seminar for the 1st two weeks of February.  Then, come here.

His predecessor said he had knocked the lid off this All-Time # 11 Wins’ Program 2001 thereafter beating # 4 vols 2001, but it was in fact a season in which he went 8-4.  He was behind the 8-ball snookered before he ever decided to show-up.  Our recruiting class was left to be held together by Rodney Garner . In fact, Rodney Garner was the coach for all this time, the only coach.

This is a mistake I would like to obviate this time around.  You may recall there was turmoil here at that time and that Kirby Smart’s predecessor had to kick several notable players off the team during all this feet dragging on getting here such as Quincy Carter  whom he kicked-off via remote control from Tallahassee.

A Coach is responsible for his team once he takes the job !  We have a class coming-in in a few days’ time now today that need this information and need Kirby here !

Expect that there will be total transparency with Kirby Smart, as he is Smart enough to know all this !  You do not hide information like it is some secret, and of course you do not go into December without a concept in the world who your QB is, nor having even then prepared the back-up for 2016.  Expect under Kirby that suspended players will be announced as punishment – not mixed message that it’s a secret, like it’s ok what they did.

Kirby’s responsibilities at Alabama are over when this is announced.  His livelihood for him, his family, his friends, and for all Bulldogs are reliant upon him taking over what has been a good program under his predecessors here and make it great again !

He will not accomplish this as a lame duck there.  That has NO MEANING any more to him to be coaching anything in Tuscaloosa.  His predecessor here had fans back then and still really today holding on for God knows why; and, they told me I was wrong about that and that it would be great for him to win the national championship at FSU.  They were as wrong about that, as they were about everything since.  Weren’t they ?  Let’s get this right this time please, ok ?  All of us together please ?

Kirby Smart coached at LSU with Nick Saban in 2004 when Jimbo Fisher was the Offensive Coordinator and Will Muschamp was the Defensive Coordinator.  Then, he came here as our running backs’ coach and Won The SEC Championship 2005.  Since then, he has been with Nick Saban with the Dophins and then Alabama.

He spent a couple of good years with Bobby Bowden, too, when his predecessor here now was not there then.

So we have all been huge fans of Kirby Smart forever !

April 16, 2013 :

“Ultimately, my goal in my career is to be a head coach,” Smart told reporters before the BCS National Championship Game in January 2013. “Where that is, I have no idea. It’s not like I wake up every day trying to leave Alabama. I have the best non-head coaching job in the country, period”

2010 :

“We’re very pleased and happy that Kirby is going to be staying here at the University of Alabama with us,” Saban said. “He’s done a fabulous job for us. He’s one of the finest assistant coaches in the country. You expect guys like Kirby to get lots of opportunities to do things, and we want to continue to help him continue to develop his career here so that when he leaves here it’s going to be as a head coach and probably in a very good situation. So we’re excited about that. We’re happy for him and his family. It’s very pleasing to us.”

Kirby Smart was groomed specifically for this job, his lifetime dream job – unlike his predecessor who was not taken under the wing of Bobby Bowden who was fired from FSU.

The bar is set this high for Kirby Smart : That he do better than 37-1 vs non-bowl teams and 36-31 vs teams making a bowl game over the next 8 years and average better than the 73-32 four (4) losses per season.  While he needs to be getting us on the Big Stage at the end of the seasons beating better than # 19 Hawai’i 2007 and # 21 FSU 5-loss team 2002 in the Final AP Poll as the only 2 BCS Bowls his predecessor won, and as his best 2 bowl wins. And, that he develop his back-up QB every year, while not sending mixed messages to the student-athletes, and be better than 5 wins in 15 games against our # 1 Rival. If he can get the game out of that hell hole in Jacksonville, that would be an added plus.  Kirby is expected to win The SEC Championship more often than none in a decade.

Kirby should do better than 7 losses by more than 3 TD in 8 years and better than 12 losses to unranked teams time of game or for season in 8 years’ time, while maintaining an average Recruiting Rank of # 8 with high numbers of NFL Draft Picks and while not getting us on Probation.  His goals in discipline are to teach the kids to obey the rules on and off the field, and not send them mixed messages about their objectives on or off the field.  They are here to win, keep their noses clean, graduate –  and whether they are saved or not, is of no concern whatsoever :  It’s a conflict of interest and in Violation of The United States Constitution.

Kirby is being asked to do BETTER than the 73-32 record of his predecessor who was FIRED from his job for his 73-32 his last 8 years here. 9-4 average season for 8 years – THIS is why he was fired.  There seems to be some confusion why he was FIRED.  This is it !  He was NOT fired for his record since 2001 here, but because of his record after 2007.  See to it that you note this, remember this, and state this, not what he did here from 2001.

Had he won at his 80 % win percentage he had Game 5 of 2008 at kick-off vs Kirby Smart in the Black-Out Game behind 0-31 at half, the favored and higher ranked team, he would not be FIRED and replaced by a BETTER COACH in EVERYONE’S EYES !

Most especially mine, who by the way you NEVER DID SHUT UP.

Did you ?

9-4 for 8 years.

0 SEC Championships in a decade.

The Apologists are holding a vigil today on Facebook for the guy who is the Miami of Florida head coach ?  Seriously guys, give it the Hell up.  You LOST.  I won.  It was I who FIRED him, and you are jealous as Hell of ME for doing so.

Get over it guys !

I won and so too did the VAST MAJORITY of The Bulldog Nation !

Hopefully, the fans of his predecessor can put that behind them now and can unify under Kirby Smart.  They will always be comparing his predecessor to Kirby Smart because they made so many nasty comments online about it to the point where they have to save face, so Kirby needs to accomplish these specific goals listed here, along with getting here as soon as possible after December 6 Sunday because of this aforementioned in-coming class.

The Bulldog Nation has clearly been a divided nation for at least 8 years now because the predecessor had fans who have been very derisive and have held this program back for years and years and years and years with their low expectations for our program, excuses, and their attitude toward any and every one who wanted more as not as good a fan of this football program as themselves.

There will not be any reason for that moving forward.  Get over it, you and the predecessor lost.  I won and so did the vast majority of The Bulldog Nation !

Kirby’s predecessor was # 41 in the nation win/loss record vs top 15 teams 18 losses of the 24 such games after 2007 – his last entire 8 years here

Kirby’s predecessor averaged 4 losses 9-4 average 73-32 his last entire 8 years here as our coach.

For this, Greg McGarity called Kirby Smart after the Georgie tek yellowjacket’s debacle.

Kirby ACCEPTED instantly November 28, 2015.

Kirby’s predecessor jumped on a plane having worked for his boss Greg McGarity for 6 entire full complete seasons.  Together they had compiled a record – not a mini record – their record together of 55-24 for their 6 entire seasons together Greg McGarity his boss and he – averaging 4-losses per season for their 6 seasons together.

He KNEW therefore that he was being FIRED in the morning and did all he could do to squirrel-up the recruitment of Jake Eason, Jacob you call him.  Make it as hard as he could on the man to replace him, since he KNEW he was being FIRED in the morning.

Mark Richt was mean-spirited and STUBBORN as HELL his entire 15 years here.  He made decisions which were indicative of this stubborn trait of his – which is completely against all my teachings of Christianity.  Christians are not stubborn.  In fact, Christians are anything but.  This is the antithesis of being a Christian to be stubborn.  Still, daily for 15 years, he was in fact VERY stubborn about EVERYTHING he said and did here.

It cost him his job.

No one will argue that he was stubborn his entire 15-year period.

Christians do NOT demonstrate this stubborn trait.  Christians are the antithesis of this.

He was pigheaded that God did NOT CALL him to this Calling as football coach but to be a preacher man he told us all 15 years here – that there was something besides winning that was important here at Georgia.  That if he was judged just as being a college football coach, that that would be a DISASTER he said repeatedly to us ALL for 15 years.

Excuse me, we tried to pay you over $ 4 million a year to coach us and did pay you MORE than $ 50 million dollars to win football games.

What your personal goal was and remains stubbornly as winning other over to Jesus Christ as THEIR Lord and Savior is NOT what we paid you more than $ 50 million dollars for.

You stubbornly refused to sign the new contract.

It does NOT exist.

We are NOT held by that contract which you STUBBORNLY refused to sign.

Hit the road Jack.

“There’s something besides winning that’s important here at Georgia.”

The hell you say dumbass.

Stubborn dumbass.

We paid you to win.  You did so for 7 years and then for the last 8 years, you did NOT.

You do not work for a BOSS for 6 years and not know you are being FIRED in the morning for averaging 4-loss season for all 6 years together.

He knew that.

THAT was the only reason he went to Washington to meet with Jake Eason.  It was another in a long string of dumb moves by Kirby’s predecessor.

As soon as Greg McGarity knew of the plane trip out there, he immediately called Kirby to feel-out if Kirby would accept this job if Jere Morehead would approve it ?

Kirby said it was his “lifetime ambition.”

Then, the next day, Sunday 29 November 2015 Jere Morehead FIRED Kirby’s predecessor and asked Greg McGarity to meet with the press.

Then, Ben Cleveland – our OL recruit 2016 Signing Class February 2016 – had to call Jake Eason and explain to him that Kirby’s predecessor had been fired.

Jacob Eason – Jake – opened up his recruitment to include Florida and Notre Dame.

For their 6 seasons together Kirby’s predecessor and Greg McGarity as his boss, they had gone 10-17 vs ranked teams time of game with # 8 average recruiting ranking.

2-12 vs Top 10 opponents for the season with # 8 average recruit rank

9-20 vs ranked opponents for the season with # 8 average recruit rank

30-1 vs non-bowl teams

25-23 vs bowl teams ostensibly likely as not to lose to any bowl team

This was beyond intolerable.

He was NOT fired for what he did since 2001.

Do NOT tell me or anyone EVER AGAIN that he was this or that for his CAREER here for NONE OF US wanted him fired until 2008.

Bringing up an entire career record including 2001-2007 is FRUITLESS on your part because you know damn well that EVERY REPLY on the Internet to you will be that this is what he did for his last entire 8 seasons with us and why

JERE MOREHAD FIRED Kirby’s predecessor.

Quit your whining about Kirby’s predecessor being FIRED.

Do NOT call him forced-out or resigned or ask to leave or ousted –

Grow up.

For the last entire 8 years you have held The Georgia Bulldogs’ Football Program up and held us back, giving us ALL Hell and NOTHING BUT EXCUSES, and have always tried to discuss what he did 2001-2007 as not a mini-record of his.  Saying you had to list his ENTIRE CAREER here.

Yes he is a fine Christian man.

That is NOT why he was FIRED.

He was NOT FIRED for his entire career record here.

It was for his last entire 8 years here.

It is HARDLY  a “mini-record” when it IS his entire last 8 seasons here.

That is a MAX-RECORD.

8 years.

Not a mini-record.

He was NOT FLEXIBLE here. NEVER.  NEVER-EVER.  Nothing he did or said demonstrated flexible as his trait.  Christians are FLEXIBLE.  He was NOT.  Not once was he FLEXIBLE.

I call that mean-spirited.

I call you mean-spirited.

You BULLIED me for these last entire 8 years when I TURNED on him.

He bullied the players – my heroes.  He played favorites.  He did not get our best players on the field enough.  When he did, he was NOT FLEXIBLE with them.

He ran off Jacob Park whom I hoped to be a 4-year starter for us because he was NOT FLEXIBLE.

He was not flexible with Cam Newton whom he told could only be TE here.

He was NOT flexible from the get-go here demanding ONLY that DJ Shockley be redshirted.    That’s not flexible.  That’s not the opposite or antonym of stubborn.

He was stubborn as HELL.

15 years of being stubborn.

He was FIRED for being STUBBORN.

Kirby needs the experience to kick-off his career here – as he could not possibly have been taught by Nick Saban how to not manage the game as poorly with regards to time-outs, developing his talent, not playing favorites, and when to settle for field goals as his predecessor.

I do NOT want a lame duck coach who is not the head coach to coach my football team in the Bowl Game.

That’s just all wrong !  Nothing right about that at all.

Nick Saban should already know that he can not go into the Play-Offs with a Defensive Coordinator who is divided on his loyalties. He is distracted, and needs to be spending his time thinking about THIS JOB – his life’s Calling !  He’s going to be anyway, and Nick Saban’s best bet is to coach the Defense himself for a game or 2 after Sunday !

Kirby Smart has not coached ?

Bryan McClendon has ?

That’s why Bryan McClendon should coach this game ?

Look, Kirby Smart needs to make these calls during this game.  He is the coach.

Turn him loose Nick Saban !

You wrote it into his contract he could take this gig without penalty.  You had to know he needs to not be involved in some dragging-out there once he did take this job sir !

Keep your salary there starting Sunday, and we will start paying him here.

He needs to be directed ONLY to his Life’s Calling : Here, Nick Saban.

Surely you know this !

The commits and the open prospects, both, have re-acted as Home Run too, for this hire as the best fit :

UGA commits react to Kirby Smart hire: “I think he was the best fit”

He has a son Andrew and 2 twin daughters Weston and Julia with Mary Beth Lycett Smart, who was the Lady Bulldogs’ only senior in 2002-03, letterman 4 years as well here 2000-2003.

She was fun to watch play and an outstanding shooter.

She came to The Lady Bulldogs as Miss Georgia Basketball 1999 and joined a strong team of Andy Landers playing with WNBA players the twins Kelly Miller, Coco Miller, Deanna “Tweety” Nolan and Kiesha Brown.

She was on The SEC Good Works Team.

She graduated from The University of Georgia and has her degree, like me, from here; and she started 51 games for Andy Landers in the backcourt with all this talent around her !  Those teams, I never missed a game of, could shoot !

This year’s team not so much, but The Lady Bulldogs did beat Georgie tek yellowjackets, and only have 1 loss so far on the season, although they have quite a challenge at home coming-up against Seton Hall whose men just beat the Hoops’ Dawgs’ Men’s team of Mark Fox.

The Lady Bulldogs averaged 23 wins a season with Mary Beth Lycett Smart.

The Lady Bulldogs this season are coached by Joni Taylor, as our only 2nd full-time coach in our entire history.  Mary Beth Lycett Smart is quite the blogger herself and home is only an hour and a quarter from Athens, so she is on the scene here all the time.  The men are 2-2 but did beat Murray State.

Remember her now ?  I sure do.  Beautiful lady.  Her long flowing blonde hair was a trademark when she would drain her outside shot !

The Lady Bulldogs are on TV tonight at 7pm from Athens on SEC Network, but my Comcast does not indicate that.  You can watch it on your Smart TV if your HDTV is Smart enough for that here :

Or, if not, then you can watch us 3-0 at home take on Mercer tonight on your smart phone or laptop.  The Lady Bulldogs are # 63 in the RPI so they still are on target to get to the NCAA Tournament which they missed last year believe it or not.  Mary Beth Lycett Smart never did.

Maybe they together can get us a replacement for the Stegosaurus !

Welcome Home !

Home Run !

It’s Great to be a Georgia Bulldog !

There has NEVER been an Offensive Coordinator at Georgia other than Mark Richt

He has ALWAYS called all the shots.  Watching the game on TV, I could tell he was making the calls on Offense.

How’d the offense do ?

They sucked !

That’s how they did.

Mark Richt will be named “settled for field goal” once he retires.

He also will be marked with making the wrong choices at QB.

When the offense left the field, he raised his mic.

There is no question that we all put pressure on Mark Richt following his showing vs Florida.

We still have not beat any good teams.

Auburn is 2-5 in The SEC.

Missouri is 1-5 in The SEC.

Vandie 2-4

Kentucky 2-6

South Carolina 1-7

And, of course, we LOST to 4-Loss vols.

Any Offensive Coordinator for Mark Richt has always been nothing but a puppet Offensive Coordinator.

Mike Bobo is doing like shit out there at whatever his school is he is the coach for, as I said all along he wouldn’t.  Nor has he recruited anyone out there, so his future is also bleak.

Not that he did shit here either.  Because he most certainly did NOT.

Mike Bobo’s record at *Offensive Coordinator  (*=puppet) is that of Mark Richt’s here, which speaks for itself that the Offense settled for field goals, lost 18 of 24 vs Top 15 time of game # 41 nationally after 2007 when we’re # 11 All-Time in Wins and also lost 30 of 64 games vs teams who went on to a bowl game as the puppet O.C. after 2007.

Brian Schottenheimer is no different : Mark Richt calls the shots, and always has.

Seemingly lost on the this morning, is that it was the DEFENSE that won the game and most certainly proved nothing positive about Mark Richt and Brian Schottenheimer teaching their quarterbacks a damn thing.

Our QB play was abysmal again, which it was last year with Mike Bobo too.

Yes, Huck. Mark Richt clearly is involved in the offense.

He always has been, sir.

After all that Brian Schottenheimer said all Summer about game managers at QB, you really think Brian Schottenheimer had, has, or will have any say on Greyson Damn Lambert ?

The guy sucks at QB.  Sucks.  Worst Mark Richt QB ever !  And, that is saying something with the likes of Greyson Lambert, Hutson Mason, Joe Tereshinski III and Joe Cox – all bullshit artists bragged about by MARK RICHT.

No one else bragged about these Mark Richt Quarterbacks EXCEPT Mark Richt.

Mike Bobo and Mark Richt average 4 losses a season after 2007 together, and it continues without Mike Bobo.

Our problem is on OFFENSE and always has been.

Only figure that when we give up 4 unanswered TD or 5 unanswered TD that the defense is the problem.  Mark Richt will not be able to retain Jeremy Pruitt, who is HOT-TO-TROTT about all this bullshit on offense during his tenure here – and with good Damn Reason !

We are clueless on offense !  Absolutely totally clueless.  We have no damn QB !  How the hell in year 15, do we have no QB ?  Try explaining that ?  The Auburn fumbles over-shadowed the Reggie Davis fumble on special teams, the horrible over-throws on deep balls by Greyson Damn Lambert – his FLAT pitch FUMBLE to Sony Michel – 3rd and 41 yards to go – his inability to tuck and run – his poor progressions – our inability on offense to do ANYTHING but rely on special teams and defense to bail them out when Mark Richt doesn’t even practice special teams which rank right up there with Offense as the problem around here has been the problem around here continues to be the problem around here and always will be the problem around here with Mark Richt the coach and why we can’t beat SHIT with him as our coach – taking a knee down 3-10 then bragging by the coach that “I think we’re on the right track” – the bobble by Isaiah McKenzie on the horrible pass behind him by Greyson Damn Lambert – the drop by Isaiah McKenzie on 3rd down right to his breadbasket – and with Isaiah McKenzie jawing early in the game and then slams the ball down in the end zone after scoring NOT CALLED PENALTY – Malcolm Mitchell on the back of the defender on a pass that should NEVER have been released –  and the utter continuation of our total inability to give our Dirty Dozen Running Backs of Thomas Brown an Opportunity EVEN.

If we were playing a real team, do you think we would’ve won because Mark Richt called the Offense like he has for 15 years here now ?

Well, do you ?

If I hear one more word about 10-win season…might get to play # 45 Duke or # 42 Northwestern or # 41 North Carolina State in our bowl game. Wow ! Our Average Win 2015 is # 107. Our Strength of Schedule is # 75 including Georgia Southern, Georgie tek yellowjackets and Auburn. How the HELL is that relevant when we would have beat absolutely NOBODY ?

Not 1 more word about 10-win season in 15-game seasons for the top teams nowadays.

Our Official NCAA Strength of Schedule is # 75 through all games this year including Auburn, Georgie tek yellowjackets and Georgia Southern University.

Here are ALL our wins :

Win # 1 is # 216 Southern

Win # 2 is # 159 Louisiana Monroe 1-8

Win # 3 is # 75 Vandie 3-6

Win # 4 is # 74 Kentucky  4-5

Win # 5 is # 62 Missouri 4-5

Win # 6 is # 61 South Carolina 3-6

Win # 7 would be : Georgie tek yellowjackets are 3-6

Win # 8 would be : # 69 Georgia Southern

Win # 9 would be : Auburn 5-4

Win # 10 would be bowl game YOU SAY JOHN BUHLER # 45 Duke or # 42 Northwestern or # 41 North Carolina State

Are you seriously, John Buhler, going to talk about 10-win season with our Average Win over team # 107, and with our Strength of Schedule as you can see # 75 Official NCAA Strength of Schedule for entire season ?

Stick it up your ASS John Buhler !

How in the HELL is that RELEVANT when we would have beat absolutely NOBODY ?

2015 there will be more than 25 teams with 10-win seasons, and nobody less deserving than us – having then beat no one !

We’re LOST.  We don’t know what we’re doing.   And, you run in here to proclaim that Mark Richt can be GREAT 2015 !

We’re averaging 4 losses after 2007 for these latest current 8 years dumbass 70-32, John Buhler !

So John Hollis Saturday Down South comes to Mark Richt’s defense as well :

“Coach Mark Richt will survive the storm and isn’t leaving Georgia anytime soon”

November 10, 2015 yesterday.

Yeah he is Bible Thumpers.  He is being FIRED for losing for 8 years and counting.

$ 50 million dollars we paid him to win here John Hollis and John Buhler.

You articles to the contrary today are not stemming the tide against Mark Richt for we ALL know including both of you he is being FIRED for losing for 8 years despite your bullshit about his FAITH being what we paid him the $ 50 million dollars for.

Florida is ranked BETTER than us in every single Poll – A LOT BETTER than us and just how has Mark Richt done against such teams ? Do you EVEN KNOW ? And, just how has Mark Richt done against higher ranked teams than he in his career here ?

# 87 in the nation in punt return defense by us

# 52 in the nation in blocked kicks allowed

# 85 in the nation in blocked punts allowed

These are based upon Mark Richt ONLY FACING 6 UNRANKED TEAMS ALL POLLS and one time of game # 13 team, only.

Georgia is ranked # 25 in the Coaches’ Poll

Georgia is ranked # 26 in the ESPN Power Poll

Georgia is ranked # 31 in the AP Poll this week.

This is based upon us playing like SHIT against 6 UNRANKED TEAMS, 1 of whom we LOST to and one # 13 time of game team.

Florida Crocodiles :

# 13 AP Poll to us # 31

# 14 Coaches’ Poll to us # 25

# 11 ESPN Power Poll to us # 26

How has Mark Richt done against HIGHER RANKED TEAMS than he in his career here ?

Mark Richt vs Higher Ranked Teams Season 4-8 4-22

Let’s give the boys the whole entire week off this week Mark Richt except for only 2 days’ worth of practice all week long, you dumbass piece of shit who is 5-9 against our # 1 Rival.

Florida has a bye week this week too, and they ARE PRACTICING FOR US and have been, while we have only 2 practices ALL WEEK LONG.

We’re taking the whole entire week OFF this week, in this bullshit Mark Richt “coaching” we get around here anymore – except for 2 days practice.

No practice AT ALL yesterday, as I reported on this blog yesterday.

Practice today and tomorrow ONLY.

No practice AT ALL Friday.

No practice AT ALL Saturday.

No practice AT ALL Sunday.

Meanwhile, the Florida Gators whom Mark Richt is only 5-9 against, have practiced EVERY FREAKING DAY.

Florida barely lost to LSU, oh so close and really could have won the game.

Otherwise, they are UNDEFEATED.

They beat Missouri 21-3.  They are  LOT better football team than we are.

They beat the vols, whom we LOST to.

They beat the SHIT OUT OF Ole Miss 38-10 who beat Alabama.

Their only lone loss to LSU one of the top 5 teams in the nation, was 28-35.

This Mark Richt guy tells his team who has played 6 unranked teams by stark comparison – AND LOST ONE OF THOSE – and 1 number 13 team time of game :

” Oh, take the friqin’ week off boys.  You earned it.  We’ll have some fun at practice on Wednesday and Thursday ONLY this week.  Other than that, you guys have done so well, that well – heck – just take the damn week off from practices ALL WEEK ! “

Thanks Chip Towers !  I noticed we had the day off yesterday, but NOBODY ELSE did.

I reported that here on this blog YESTERDAY.

By the way, Chip Towers reports all the folks saying we are going to the Liberty Bowl or Music City Bowl or maybe the Outback or Gator Bowl :

That’s it for Bowl Projections for this football team taking the damn week off except 2 days for practice.

Our COACH is the problem around here.

Hope you are HAVING FUN this week MARK RICHT ?

Florida is going to kick the shit out of you.

Manifesto on Mark Richt

Manifesto on Mark Richt :

This blog answers 2 questions.

(1) Who is Georgia – what have we accomplished – why have expectations?

(2) Who is Mark Richt – what has he really done after 2007 ?

Why did Georgia Bulldog coach Mark Richt quit ?

He did NOT quit.  He was FIRED.

For cause.

This blog for 8 long years told you why he had to and guaranteed that he WOULD QUIT.  In fact, this blog ALSO stated the date he would quit – right after the Georgie tek game 2015 where he looked like crap AGAIN !

He was given no choice.  We had offered the job to Coach Kirby Smart and Mark Richt was being fired for averaging 4 LOSSES a season for 8 years now.  After 2007.

He also was # 40 in Win Percentage vs the Top 15 after 2007.  For # 11 All-Time Wins’ UGA.

Sent packing.

Run out of town on a rail.

Who are we ?  What have we accomplished ?  Why should we expect more than averaging 4 losses per season over the most-recent 8-year period ?

Sports Illustrated Zac Ellis :

” I used to consider Texas the best job in the country, but now I think it’s Georgia, followed by Ohio State. Why Georgia? My top criterion is access to players relative to competitors, and Georgia is in a really enviable position. In the past five recruiting classes, an average of 113.6 high-schoolers from the state of Georgia have signed with Power Five schools each year. (Note that we’re talking Power Five, not all of the FBS.) That number is third behind Texas (179.4) and Florida (164.4) and ahead of California (100.4). The competition between state schools in those states is far more intense than it is in Georgia. With Georgia Tech running the option, the schools aren’t really going head-to-head on offensive players because of different needs, and Georgia is the bigger brand name. It’s also in the conference that more recruits consider desirable. In Georgia, they grow up wanting to be Bulldogs. The state of Ohio produced 64.6 Power Five signees a year over that same five-year period.”

“Do Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Tennessee, South Carolina and others come in and poach Georgia talent? Absolutely. But there’s such an abundance of it in the state that Georgia can afford to lose a few top in-state targets and still field a team capable of competing for SEC and national titles. Alabama and Auburn have to invade Georgia. During that five-year period, their state produced 36.4 Power Five signees a year. People talk about LSU’s monopoly in its state, but the numbers between Louisiana and Georgia aren’t even close. Louisiana’s average number of Power Five signees during that span was 38.6 a year.”

“Add to this great facilities (now that the Bulldogs are building an indoor), great tradition…possibly the best college town in America and the fact that they play in the easier division of the nation’s deepest conference. That’s the recipe for a great job that just about every coach in America would crawl over broken glass to take.”

“I know no school president or athletic director will ever say it out loud, but coaches almost always get fired because of their win-loss record—not because they didn’t mold enough men.”

ESPN Alex Scarborough: “Let’s be clear, they’re both great jobs. If LSU and Georgia are open, the line of candidates will stretch as far as the eye can see. But for me, the question of which job is more appealing is easy. It’s Georgia, and I don’t think it’s close.  The support is there from fans and administration. You’re recruiting in a state that produces the most SEC players of any in the country. And you don’t have to bother with the West.”

ESPN Edward Aschoff: “To me, Georgia would be the better job. It’s in the heart of one of the Southeast’s most fertile recruiting grounds. Atlanta is right down the road, and the facilities are only getting better. It’s also in the East, which has barely registered a pulse recently, so any rebuilding project shouldn’t take too long. And you don’t have to play Alabama every year.  But don’t get it twisted, LSU is a great job. Louisiana doesn’t have the talent pool that Georgia has on a continuous basis, but you can pluck plenty of elite-level prospects out of your backyard However, you have to compete in the SEC West !”

“If Georgia were to make a change at the top it would be a highly-coveted job perhaps even as attractive as the opening at Southern California.”

Dan Wolken, USA TODAY Sports

“Georgia is…a great job that just about every coach in America would crawl over broken glass to take.”

22 Georgia Bulldogs’ Football Seasons before Mark Richt of 80 % Win Percentage or Higher

4 Mark Richt Seasons of 80 % Win Percentage or Higher

26 Seasons of 80 % Win Percentage or Higher of which Mark Richt has 4 – eleven NOT.

These then are Mark Richt’s Best 4 Seasons :

2002 when he lost to Florida unranked in the Final AP Poll Top 25 even with their win over us when he went 0-13 on 3rd Down Conversions relegating him to play 5-loss unranked Arky SEC Championship Game and 5-loss FSU # 23 in the bowl game nobody cared about and nobody watched.

2004 when he lost to a hapless Phillip Fulmer vols’ team who should have lost 4 games that 2004 season and he got blown-out by Auburn by 3 TD without extra points 6-24; therefore he did not even get to play for The SEC Championship.  For this, he played in the Outback Bowl nobody watched and nobody cared about at 11 am.

2007 when he lost to 6-6 South Carolina who did not even play in a bowl game.  And, he lost – blown-out by the vols 14-35 by 3 TD.  The vols should’ve been a 5-loss team.  For these performances, he was awarded the booby prize of beating # 19 Hawai’i in the bowl game nobody watched and nobody cared about.

2012 when he lost – blown-out by South Carolina 7-35.  A 4 TD beat-down.  And, then he 3 times in front of me told Aaron Murray No, No, No, do not spike it – that Mark Richt said he was certain that Nick Saban would not expect an Aaron Murray pass, which was batted down at the line of scrimmage with all receivers covered.  For these performances he was awarded 4-loss Nebraska # 25 AP Poll in the CapitalOne Bowl which nobody watched and nobody cared about.

Note please, that of these 4 best Mark Richt seasons only 2012 is after 2007 and that year he had 2 really really really bad coaching decisions – not preparing the team to be ready-to-play against South Carolina beat by more than 3 TD for 7 times after 2007 and this 1 of them !  And, then his disagreement 3 times with Aaron Murray that Aaron Murray wanted to spike it and Mark Richt 3 times over-ruled Aaron Murray when Aaron Murray CLEARLY DECISIVELY was correct and Mark Richt just wrong.

These are his 4 “best” seasons and the bowl games he earned for us compared to the 15 Bowl Games on the National Stage by The Georgia Bulldogs’ Football Program, many of which we Won and 6 of those named # 1 by this poll or that poll.

We have played in 50 Bowl Games :

Only 4 teams have played in more bowl games than we have.

Alabama, Texas, Southern California and Nebraska.  And Southern California and Nebraska have only played in one (1) more bowl game than we have !

We are 28-19-3 in Bowl Games.

Texas has not done as well as we have in bowl games and neither has Alabama, and neither has Nebraska.  In fact, only Southern California has done better than us in Bowl Games !

Testimonial #1:

“The scene here in Athens is something that has to be experienced to be believed. If you’re over on Milledge Ave (Frat Row) on any given weekend night, you’ll hear bands and big time rap names blasting over the screams of some of the finest Southern Belles. But the main attraction to UGA is the downtown scene; it is absolutely unreal. Thursdays find wild outfits from socials running around, and every other night it seems like the entire student body is out raging in their Sunday best. Athens is where The South’s finest go to raise a little hell.”

Testimonial #2:

“To put it simply, Athens is insane. Every single night of the week, you can go downtown and find people drinking and partying. Whether it be Sunday nights at Pauley’s or Thursdays at Whiskey Bent, there will never be a shortage of attractive Southern men and women downtown to meet. The Greek scene tends to dominate the party scene, with socials every Thursday and band parties nearly every weekend. However, one does not have to be Greek to go downtown and have a great time. Getting into bars downtown is a joke as well, so being a freshman does not mean you can’t join in the fun. Downtown Athens has 20+ bars where you can drink as much as you want. This is also a great school for guys, where the student body is comprised of nearly 60% women in a school of 32,000+. Saturdays in Athens on Gameday are also one of the big parts of the insanity. Typically, people wake up and start drinking and tailgating all day until the game starts. Athens is literally shut down so everyone can party and watch the game.”

“The music scene in Athens is also a big part of what makes UGA a great party school. With the Georgia Theater attracting big names on a weekly basis to huge country concerts in Sanford and out in the field, there will always be somewhere to listen to music and drink. Athens, GA is the best college town in the United States.”

We raise a little Cain, now and again.

# 61 Best National University – The University of Georgia !  Higher than nearly every top football program.

# 36 yellowjackets trade-school playing their 12th game this season vs us, Won 3 games !

Look up please here at this URL Link the OTHER FOOTBALL PROGRAMS who are considered the Top Football Programs and see how far down they are as a University !  These other top football programs really almost all of them are way worse as a school.  We are going to recruit more of the Elite Talent here at Georgia after Mark Richt leaves.  And, why is that ?  Because one, we are a great University AND we have a great Football Program !  And, because two, the top players do NOT want to play for a Charlie Brown who really only beats the cupcakes and who struggles against EVERYONE else.  This is the Major Point of this blog, whatever part of it you read.

Now that we’ve established who we are at Georgia, let’s study exactly coldly precisely whom it is Mark Richt has run his record up on, and why he has been considered by everyone as a coach who – just has lost it after 2007. Is it ok if we do this please ?  This blog here does not have the 250 top analysts in college football today who have TOLD YOU he has to go for those would make this blog post too long.  They are found on the right side of this blog as you read it in the 250 CATEGORIES where you can see in the 250 CATEGORIES on the right just who said what in their own words with the URL Link in each CATEGORY so you can just click it and see exactly that they ALL think he just has to go.  Or, shall we just simply say he is a nice guy and leave it at that ?

72-32 beats powder-puff teams, averaging 4-loss season after 2007.

36-1 after 2007 vs teams not playing in a bowl game that season

36-31 after 2007 vs teams who do make 1 of the 42 bowl games that season !

Likely as not to lose to any of Top 82 teams for 8 years’ time now !

Runs up record on easy teams.

Not even been Top 25 half the years after 2007 !

His religion has given him different goals from our own.

His roster mismanagement after 2007 has clearly been because of a goal other than winning, and his failures at his main position of QB are that he came here as a QB coach yet has failed to develop them.  I think he spends too much time not directly doing his job.  In fact, I know that has to be the issue because he tells us winning is not important to him and he’d be SATISFIED with whatever happens here in winning at Georgia.  It’s not how he’s JUDGED he says !

# 88 Passing Offense 2014 with Mike Bobo

# 104 Passing Offense 2015 with Brian Schottenheimer

Years 14, 15 and 16 of the Mark Richt era are compounded by this being his year – the year of the last of the Mark Richt’s “DREAM TEAM” recruits – losing 20 seniors off this team after this year.

So, next year is BLEAK for our program’s outlook !

They’re gone !  This was SUPPOSED TO BE THE YEAR !

Sporting News does NOT rank Mark Richt one of the Top 25 College Football Coaches 2015.

You saw something different against # 64 Georgia Southern in the last game than I ?

“We knew. I’m telling you,” Mark Richt said of Georgia Southern. “Everybody was like, ‘well coach is just saying this and that to try and get his boys ready to play,’ but we, especially our defensive staff, could see how well this offense executed. Just knowing what it takes to prepare for an offense like that. It keeps you up at night.  Well-coached team.  A team that knows how to win. They played their tails off.”

‘ I don’t think we’ve gotta create motivation. I think we’ve gotta temper it’  “head coach Mark Richt said on his radio show Monday night ” before Alabama kick-off this season – blown-out 10-38 more than 3 TD as he’s done 7 times after 2007 and did not once prior, because the team showed-up again not-ready-play !  Told players all week prior to Alabama THIS – that it’s HIS JOB to DE-MOTIVATE them, then they showed-up not-ready-play which the # 1 Athlete in the nation he invited to the game as Our Recruiting Guest told you after the game that his impressions were that Mark Richt did NOT bring his players to the game ready-to-play.  It’s written between the lines in this blog post that these items herein listed make it patently clear that Mark Richt does NOT know how to coach a football team, or that if he does, he has FAILED to do so – often because he has a completely different set of goals from our own for our Proud UGA Football Program !  Did you get that please ?

Mark Richt says : “You can’t become what you do. What I do is not who I am. If I become what I do and I become just a football coach, then you’re asking for disaster. My identity is in Christ. I am a born-again believer in Jesus Christ. I know that he died for my sin and I am going to heaven when this is all said and done, forever. That gives me peace, no matter what happens here.”–georgia-s-mark-richt-only-interested-in-national-title-bids-on-terms-that-won-t-compromise-his-faith.html

“All the time y’all probably thought I was being coy but I really really didn’t know.  Even on this decision – very very close decision to name the Starter.  I think they all can get us in the right plays; all can get us in the right protections; I think they all can function extremely well and help us win.  That is what made it tough. I can not tell you how many times it went back-and-forth quite frankly. It was very close. It really has been a tough decision because they all are extremely hard workers; all smart; all capable; all talented.  It was a battle that didn’t define itself; no one really pulled away.”

5-2 before the game 8 with Faton Bauta -0- snaps at QB.  None all season !  Then, left him in every snap not 1 running play for him – running QB – 4 interceptions.   DESPERATE !

“There’s something besides winning that’s important here.”

“I see your frustration; I understand your frustration.  I wasn’t born yesterday, I’ve coached football for 25 years, so I know what the hell I’m doing, OK?”

“Teams are trying to stack the box against us Malcolm Mitchell said.  Vanderbilt stacked the box and we didn’t pass the ball and you saw what happened.  Until we get comfortable throwing the ball I hope our defense shows up.”

“I think Coach Brian Schottenheimer is a great coach.  I think he knows what he’s doing. I think he knows how to coach QBs extremely well. I’ve got a lot of faith in that.”  Mark Richt head coach who calls ALL the shots on Offense and always has – and none on Defense and never has.

David Greene says : “Here we are in November and we still don’t know which direction they’re going in. It’s tough to be this deep in the season really without any identity offensively. Unfortunately it’s not just one thing.  Offensively right now it’s very stale.  Special teams has really struggled. There’s a lot of talent on the team but sometimes the players just aren’t making plays.  As an entire team they just kind of seem lost…like they just don’t know what they want to do and how they want to do it.  A good example of that is starting Faton Bauta when he has zero starting experience. It just goes to show that what they’ve been trying to do just isn’t working.”

1-10 vs ranked Top 10 for the Year not at Sanford after 2007

6-15 vs ranked Top 25 for the Year not at Sanford after 2007

12-1 vs non-bowl teams not at Sanford after 2007

# 40 nationally all games not at Sanford after 2008 at only 24-22 !

This is down there with Temple and Bowling Green !

Actually, both of those teams Temple and Bowling Green are BOTH better than Mark Richt after 2008 in all games not on their home field !

Mark Richt, what were you doing with your time here ?

It’s NOT coaching this football program after 2007; that much is VERY CLEAR, sir !

All he needs is a QB and his 9th Coordinator Change in 15 seasons ?

Excuse me, he had Matthew Stafford, Knowshon Moreno, Mike Bobo and AJ Green and LOST 3 games getting to Play # 24 Michigan State in our meaningless bowl game THAT SEASON 2008 :

He was BLOWN-OUT embarrassed in 2 of those losses and the 3rd loss was to the yellowjackets averaging the # 52 recruiting ranking !

“I don’t think much about it.  I think the Lord is in charge of everything.  So, I don’t think much about it.”  Mark Richt

This is NOT your Calling Mark Richt.  The SEC is NOT a Church League son.

We have 26 seasons of 80 % win percentage or higher – THAT is what the OLD  10-Win discussion was about !

Only 1 after 2007 of 80 % for Mark Richt !  One of 8 and it marred by blow-out Biblical Proportions by Spurrier 7-35 and then in front of me Mark Richt over-ruling Aaron Murray 3 times no don’t spike it !

You have told us since Mark Richt, that Nick Saban will never figure it out and expect an Aaron Murray pass with no time on clock, won’t rush him and deflect the pass and will not cover my receivers !

BoWeevil BBA

No one hates Mark Richt either.

I would rather have Mark Richt quit, which is that which I have said all season he will do and why he did not sign the extension – giving up half a million a year.

And, then tell us all that it was the Lord’s Will that we win this morning.  Why show up then ?  I guess that obviously explains the way you play against ranked teams sir !  We are to forget about the 5, 4 and 4 unanswered touchdowns by the vols, Alabama and Florida against you Mark Richt this season because it was the Lord’s Will ANYWAY so why bother to try ?  It’s all preordained ?  Where do you dream-up this crap Mark Richt ?

You have free choice to work diligently at this your job sir – that which we offer-up $ 50 millions of dollars sir to you for coaching our team and being successful at it sir.  It’s NOT God’s Will that EVERYTHING is preordained !  Not close !  Not true.  Lie.  You speaking of that which you have NO KNOWLEDGE !  A neophyte.

You sire are being held accountable by God for not performing your lifework up to the greatest of your ability, and wrongly putting it off on God that which was your own free choice sir.  Your own free will sir !  Your goals are not our goals.  Our goal is not to be SEC Champion or National Champion but to be in the game.  15 times in 15 previous Big Bowl Games Georgia has been in the game, winning most of these Big Bowl Games at the end of the season, the Nation Watching, all eyes on us, between 2 teams ranked at the very top of the Final Poll.

You never got that Mark Richt.

You still do not.

Rewriting history after all you can accomplish is a SEC East title in 8 years sir as that is our goal is just dumb.

Only your supporters who are ALL WRONG and owe me an apology would believe the lies out of your mouth that our goal was to win The SEC East.

The AJ-C has kowtowed to Mark Richt and lied about letters sent to them about our unhappiness with the direction this religious guy has taken our football program.

Bluto said that Mark Richt would be back.

Barrett Sallee Bleacher Report said to another Bleacher Reporter who bragged yesterday how great Mark Richt is and would be back, as well owe me an apology.

The Dawgbone owes me an apology insisting that anyone who dared speak up that Mark Richt is not beating the top teams and not getting us to our goals can not be linked to their WebPages.

Many posters who supported the mediocrity of Mark Richt owe me an apology.

What he cares about is religion.

Not our football program.

God does not sit there and be in charge of everything at all.

God gives us Free Choice.

Lesson # 1 in my Discipleship.

According to you, then, God set Adam and Eve up for failure !  He did not.  He told you He did not !  It was their will, not His.  He gave them and you Free Will.

You just have chosen to NOT do your duties which could have brought great Glory on God, and have FAILED at YOUR HANDS sir !  NOT His.

Genesis 3 God tells us that He became saddened surprised and disappointed in Adam and Eve, sir !  He did NOT preordain it AT ALL !  He then tells us that Adam and Eve and all mankind would suffer for the consequences of our Own Free Will.

That is what God preordained, son.  That you have Your Own Free Will, Mark Richt !  As we do to fire you.  And, as you do to just step down, which is what I have called for for 8 long years now.

You have chosen to BLAME IT ALL ON HIM.

To resign yourself to Him preordaining EVERYTHING !

That is a purposeful lie on your part as you so often have done here for 15 entire years since you finally showed-up here Mark Richt.

You do not know what you’re talking about.  You only recently even began studying the Bible.  And, NOT very well.  This is the major problem I have with you that you do NOT understand much around you – nor accept the responsibility of being our coach of our football team.

You do not think about it, because well it’s God’s Will ?  Well excuse me Mark Richt, but EVERYONE else thinks about it a lot, sir !  Especially all of us who pay your salary sir.  For all your obvious talent from this last of your Dream Team, 20 seniors gone, with # 8 Average Recruiting Ranking and # 5 Most NFL Draft Picks, you surely are not Top 25 after 2007 at ANYTHING – any way you slice it – Mark Richt over this most recent most current 8-year period.

And, your blaming or resigning yourself to YOUR FACT ONLY that the Lord is in charge of EVERYTHING is another LIE from you sir to obfuscate your lousy records against the top teams after 2007.   You are simply trying to turn our attention from your 2 tales of Mark Richt : (1) When you did do well oh so long ago now against the top teams 2001-2007.  And, (2) when you GAVE UP, quit trying, made no effort at all, said you would become instead the CEO of this football program – promoted yourself in Peter Principle – to that which you finally then reached your own personal level of your own personal incompetence.

But, say oh well the Lord is in charge of everything.

I am satisfied.

I am over it.

I do not care.

I have no input on it anyway.

It’s all the Lord’s Will.

I do not think about it !

Why should I ?

The Lord is in charge of EVERYTHING.

I think.

I think ?

Nah; not me !

Silly reporter.

Don’t you KNOW that the Lord is in charge of EVERTHING ?

“YOU cannot blame me !”

That’s exactly what that means !

NOTHING else !

God was in charge of 2001-2007 ?  God is in charge after 2007 ?  Just what is that you SAY God is responsible for and not you Mark Richt – that you say is EVERYTHING ?

You are especially inept, sir, at beating Top 5, Top 10, Top 15, Top 25, and teams who go on to a bowl game that season sir.  And, as bad as your records are against ALL of these – none in the Top 25  – with your # 8 talent sir, your record against them not at Home for us, is EVEN WORSE sir.

You tolerate our criticism because to be a coach is to know that, you said after the game this morning Mark Richt ?

You do NOT !

You THINK you are BETTER than us.

So, what you are left with sir is your 37-1 vs non-bowl teams after 2007, eight years of meaningless seasons with 33 teams now looking at 10-win season 2015 sir.

The Lord is NOT in charge of everything. We wanted to pay you over $ 4 million dollars a year until 2019 to have you be in charge of our Football Program. To beat ranked teams as the # 11 All-Time Win program with the # 3 best recruits available in this state which has no competition for them in-state from yellowjackets or Georgia Southern.  You have FAILED to do so sir after 2007.  No, sir, the Lord is NOT in charge sir – not of our football team, and NEITHER are you obviously.

The Lord is NOT responsible for all this after 2007 Mark Richt, you are !

Not Ranked half the time AP or Coaches’ Polls  2009 2010 2013 and now 2015 :

Mark Richt averages the # 8 Recruiting Ranking and has the # 5 Most NFL Draft Picks with 86, but after 2007 he is not in the Top 25 at really anything !

Talk about underachievement !  This blog post details the epitome of underachievement with all his talent after 2007 and details the vast resources at hand for Mark Richt to have accomplished after 2007 diddle-e-squat.

AFTER 2007 by Mark Richt and for which he is judged :

Man and God judge Mark Richt for all this after 2007 in his Calling which the Lord Called Mark Richt to, but which he DENIED and said unto the Lord, I am NOT accepting this Calling Lord.  I want to be a preacher man.  And, teach people in religion that which I know not either.

Mark Richt, sir, God expects us to take an active part.

This is why we find so many vigorous words and phrases in Scripture, such as “make every effort”, “strain”, “struggle”, “pursue”, “run with diligence the race set before you”, “fight the good fight”, “persist”, “resist”, “stand”, “take hold”, “guard”, “endure to the end”, etc. If everything is preordained, what would be the use of all this strenuous effort?

His plans for all of us  – His plans for each of us will not be fulfilled unless we cooperate with Him in their fulfillment.

No sir.  Everything is NOT preordained.  You should KNOW that !  Your Calling in fact could have brought Great Glory to God, but you choose instead to say God Preordained EVERYTHING !

So, you did not try.  Why indeed try Mark Richt – after all – the Lord is in charge of EVERTHING !  So, why think about anything related to anything as mundane as doing your Calling to Glorify Him. To Witness to others by doing what He asks to the best of our ability. As in every word out of your mouth : You just do not get it.

“I don’t think much about it.  I think the Lord is in charge of everything.  So, I don’t think much about it.”  Mark Richt

God is not imposing Himself on everything Mark Richt.  Good Lord, son.

This utter nonsense that Religion, Mark Richt and The Georgia Bulldogs’ Football Program may not be discussed, is over here on my blog.

Everything is NOT preordained.  God is NOT in charge of everything.

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

God does not tell ME that He is in charge of everything, but that it is MY choice, as yours – only you do not see it and prefer to hide behind that which you know not, and tell us all purposely that He indeed Is In Charge and not you therefore – not your fault :  You say as your parting shot :

“YOU cannot blame me !”

Time-out mismanagement

Roster mismanagement

In-Game Decisions such as pooch kick-off vs yellowjackets last year

In-Game Decisions such as 1st and dumb against Spurrier last year

Telling Cam Newton he is only a TE here that Aaron Murray is his QB instead

His own coaching staff he only hired – total discord

Embarrassing losses

His recruits have been in the bad press

He hasn’t signed contract through 2019 at over $ 4 million a year – take off the table

Too much bad press

Brings his staff and players not-ready-to-play too many times every year

Not developing his players

Has had 4 offensive and 4 defensive coordinators – tell me you’re not going to blame them again !

Look what David Greene said !

Poor leadership

Not trending upward at all !

All we give him all these resources and averages 4 losses over current 8-year period ! 72-32 with 36-1 vs non-bowl teams and 36-31 vs bowl teams.  Unacceptable !

No Direction

Wastes Talent – plays wrong guys

Says there’s something here at Georgia BESIDES winning that’s important

Mixed messages sent to the student-athletes

We have pre-game brawls before Alabama this year and Georgia Southern yet again !

We did the same at Clemson up there

Where is Mark Richt ?

No strategy for special teams and no coach like 100 of his rivals have

Did not even practice special teams in the G-Day Game again !

Dissension and he just stands there and puts gag-order on everyone ?

Nothing done

No results

Disharmony in our football program he is in charge of

Frankly Greg McGarity is to blame for doing nothing about all this

Jere Morehead has done and even said nothing ?

17 years of 0 or 1 loss in UGA history, yet now we’re averaging 4 losses per year for the most recent 8 years now !  Just unacceptable.

The recruits have ALWAYS come here to UGA because we’re the best school if you play football

He leaves holes in his roster recruiting anyway every year he does this

Mark Richt has lost control of this football program for 8 years now.

The problem isn’t Mark Richt if he is still here after the game Saturday, it’s you !

Jere Morehead e-mail address (since I firmly am convinced the problem is Greg McGarity no good at his job since he got here)

Howdy DoodyF report card

How can the # 11 team All-Time in Wins, with our Average # 8 Recruiting Ranking, with 86 NFL Draft Picks # 5 best nationally, us with 17 seasons of 0 or 1 loss, us with 15 Bowl Games on the National Stage both teams ranked at the top of the Final AP Poll most of which we Won, us with 26 seasons of 80% win percentage or higher have only 1 season after 2007 over 80 % win percentage and it marred by 2 devastatingly horrible coaching decisions to  be # 41 in Won/Lost Record after 2007 vs the Top 15 Ranked teams, be 36-1 vs non-bowl teams and only 36-31 for our 72-32 over the most-current 8 years averaging 4 losses per season and therefore have only played in meaningless bowl games by stark contrast with 12-1 record not at Sanford vs non-bowl teams and only 18-22 vs bowl teams # 26 nationally ?  How is this possible ?  How could this possibly be considered remotely acceptable ?   Mark Richt can not win the big game.

He’s gone and I accomplished what I wanted to accomplish with the FIRED guy you kept bragging on.  I won !  You LOST.

Predictions on the 2015-2016 season which is once again a 15-game season for the top teams. PLAY IN A BIG DAMN BOWL GAME FOR ONCE MARK RICHT ! 28% win % after 2007 away from Sanford vs teams ranked for the season of which this year we play 6 : vols, Florida, Georgie tek, Auburn, Alabama in SEC Championship Game, and our bowl game

9-4 or 9-5 if we play Alabama twice.

We have averaged either 5 losses or 4 losses per season the current latest 7-year period.

After this season, we have The Great Exodus, where we lose 20 of our top players – nearly every Starter.

We face 6 teams voted on in the AP Poll last night : vols, Florida, Missouri, Georgie tek, Auburn and Alabama. We play 2 more ranked teams this season in The SEC Championship Game and our Bowl game opponent. That is 8 ranked teams. We are especially poor winning the games away from Sanford vs teams ranked for the season. According to the AP Poll the teams voted on we play this season will be 8 if we play in The SEC Championship Game we’ve not won after 2005. This is 2015.

Pardon me for being plain about this ?

We have inexplicable losses every single season with Mark Richt – in addition.

We have lost every single game against any team ranked ahead of us for any season of the current latest 7 years, except for 3 games when Mark Richt that season was unranked in both the AP Poll and Coaches’ Poll where he beat a ranked team for that season. That is a 3-21 STREAK the latest 24 games against teams who in fact end up ranked ahead of us in the Top 25 of either the AP Poll or the Coaches’ Poll.

We hired a Special Teams’ Coordinator, Carter Blount, who is not allowed to tell Mark Richt that he must practice Special Teams in the Annual G-Day Game, who is not allowed to tell Mark Richt that he must play his very best 11 football players on Special Teams, who is not allowed to tell Mark Richt that he waited too long this pre-season again to practice Special Teams in even the damn scrimmages – waiting until Saturday to first do so when kick-off to this 2015-2016 season is now Saturday week, and who in addition is not allowed to coach the players AT ALL.

We have a plethora of guys who put the ball on the carpet on Special Teams, at Wide Receiver, and at Running Back positions.

We play the wrong guy all too often and bench the better player “behind” him on the Depth Chart, especially at Quarterback. This season sets up for more of the same with the damn secrecy about who the Starter will be. After telling us David Greene is the better quarterback than DJ Shockley in 2001 and redshirting DJ so he could not prove his worth, after telling us Joe Tereshinski III is the better quarterback than Matthew Stafford in 2006, after telling us Joe Cox with his chronic shoulder and flu would only play at Stillwater in 2009 and that he was a better quarterback than Zach Mettenberger whom he gave no snaps against Okie State even with the charter flight required for Joe Cox, and after last year telling us that Hutson Mason who ended the season the # 90 Passing Offense and never did throw a pass longer than 4 yards floating them ALL was a better quarterback than Brice Ramsey, Jacob Park and Faton Bauta – none of whom was he better than – is it really any wonder he is making the same mistake again this season ?

We have totally ruined the timing of the new QB working with the new Center 2015. We have ripped the confidence of our Starting QB making him practice two-thirds of the time with either the 3rd or 2nd team. We have undermined the OL’s ability to learn the tendencies of the Starting QB by having him not practice with the OL the entire Spring and now all the Fall Practices, except 33 % of the time. We have shot the timing of the receivers and all important Tight Ends working with the # 1 QB – the Starting QB. We have not given the Starting Fullback or the Starting Tailback practice with the # 1 Starting QB two-thirds of the Spring and now all two-thirds of the Fall Camp too, so they do not have the timing and tendencies down with the Starting QB either, or the exchanges, or timing on pass patterns out of the backfield.

We have pulled a “Richt” at QB, on Special Teams, and at every Offensive Position all Spring and now all Fall Camp and continue to make dumb shit coaching decisions.

Our Coach has seen fit this off-season to make it crystal clear that he does not want to be known as a college football coach but as a Christian, and that he does not care about winning – that converting the boys to Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior is more important to him than winning.

Our fan base is SATISFIED with 10-win season in 15-game seasons nowadays for the top teams, when in fact Mark Richt has averaged 9-5 or 9-4 over the latest current recent 7 years now and counting.

Our fan base has come more and more around to my way of thinking. We continue to recruit well and waste the talent. The same talent that at 14 other schools on Mark Richt’s WATCH have won national championships with, averaging these 14 years only 3 years at their school to win a national championship while we go into Mark Richt’s 15th with NO HOPE. The average # 8 recruiting class 2001-2015 is verified as the 2nd best in the nation and is further verified by the NFL that Mark Richt has also put up the 2nd most NFL Draft Picks 2001-2015. Yet, he pulls a “Richt” and either loses a game no one figures we lose, or is blown-out by an opponent taking them too lightly and not GATA. Or, BOTH. The average recruiting ranking for these 14 national championships on Mark Richt’s WATCH all averaged the average # 8 recruiting ranking too. Coaching is getting MORE out of less. Here, we do the complete opposite, wasting talent. Don’t we ?

The remain continuing to skirt the issue and duck the point that we have failed to win The SEC Championship Game after 2005. This is 2015. We have NO HOPE of doing so 2015-2016 season. And, they continue to remain steadfast on their view that no one should mention that Mark Richt has NEVER played in a meaningful bowl game.

Our Goals are quite clear.

While Mark Richt was once 81 % win percentage here 42-10 and in addition still was 80 % win percentage at kick-off game 5 of 2008 in the Alabama Black-Out game, why are you not a malcontent at 68 % win percentage after 2007 – these latest current recent 7 years by stark contrast ?

We’re # 11 all-time in Wins for Major Colleges.

We have only a 54 % win percentage after 2007 against teams who even played in damn bowl games these most recent 7 years making up the entire 2nd half of the Mark Richt era after 2007.

This is the 2nd season of the new 4-team play-off. Mark Richt’s ONLY BCS Bowl wins were over # 23 FSU a 5-loss hapless team 2002 and over # 19 Hawai’i another hapless team.

He has FAILED to win or even play in a meaningful bowl game.

2010 LOST Florida 5-Loss team 31-34, unranked either poll season coach quit

2014 LOST 6-6 South Carolina, unranked either poll for the season

2014 LOST 6-5 Florida, unranked either poll for season, fired coach

In addition to losing to these 6 who were not ranked in either Final AP or Coaches’ Polls :

LOST Okie State 2009 who was NOT RANKED Final AP Poll even with win

LOST Central Florida 2010 who was NOT RANKED time of game AP Poll

LOST Vandie 2013 who was NOT RANKED either poll time of game coach quit

LOST Nebraska 2013 not ranked either poll time of game not ranked Final AP fired coach

In Total after 2007 – the 2nd half of the Mark Richt era – he has LOST to 10 teams who :

(1) either did not make the final polls for the season or

(2) were unranked at time of game when they beat him or

(3) even with win over Mark Richt did not make the Final AP Poll Top 25

LOST 10 games he SHOULD’VE NEVER LOST in 7-year period to teams far less talented who were LOUSY TEAMS, inexplicable losses.

God Almighty – that’s all I’ve got to say.

God Almighty damn !

Just damn.

Obsequious Georgia Bulldog Fans (really just Mark Richt Apologists) just make Mark Richt’s job a cushy damn job, don’t they ?  Why do we settle for this shit ?  Why do we allow these Obsequious Fans to NOT ALLOW us to discuss religion when discussing Mark Richt ?  What the friq’ is that all about, when that is exactly what is wrong with the coach Mark Richt – not the man – the damn coach.  All of his problems on and OFF the field, are ALL related to his religious bullshit.  Nothing else.  Just his religious hang-ups.  They contradict and counter-mind what his goals here are.  On lax discipline, religious zealots always are wimpy about teaching even their own kids to obey the rules; they believe that they are forgiven – therefore, they do not concern themselves when their children do not obey – shit, they tell their own kids when their own kids do exactly that which they do not want them to do that’s it’s ok – they LOVE them anyway.  What total abject hogwash approach to teaching them to obey the rules is that ?  It sends really not even a mixed message, but sends a conflicting message directly diametrically opposed message to the message they really wanted to send on obeying the damn rules.

Mark Richt is FORGIVEN for all this crap going on on and off the field for us the latest 7 years here ?

The friqin’ Hell he is.

He has 2 masters.  Really, everyone knows Mark Richt only has 1 master : Jesus Christ.  Nothing else.  Never has been anything else.  We cannot discuss this ?  Excuse the Hell out of me, we cannot discuss this. We sure as Hell can discuss this.  Mark Richt does not care about winning – that much is patently obvious not only from his own direct quotes such as there is something more important than winning here that we adhere to here at Georgia.  The freaking HELL there is !  When he should be preparing the team to GATA against our # 1 Rival Florida, he spends his time praying to Jesus Christ, and really doesn’t give a shit if we win or lose which is why he’s 5-9 against Florida.  This is the whole entire problem with our football team right now that there is NO SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE, and that Mark Richt can hold dear as more important than winning, something HIGHER he claims as our $ 3.5 million annually head coach.  We do not pay him $ 4 million of my hard earned monies to have some other more important than winning here, objective.  If he wants to be a damned preacher, have the friqin’ damn Church pay him $ 4 million a year, and we will go find another “COACH” who can do better than the results provided to you with URL Link by me here on this blog post.  I am fed-up with the holier than thou friqin’ Christians telling us all what we CAN and CANNOT discuss about Mark Richt.  He’s flawed and its sole cause is his Religion.  He’s out of balance.  His calling is NOT PREACHER.  His calling is COACH of Georgia Bulldogs’ Football Team – there is NOTHING that should interfere with that !  NOTHING.  He wants to go to Church on Sunday ?  Fine, I do too.  But, I damn sure don’t sit there feeling FORGIVEN that in my calling, I always admit AFTER another INEXPLICABLE LOSS that well, I was thinking about something else on the sidelines and screwed-up, AGAIN.  He doesn’t think about football; he thinks about Jesus Christ.  Get the picture, get it right in your mind, that to discuss Mark Richt without discussing his religion is something the religious zealots who want to control what you TALK ABOUT and what you THINK ABOUT our football team, will not allow you to talk about.  When anyone anywhere anytime tells you what you CANNOT discuss, ask yourself if you intend to SUPPORT such a site ?  I’m not stupid, not with a 3.88 GPA at UGA.  This is the whole underlying uncontested topic that must be discussed.  Am I getting through to ANY of you, or you intend to be told what you can and cannot discuss by someone who obviously does not want THIS DISCUSSION RIGHT HERE ?

Are you friqin’ tired yet of being told what you can and cannot say about our football program ?

Especially when that very topic is EXACTLY the ONLY PROBLEM we have on and off the field ?

Excuse me ?  I cannot talk about this ?

Forget you then, for I will be damned if I will not discuss this exact specific topic any damn way I want.

Mark Richt is not our college football coach at The University of Georgia –  this is NOT his calling here.  He has a different calling.  He only uses his position and monies from this subservient lesser importance not primary job in life for him, to further his more important to him goals – all of which are completely in contradiction to winning football games and teaching his recruits to obey the rules on and off the field.

This is why EVERYTHING on this page has happened to our football team.

Therefore the religious zealots tell you you cannot discuss religion on topics online about UGA football and Mark Richt.  You have to mind your words about the dumbass decisions Mark Richt has made, because those decisions were not made with winning in football here as their objective.

You better think about this, talk about this, get this out in the open, if you intend to do more in talking about Georgia Bulldogs’ Football under Mark Richt than to be told that which you cannot discuss for obvious reasons.

What in the hell has happened to us the last 7 years ?

Damn it all, Mark Richt.

Who do you dislike MOST after Florida ? It’s Auburn Week – The South’s Oldest Rivalry in Major College Football History, in fact in The East. Auburn’s rep is just ALL BAD. Lorenzo Carter, baby, remember recruiting him ? Nick Marshall after BLOWING game vs TAMU last night – yeah !

The South’s Oldest Rivalry.   Virginia and North Carolina have neither ever been any good, whatsoever.  Virginia North Carolina, also started 1892, same as Georgia Auburn.  Virginia is # 52 all-time in most college football wins and North Carolina is # 41.

Georgie tek is # 24, Auburn # 19 and The University of Georgia # 10 All-Time in Major College Football Wins.

Deep South, I take exception to.  In the 1st place, you are either a Southerner, or you’re not.  Take Florida, for example ?  The farther you travel South, the farther North, you’ve actually gone.

Never in my lifetime, have I considered folks in Miami, Southerners.  They aren’t.

Brice Ramsey, again, looked great.  Hutson Mason, on-again – off-again, is hardly going to be able to beat Auburn by himself, especially if he brings his game he has played all season except 2 games : Missouri and Kentucky.

Why did Hutson Mason choose to play well against only Missouri and Kentucky – and, to play all the rest of the games all season long, like shit ?

Full Strength, Georgia welcomes Auburn to Sanford Saturday Prime Time.  Auburn should be ranked about # 11 and Georgia about # 15.  The rankings will not matter.  Auburn’s significant players and coaches have come from Georgia.  Georgia’s players and coaches, remember them well.  Georgia does not get noticeable recruits from Alabama.  Alabama would be The South.  Georgia would be The South.

This is The South’s Oldest Rivalry in Major College Football History.

Auburn has a 1-game lead.

Wisconsin is # 45 and Minnesota # 42 all-time in college football wins.  They started playing in 1890, 2 years’ prior to both Georgia-Auburn and Virginia-North Carolina.

Wisconsin-Minnesota never has been a game anyone gave a shit about, same as Virginia-North Carolina, therefore.

Auburn, we care about.

We care about the bullshit Auburn has pulled through the years, and still is not as good as The University of Georgia.  Make no mistake about the 2 universities either, for The University of Georgia is a far better university according to every single ranking every single year.

Auburn is a crappy university, and their reputation in football is that of cheaters – always has been.

Is there any question about either of those 2 statements ?

Let me know, because by God I know.

Auburn was beat by Texas A & M last night, prime time.  Nick Marshall forgot how to take the snap and hand it off 2 of his last 3 plays, or they win.  Instead, Texas A & M, whom Bulldogs’ fans widely consider a poor team 2014, beat South Carolina and would’ve beat Florida had they met.  Texas A & M has lost to # 1 Mississippi State, # 4 Alabama who will move up, and # 12 Ole Miss who will move up.  Georgia would lose to all 3 of those teams too.

Texas A & M will be the 6th SEC ranked team today, for the Victory over Auburn – yeah !

We will not Lose to Auburn, as expected, and I predict Auburn loses 5 games this season.  I don’t like Auburn and before Florida became good with Spurrier in the 1990 decade I always considered Auburn my # 1 Rival.

Not Georgie tek yellowjackets who have not been any good at all after 1955.

Texas A & M  100 percent should be ranked ahead of Auburn and Georgia because Texas A & M has not lost to 2 lousy teams : South Carolina and Florida like we have yet we will beat Auburn easily.

Florida beat Vandie and faces-off against South Carolina while we play Auburn, Saturday.

The winner of that game between South Carolina and Florida, both of whom BEAT US, might go to the toilet bowl.  Then, again, the winner of that game same time as our Auburn game, might not go to ANY bowl at all.

Which Bowl Game shall we go to, then, pray tell ?

Todd Gurley II might get his wish.  He said he is tired of being mediocre, while going to The SEC Championship Game and losing, and going to the bowl game and losing.  We might go to the throw-up in the bidet toilet bowl then I guess.  It all boils down to Saturday !

South Carolina has lost 4 games in a row after losing their 1st game of the season too, and Florida had lost 10 of their previous 13 games before last Saturday.  Talk about 2 crappy-ass football teams.

God Almighty !

We LOST to BOTH of them.

Such bullshit, Mark Richt.

Saturday is going to be cold, high 54 low 36 and sunny at Sanford.

Both teams run the football, but when it comes to passing, Auburn is better than we are because well our coaches consider Cam Newton and Nick Marshall both anything but Quarterbacks, and consider Hutson Mason better than Brice Ramsey at Quarterback.  That will be the damn day, on all 3 fronts.

It has been a tough row to hoe for Georgia this season, and this is the only team we play all season long.  And, they are not Top 10 material – not that we are, by God, either.  Hopefully, Allbarn finds it a tough row to hoe at Our House for a change.

We’ve played a string of nobodies who none of them have beat anyone.  But, 2 of those nobodies, beat us.  Amazingly crappy 2014, once again, for Mark Richt.

I’ve said all season long that Brice Ramsey is a better QB than Hutson Mason, and that Lorenzo Carter is better than Leonard Floyd.  I read these bullshit blogs you only are allowed to read which say that Leonard Floyd will be a top NFL Draft Pick after this season.  No.  No, he will not.  I have said all season long that Leonard Floyd CHASES the quarterbacks around the field, and NEVER sacks them.

Lorenzo Carter 6′ 6″ and 237 lobs, nice-looking likable man, is so much better than Leonard Floyd, and will be FAR BETTER in the NFL than Leonard Floyd, who like Hutson Mason – is inconsistent as friqin’ Hell.

I have picked on Leonard Floyd and on Hutson Mason all season long.  2 sacks all Leonard Floyd has all season.  When bloggers write to you that Leonard Floyd is a sack machine, I say EXCUSE THE HELL OUT OF ME, BUT he is NOT.

If Leonard Floyd 6″ 4″ and 230 lbs, thinks he is entitled, I have news for him.   He is not as with-it, looking, not as tall, and also more slight of build compared to Lorenzo Carter, whose motor never stops and always is around the damn football, always.

Leonard Floyd out of Eastman, needs SEVERAL more years of maturity, if he can get his grades up.  He goes through the motions of life, while others around him succeed at that which he just doesn’t care.  Get on the stick, Leonard Floyd.

Sack machine, my ass.

He reminds me of Claude Humphrey of the Falcons, who they made similar comments about, but when you’re at the games, you can see, Claude took 3 downs off on defense every 4.

Leonard Floyd has Started all season long, until yesterday, when finally Lorenzo Carter starts.  Glad someone is listening.

I detest football players such as Leonard Floyd and Claude Humphrey, because they do not bring their A-game, every game – every down.  I do not care how much success either has or had or will have.  GATA Leonard Floyd, please sir !

Do that for a whole football season, and I’ll see you after that in the NFL Draft.  Fair enough son ?

Of course, if you cannot keep your grades up, go on – declare for the draft – but, you have let yourself down in life so far, and need to come back, obviously – as BACK-UP at your position – at least until Lorenzo Carter is DRAFTED higher, makes more money, lasts longer in the NFL, and starts in the NFL his whole career.  Of course, the NFL will play Lorenzo Carter, as linebacker.  He started at SAM for us yesterday.

Lorenzo Carter had more sacks in the game just only counting yesterday than Leonard Floyd has in all the games combined all season long.

Been a month and a half since we’ve been to Sanford and our campus.  Nice to get to see us again.  I wouldn’t say we’ve had a particularly good season this season, but found Mark Richt’s interview after the game saying “we’re not talking about Todd” – well, bitter toward the man, everyone else long-since agrees with.  The NCAA itself will change the damn rule soon enough.  Imagine punishing the Heisman Trophy Winner this season 4 games, for

while letting nitwit liar Jameis Winston continue to embarrass Florida State “university.”

These colleges like Florida State and Auburn, should have to compete in a separate class of “universities” than Top Universities, such as my alma mater : The University of Georgia.

The schools have no integrity, never have had  – either of them –  and demonstrate that as “universities” in the fashion to which they both tell lies and cheat to compete with fine schools like UGA.

Kiss my grits Auburn – your “school” pales in comparison to our school.

How fitting that Nick Marshall would BLOW the game against then unranked Texas A & M.  Unranked although they beat BOTH South Carolina and Auburn – while we ARE ranked and have not beat but lost to South Carolina.

I see the game coming down to Quarterbacks and believe Gus Malzahn will get Nick Marshall focused.  I have no idea which Hutson Mason will show-up whom we should affectionately refer to as Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

Actually Missouri might get ranked today, since we ABDICATED our throne on The SEC East to them.

Missouri faces Texas A & M Saturday while we play Auburn, and I’ll take Texas A & M to REMOVE Missouri from The Top 25, who had no business in it, anyway – which is why they are NOT ranked this morning.

Of course, Georgie tek does not deserve to be in the Top 25 either – which is why they like Missouri are NEITHER ranked this morning.  I believe both might make it today, however – however temporary.

So, it’s down to this :  Auburn.

Our one lone game all season.  Auburn leads the series by one game, and we need this game in the most important oldest all-time major college football history, to NOT have Auburn ahead of us.

Hutson Mason ?

Hell ?

Did you hear me ?

Leonard Floyd, since you finally only got to play the couple of plays you would’ve actually “PLAYED” anyway yesterday, did you hear me, son ?

I WANT this game !

We NEED this game !

We’ve got to HAVE this game !

If we lose to Auburn as expected, we will DROP from the rankings – as it should be, if we lose.

We WIN this game, and we stay ranked for the season – no matter what !

We could lose to Georgie tek, not make The SEC Championship Game, lose our Bowl Game, again, and STILL be ranked if we WIN this game.

Lose this game, and we will have to fight to be ranked this season, again.

We do this so much nowadays after 2007 – where we play such shitty football.

Better not do it again now that I finally get to see you in person.

Can’t say you have been what I thought you could be, but you certainly have been that which I have resigned myself to you in fact being the entire 2nd Half of the Mark Richt Era.

I wish to Hell someone would wake-up Mark Richt, too !

# 3 Auburn LOST

# 7 Michigan State LOST

# 8 Notre Dame LOST

# 9 Kansas State LOST

# 16 Oklahoma LOST

# 20 Utah LOST

# 24 West Virginia LOST

Too bad, it doesn’t matter anymore.

What does matter, is that this is Auburn and – as it turns out – is the ONLY game we play all season long.

Auburn beat Kansas State also, beat Ole Miss, beat LSU also, and beat South Carolina.  All we beat is Clemson who has beat no one, absolutely no one, with only 2 games on their schedule (twice as many as it turns out as we have) whom they lost BOTH to.

We better not lose to Auburn.

We could’ve been the 3rd SEC team, jumping-up with a WIN over Auburn, to be right there in the discussion with Mississippi State and Alabama – instead, lose now, and we shouldn’t be ranked at all in any poll, and probably struggle to get back into the Top 25 even – for this # 10 All-Time Greatest College Football Program in Wins.

We’re a solid football team; we just haven’t played like anything but CRAP twice already this season, and this, this is our only real game all season : such as it is.

We need to GATA.

Auburn REALLY just –  keeps the ball  –  on Offense by making nearly EVERY 3rd Down Conversion !

They lead the nation in penalties and lead the nation in lost fumbles.

Their special teams, suck.

Their passing offense stinks to high heaven, but it’s a lot better than ours is.

They do return punts, but their Defense still stinks – when in the past, Auburn always had good defenses made-up of all Georgia boys.

It’s Nick Marshall, whom we did not even call the Police on, according to the Chief of Police.  We found out about the dormitory theft, and did NOT call the Police !

What in the hell is that all about ?

It was they said over $ 500, making it felony theft.

I do not respect or like Auburn.  I really don’t – more than I do not like Georgie tek’s fans : Both of them !.  Not as much as I do not like Florida, or their jort-wearing obnoxious fans (or, the vols back when they had a program a century ago) but it’s damn close and a fine hair, as far as I’m concerned.   I do not like Auburn.

Of the 119 Mark Richt signed as scholarship recruits, with only 75 who will play of the 119 who could’ve been playing against Auburn Saturday with a redshirt, one of those not is Nick Marshall.

“After the performance of Hutson Mason against Tennessee I think it is fair to say UGA has a QB controversy. “ (Index) of links to articles and blogs on the vols’ game ‘Tween The Hedges shows that the entirety of The Bulldog Nation disagrees with Mark Richt on Hutson Mason.  I guess presume all of these are not questioning Mark Richt’s decision.  Excuse me, they all do.

(2) There is a QB controversy for The Bulldogs :

“After the performance of Hutson Mason against Tennessee I think it is fair to say UGA has a QB controversy.  Mason looked indecisive in the pocket, his poor arm strength stood out and he made poor decisions on throws…I mentioned after the South Carolina game and the Troy game, Mason’s lack of arm strength is startling.  Mason simply cannot make the throws that are necessary for this offense to be as explosive as it can be.  With guys like Mitchell and Scott-Wesley back we won’t really be able to use their speed to our advantage bcause Mason won’t be able to get it to them downfield…I would prepare Brice Ramsey as the starter and see how he handles a whole game plan and game preparation.  If he goes out against Vanderbilt and plays well then you give him the keys to the car kind of like you did with Matthew Stafford.  My opinion is with Hutson Mason is we are playing not to lose.  With a guy like Ramsey, sure he will make some mistakes, but he is capable of making up for those mistakes with the spectacular.  What do you have to lose against Vanderbilt?  The last thing I want to see is a wasted season due to an inept quarterback when you have a talent as special as Todd Gurley in the backfield. ”

It’s clear that our fans and all national media are questioning Mark Richt’s decision to go with Hutson Mason, and even more so, the longer this Hutson Mason Experiment is allowed to go on.

“I agree 1000%…after todays game it’s become crystal clear Mason is not gonna lead us to an SEC championship or a trip to the final four. I say we take a shot with Ramsey. With our running game, it wouldnt be asking too much for the young kid to play the role of “game manager”…he would allow us to stretch the field more and provide more of a compliment to the rushing attack. Sadly, we all know Richt wont pull Mason”
“With Ramsey I would be handing the ball off to Gurley/Chubb and then taking play action shots deep down the field to Justin Scott-Wesley and Malcolm Mitchell. Then I would be throwing a lot of passes outside the hashmarks making the reads much more simple. The first time Ramsey uncorks a throw 60 yards downfield in the air to Mitchell or JSW the defense is going to think twice about 8 or 9 in the box.”
“arm strength cannot be fixed.”
(3) AP Poll dropped us to # 6 SEC team behind Mississippi State, who has nowhere near the talent we do :
“inferior quarterback play that made Georgia’s offense one-dimensional…squeaker victory over a young, modestly talented Tennessee team Saturday at Sanford Stadium.  The Vols could [stack 9 men in the box] because, frankly, they didn’t respect Georgia’s passing game. At all.  And didn’t need to, unfortunately.  As a result, the Vols held the Bulldogs to a dismal 1 of 10 on third-down conversions.  I don’t know whether Mason has some sort of arm fatigue or just wasn’t feeling it Saturday, but his passes had no zip and frequently were off-target. He also continued to show the downside of his first-year-starter status, locking in on well-covered receivers while ignoring others who were wide open, and tucking and running (mostly ineffectually) whenever his pocket threatened to collapse.  But perhaps Richt and offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Mike Bobo need to consider getting [Brice Ramsey] some more playing time…lest the Dogs come to rely strictly on their running game. Yes, Ramsey (who got in on only one play Saturday after Mason had lost his helmet) would be prone to freshman mistakes, but, let’s face it, despite being a fifth-year senior, so is Mason. And he’ll be gone after this year. ‘We had two turnovers that could have turned into points’ [ Mark Richt said.]  Georgia got a win that was much closer than it should have been.”
” It gets old [our only goal every year now is our DOWN SEC East] for the Georgia program, but that is the reality with the way the schedule sets up…how hideous they look.  Georgia won in spite of a punchless passing attack”
“This evidently won’t be the game that Georgia goes downfield. The tailback or fullback has touched the ball on 29 of Georgia’s 34 plays [to start vs the vols]. And at least at the outset it wasn’t a matter of taking what the defense is giving the Bulldogs: Tennessee didn’t respect the pass at all, stacking the box to start the game. And on third-and-eight on Georgia’s first drive the Vols only had one safety back. Mason couldn’t take advantage…And a couple drives later, when Mason had his…interception…it looked bleak for the passing game…this may be the game Mason needs to pass the ball to win”
” the offense didn’t come out after halftime with…success.  Seemingly changing the play calling, offensive coordinator Mike Bobo called five passing plays to start the half. Mason pulled the ball down for a run once of those five plays and went 2-for-4 for 13 yards and his second interception of the game on the other four plays and Georgia would go on to punt in its next four drives.  Compounding Mason’s struggles was the fact that Gurley was rarely used in the quarter, including a nearly 11 minute stretch in which Gurley did not have a carry.   ‘The defense had a lot of series there, especially in the third quarter, when they didn’t have a lot of grass behind them,’ Georgia head coach Mark Richt said. ‘I thought the defense did a phenomenal job after both turnovers, not giving up any points.’ [Josh] Dawson’s fumble recovery for a touchdown ultimately gave Georgia the win.”
WR Michael BennettOn the passing game…
“We’re doing what we need to be doing. We aren’t trying to force anything, but we’re taking what is given to us. We were taking some shots down the field we just need to execute them.”
“Fact is, Gurley had to turn into Superman, or Herschel Walker reincarnated, because of the inability of the Georgia passing game to make things happen.  Folks, without Todd Gurley, the Bulldogs don’t even come close to winning this football game.”

 23 hour(s) ago Comment

“I love Gurley.  But I hate being a one man team offensively.   Which may be a slight overstatement…but dag gummit, we’ve got to get some QB play.”

20 hour(s) ago Comment

“Unfortunately, I just don’t think Mason has it in him.  If he did, we would have at least seen glimpses of it at this point.”

Fred Russo

“We suck! what did we beat today? I said after the SC game Tennessee would beat us and they would have if Worley did no go down for a period. This is one more Wait until next year under CMR!”

“[Mike Bobo] has shown time and time that his play calling mindset is flawed.  Another example of Bobo’s poor mindset of running plays is the excess number of times we run “shotgun run option.” I put that in quotes because it’s rare to see our QB keep the ball. This puts in RB into a poor position for success (not moving north/south, allows defense for time to attack etc). I wish someone would break down our RB’s success/yards on shotgun run plays vs. toss sweeps/I formation.”

“Yeah wish he had knew that at sc two weeks ago! That yet another no brainer!! I agree with all that if they would only bench mason and let Ramsey play I mean we could teach a monkey to do what mason is doin. I know now why he rode the pine fur four years!……….he sux!!!!”

“AM graduated one year too soon.  I can’t even imagine how insane our offense would be with Gurley going like this AND having a stone cold assassin at QB.”

Struggles continue for Georgia passing game September 27, 2014

” Hutson Mason didn’t sugarcoat his performance against Tennessee.  He didn’t point fingers at receivers, linemen or coaches. He didn’t try and convince anyone that the passing game did, in fact, play better than what the statistics say or what the game film most certainly will show.  Quite simply, he was honest.  “The pass game is very frustrating. That starts with me,” Mason said. “It just flat out starts with me getting better in the passing game.”  With constant one-on-one coverage on the outside and a one-high safety — looks the Bulldogs have seen a lot of this season — Tennessee dared Georgia to win with its passing game. And, yet again, the Bulldogs’ offense unsuccessfully quieted the concerns of its non-existent downfield passing attack.  “It was frustrating,” head coach Mark Richt said, unable to wholeheartedly diagnose the passing offense as a season-long problem.”

Bill P Northenor · Top Commenter · Attended Macon State and Ft Valley

“Mason is not a gifted quarterback, he is just “good” enough to keep the offense somewhat varied. I was sure last year that he was going to be an average SEC type quarterback…Against top flight SEC teams, Georgia will struggle this year. This is not a top 4 team which is required to get into the playoffs.”

Hutson Mason disappointed by his two-interception performance Saturday

 Posted: Saturday, September 27, 2014 8:56 pm | Updated: 10:32 am, Sun Sep 28, 2014.

“Georgia senior quarterback Hutson Mason wasn’t happy about his performance in Saturday’s win over Tennessee.  “It’s frustrating,” Mason said. “It’s just, I don’t know, I don’t have an answer for it.”  Mason talked after the game like he was the losing quarterback after he didn’t live up to his own expectations.”

“To compete with the elite the pass has to get fixed…If we don’t improve or have new people step up and fill in those gaps we will have another mediocre season.”

We need…

“I’d like to officially admit that we need a quarterback that can make a play on third and long. Otherwise, somewhat decent teams are going to be able to beat us.”

“I agree! Hudson Mason is not the guy. He has a high school arm, not an SEC arm.”

  • “I agree. He can’t throw long and doesn’t appear to be happy playing for the Dawgs. He always seem grumpy. Let next years QB’s play now.”

One-dimensional Georgia offense is lucky it has Todd Gurley

“Wish I knew how much of the general lack of passing game” to attribute to

1. Hutson Mason”

“… Georgia’s passing game against Tennessee was a complete mess.  They’ve played in their fourth game of the season, with a fifth-year senior at quarterback and senior wide receivers, and they’re still struggling mightily”

“it seemed to me that Mason bird dogged his first receiver all game, and if that wasn’t there, he couldn’t find the 2nd or 3rd receiver. found myself thinking that if we had to be one-dimensional we might as well bring in Bauta and run the read option.”

The obvious concerns of the day the lack of a vertical passing game”
“As I was driving back from Athens there were echoes that UGA would have to win “in spite of” Hutson Mason.”

September 28, 2014

Georgia’s passing issues

“I can’t help but to think Mason has something going on with his arm. Folks keep saying wait from Mitchell or wait for JSW, but having someone to throw deep to is clearly not the issue.”
  • “Amen again Tyler…Mason is not even executing game management now. I saw the lack of arm strength in the spring game and the Nebraska game. I’m not sure he’s regressed at all. The opponents just have it figured out. I perceive a growing lack of patience in the bulldawg nation over many things. We need our staff to go with our best chance to grow and win a championship. With that performance against a young physically talented team we better be more ready to take risks on younger more physically talented players and get them experience in live game situations. (i.e. Ramsey, Park or Fauta).”

“It’s an adjustment not having a QB who can chuck it deep. And not an easy one to get used to.”
Michaux: With Hutson Mason in a funk, Todd Gurley comes to rescue for Georgia
“With a passing game that was – oh, how can this be put diplomatically? – ineffective, Georgia was in grave danger of losing to Tennessee…“We came out and got like three straight three-and-outs and everybody was like, ‘We’ve got to run the ball. We’ve got to run the ball,’” Gurley said of the second-half lull.  Mason was (again, being diplomatic) not so good.   “Without that run game I don’t know where we’d be right now as far as wins or losses,” admitted Mason. “Those guys have definitely carried our team.”  But for how long and how far? Plan A is really, really, really good, but Georgia needs to find a Plan B soon.”
“Worley throw for 264 yards and 3 touchdowns without an interception. Hutson Mason threw for less than 6 yards an attempt and posted a 1-to-2 touchdown-to-interception ratio.”

“Georgia’s passing offense (162.3 yards per game) ranks 111th in the nation, ahead of only Vanderbilt in the SEC. But perhaps the worst sign is the Bulldogs are averaging 10.14 yards per completion, which is 113th nationally and worst in the SEC.  ‘The passing game hasn’t been going too well’ [Todd Gurley II said.]  “The bottom line is when you play quarterback you’ve gotta deal with the good and the bad, and right now I’m sure he’s frustrated with not getting many deep balls thrown, and completed, and all that sort of thing,” Richt said.

“Richt also discussed senior quarterback Hutson Mason possibly experiencing a great deal of frustration following his shaky performance against the Vols, when Mason suffered two interceptions and again failed to complete any downfield throws.”
1. Sometimes it’s unclear whether the Bulldogs are trying to win because of Todd Gurley or to prove they can win without him. Example: Saturday’s third quarter. It opened with five consecutive Georgia pass plays, one of which became a Hutson Mason scramble. The first series yielded an interception, the second a three-and-out. Gurley, who would finish with 208 yards rushing, didn’t touch the ball. Indeed, he carried only four times for nine yards in a quarter that saw neither side score.  2. The passing game got a failing grade. With the Tennessee defense aligned to stop Gurley (also a fail), the way was clear for Hutson Mason to find open receivers off play-action. Didn’t happen. Mason…threw two bad interceptions. “We’re definitely not clicking in throwing the ball” [Mark Richt said.]
I am not into CENSORSHIP and I will be darned but that it seems what I’ve been saying all along since prior to Hutson Mason being named the QB to be the only QB to play any game, that everyone agrees with me now all of a sudden.  Don’t you ?

ESPN says UGA makes play-offs by beating no offense Clemson in the rain here

Oh, give me a break !  Every off-season we search high and low for someone, anyone – no matter how poorly they’ve ever done at predicting, ESPN the worst of the lot, and brag locally about how great we are.

Then, with the reality of whom it is we’d have to beat totally out of our minds, we all hit the AJ-C blogs to brag away on the staff and players’ efforts – despite the facts that we’ve lost 5 or 4 games on the average the current latest 6 seasons now and counting with more of the same 2014, and all the off-field arrests/suspensions ongoing as well.

1 of the best 4 teams in America when you lose this many games is utterly and completely wholeheartedly B.S.

Clemson has no offense, so that one is easy – us winning at home in the rain by 16 points as we are forced to run the football every play instead of floating passes into the teeth of Clemson’s Defense.

South Carolina ?  Not with Hutson Mason.  Not with this staff.  Hutson Mason cannot beat South Carolina.  Heck, he isn’t even the best quarterback on THIS team, let alone that field when that field a ranked opponent that season, we as visitors at 1-11 after 2006.

2006 mind you.

That is a lot of previous knowledge about our choices and chances, isn’t it ?

The 1 game on the road we did win after 2006 vs a team ranked for that season # 13 Georgie tek, would’ve VACATED any win over us anyway, in route to what now stands as 4 NCAA Probations for Georgie tek, 3 after 2005 in FOOTBALL.

And, so since once again there is no discussion of Georgie tek, Georgia Southern University, or Georgia State High School downtown who gave up their dorms we built them to Georgie tek, here we go again.

UGA will beat :

# 9 South Carolina, we as visitor vs ranked team by the way with Hutson Mason no less

# 6 Auburn

# 2 Alabama in The SEC Championship Game

# 16 Clemson

# 27 Florida

# 24 Missouri

# 1 in the play-offs

# 3 in the play-offs

Oh, yeah right.  I believe that.

I watched ESPN run their special and only 1 pundit on the entire show even considered UGA as 1 of the play-off teams in this new 4-team play-off format, and he said we’d LOSE.  No one else on the show even mentioned UGA.

We will beat Georgie tek on NCAA PROBATION again, unranked for the season, again.

We will beat Clemson by 16 points and they will not be ranked for the season.

We will cost Will Mushchamp his job, never head coach material in the 1st place.

We will beat Missouri and keep them from being ranked.

Nice !

But, we’re not made of the stuff to beat :

# 1 in play-offs

# 2 in SEC Championship Game

# 3 in play-offs

# 6 Auburn

# 9 South Carolina

If you think UGA can beat these 5 Top 10 teams 2014-2015, this is where you know you’re a poster of which there are so many blind head in the sand ignoring all the facts

Thanks a lot Mark Bradley, you boob !  I appreciate the laugh like we’ve been on and off the field averaging more arrests/suspensions than losses the latest 6 years and that with 5 losses or 4 losses a year.

No bananas

Would you quit already ?

Every off-season, it’s the same around here.

Everybody circles the wagons with their 15-0 and 14-1 predictions !

Then, reality hits  –  when the writing is on the wall.

We’d all love to see it happen.

Some of us are actually HAPPY about our current state of the 2nd Half of the Mark Richt era.

Not many of us, mind you.

But a very vocal minority.

The rest of us, Todd Gurley II, Chris Conley, included, would like to see us get back to what we once were, when Mark Richt 1st got here.

That was 14 seasons’ ago, now this season.

We did very well to begin with.

81 % win percentage going into 2005.

67 % win percentage after 2007 # 23 in the nation !

16-13 vs teams ranked top 25 AP or Coaches’ for years 2001-2007.

7-22 since.

7-2 as Visitor at opponent’s house vs teams season ranked AP or Coaches’ through 2006

1-9 since.

Won 2 SEC Championships 2002 and 2005

None since.

Daily we’re in the press for all the wrong reasons.

We’ve had already in 2014 a total of 11 arrests/suspensions.

Won the Fulmer Cup National Championship for the season 4 seasons’ ago now.

Censor posts to make sure we only say how happy we are.

Are we really ?

Alabama 72-9 & 3 NC; 54-26 earns you no bananas.

Is Punishment, Discipline, or the result of not training to obey rules ?

Is Punishment Discipline ? Or, is Discipline training to obey the rules ? And Punishment the result of failing to train the recruits to obey the rules ?

Are the Recruits trained to obey the rules by Mark Richt ?  We give great credit to Mark Richt for Signing 118 here who could’ve been playing with Redshirts this season. $ 3,500,000 we pay him and he has 22 Losses his most current latest 29 games he has played against teams who these seasons have been ranked in the Top 25 of either the AP Poll or the USA Today Coaches’ Poll.

Mark Richt just punishes them harshly after he failed to train them to obey the rules.

Does telling the 9 arrests/suspensions 2014 already Mark Richt loves them, send a mixed message in training them to obey the rules ?

Addition by Subtraction ? We do not follow the rules on the field or off because we don’t train them to.

Is this on-going bad press really addition, somehow never explained ?

This is what we shall look at.

Mark Richt has recruited very well, but recently, he has not won.  When you’re the 2nd best recruiting average Mark Richt era and 2nd most NFL Draft Picks Mark Richt era, why have we won 54 and lost 26 after 2007 ?

Mark Richt era 2001-2014 Number Drafted by NFL :

2013…11 ….9 …..8……9….….8…..4………7………0………0

Mark Richt era Recruiting Rankings 2001-2014 :

118 Signed Scholarship Recruits by Mark Richt, who with Redshirt, could’ve been playing for us this 2014-2015 season. Not 1 of the 118 were taken early in the 2014 NFL Draft.

78 Signed Scholarship Recruits Remaining of the 118 Signed with Redshirt. 27 ATTRITION  who could’ve been playing with Redshirt this 2014-2015 season. That’s too many.  The number is 27.

Let’s us move along to the challenging 2014-2015 season, but let’s not try to fool ourselves that this is some Addition, something positive, some example of Discipline here – because it is not in the least an Example of Discipline, but is the result of the Lack of Discipline that yet more Punishment has been dished-out yet again.

Trained to Obey ? The 118 Signed Scholarship Recruits, with Redshirts, who could’ve been playing 2014-2015 for Mark Richt ? 81 NFL Draft Picks and # 9 Average Recruiting Rank in the Mark Richt era, but heavens, it’s not Mark Richt’s fault that of the 118 he signed to be playing here this 2014-2015 season, with Redshirts, he has remaining now because of too much ATTRITION, but 78.
